Holguin Frank Pais Airport (MUHG)
Frank Pais International Airport (IATA: HOG, ICAO: MUHG) is an airport not only serving the city of Holguin but as a popular landing spot for tourists visiting the resorts situated on the nearby Playa Pesquero and Playa Blanca beaches.
Built originally as a military airport in 1962, the airport started civilian operations just 4 years later. The military apron, and its associated bunkers and barracks, are located on the north side of the airport.

Several expansions followed suit and the main terminal can now handle up to 1200 passengers per hour. Several airlines offer seasonal summer destination routes such as Air Canada Rouge, Air Transat, Condor, and Sunwing Airlines, as well as other American and local carriers.
