This package contains two Royal Navy aircraft carriers of the WW2 'Illustrious' class: HMS Indomitable and HMS Formidable. These ships played a prominent part in the battles of the Second World War, in operations all over the world.
HMS Indomitable is the MSFS 'airport', while HMS Formidable is land-able scenery.
Primarily intended for use with the Flight Replicas Seafires (not included), along with the free Kinetic Assistant app, these carriers nonetheless c... For PC only.

For most authentic use of the carriers:
1 Turn off Real Weather, and manually set any desired cloud conditions and most importantly set the winds, which should be from 20 to 35 knots down the deck (from front of ship to rear).
2 Download the free app Kinetic Assistant, for authentic 'trapped' landings and catapult take-offs. (KA also offers many more useful MSFS functions).

KA Launch: Set aircraft launch speed, set parking brakes, activate catapult in KS, release parking brakes. You will then launch.
KA landing: Set time it takes to come to stop once landed (seconds), then set tailhook.
ROYN Yonaguni Airport
Yonaguni Airport (IATA: OGN; ICAO: ROYN), sitting on Yonaguni Island among the Yaeyama archipelago of Okinawa, is the westernmost airport in Japan, as well as the airport most close to Taiwan with only 108 kilometers away. Local residents, and therefore, are not only able to see Taiwan in a good weather, also receive Taiwanese TV channels as well. The magnificent man-mad looking underwater architectural structures (aka "Yonaguni Monument") and colorful ecology make the island a well-known diving... Yonaguni Airport (IATA: OGN; ICAO: ROYN), sitting on Yonaguni Island among the Yaeyama archipelago of Okinawa, is the westernmost airport in Japan, as well as the airport most close to Taiwan with only 108 kilometers away. Yonaguni Airport consists a 6,562 ft (2,000m) long runway, and currently, Ryukyu Air Commuter (RAC) uses De Havilland Dash 8 Q400 to provide scheduled flights to link Yonaguni to Ishigaki and Naha. The Japan Coast Guard and the Self-Defense Force also utilize this airport for emergency rescue and transportation missions.
