Developed as a stretched and modernised evolution of the F28 turbojet regional airliner, the F100 first flew in 1986 and entered airline service in 1988. Offering greater seating capacity, improved efficiency, and enhanced performance over its predecessors, the F100 is optimised for short to medium haul routes. With a maximum range of over 1,500 miles (2,414 km) and a state-of-the-art glass cockpit and avionics suite, it remains highly competitive within its class.
Just Flight's F100 Professional for Microsoft Flight Simulator is a complex, high-fidelity simulation of the F100 regional jet. Developed over half a decade of development. It draws on extensive reference material, hands-on experience with multiple real-world aircraft, and input from a dedicated team of F100 pilots and engineers.
Four variants of the F100 are included, each with unique passenger and cargo door configurations, cabin layouts, flight models and liveries.
The aircraft feature fully custom-coded systems based on real-world FCOMs, including electrical, hydraulic, fuel and pressurisation systems, alongside a comprehensive avionics suite featuring Automatic Flight Control and Augmentation System (AFCAS), Automatic Thrust System (ATS), independent Flight Management Computers (FMCs), dual Inertial Navigation Systems (IRSs), Electronic Flight Instrument System (EFIS) and Multifunction Display Units (MFDUs).
Native models of the cockpit, cabin and exterior are included, with high-resolution textures providing the highest possible texture detail and clarity. The product features a large selection of high-q0 Professional for Microsoft Flight Simulator is a highly detailed simulation built uality liveries, each with custom cabin textures and accurate equipment configurations based on extensive research of each aircraft.
The aircraft is brought to life with wear and tear based on extensive reference photos, immersive dynamic cockpit and exterior lighting, a 3D Wwise sound set recorded from the real aircraft, and accurate flight dynamics.

Electronic Flight Bag (EFB)
The aircraft is equipped with a tablet EFB for controlling various aircraft configuration options, weight and balance, and more. Features include:
- Aircraft Configuration menu with many options, including Altimeter Sync, State Saving, Equipment Customisation options (logo lights, taxi lights, etc. ), IRS alignment speed (Fast/Realistic), imperial/metric units toggle, and much more
- Custom-coded Fuel and Payload manager: Set fuel quantity in individual tanks (including total fuel weight, automatically split between tanks), set specific payloads in the passenger cabin and cargo hold (including Zero Fuel Weight)
- Boarding and Refuelling Simulation, allow you to load and unload the aircraft in a realistic timeframe
- Aircraft State selections (quickly load the aircraft in a “Cold and Dark”, Turnaround” or “Ready for Takeoff” state)
- Controls for toggling the Ground Power Unit (GPU) and chocks, and opening/closing Passenger, Cargo and Service doors
- Monitor Centre of Gravity position and automatically set the correct take-off stabilser trim with a click of a button
