This airport is not present, by default, in Microsoft Flight Simulator. In addition, it is subject to restrictions and access to military areas was not possible. But we were able to model it as close as possible to reality with an exceptional level of detail for the civil part and quite credible for the military part, after extensive research in the public domain and within the limits set by the authorities.
We are happy and proud to present to you this scenery for MSFS with a particularly high level of realism thanks to the numerous details, static and animated objects, photorealistic textures which make up buildings and surfaces…
- Highly realistic and detailed buildings, parking lots, taxiways and runways.
- Static objects (Vehicles, aircraft, characters).
- Animated objects: Wig-Wags, jetways…
- Animated objects according to the direction and strength of the winds: Flags, windsocks.

It shares its runway with the French Civil Security base (BASC) and its Canadair CL-415 and Dash 8 water bombers, as well as the helicopter unit (GHSC) with its EC145 "Dragon" helicopters.
This MSFS 2024 scenery has been modeled from on-site photographs.
Whether for IFR or VFR flights, airline rotations, or firefighting missions, Nîmes-Garons is far more than an airport to explore — it's a place to experience.
Around runway 18/36 (2,445 m / 8,022 ft), you'll find an ultra-detailed reproduction of both the civil airport and the Civil Security base:
- Taxiways, parking areas, and ground markings
- Ground textures, hangars, buildings, and technical facilities
- Static aircraft and helicopters: Canadair CL-415, Dash 8, and EC145
- Animations: characters, flags, and wind socks that react to real-world wind
- Full night lighting: runway, taxiways, and ambient
- The aerial imagery around the airport has been reworked: the default purplish tones are replaced with more natural colours.

Welcome to the wild international airport of La Mole Saint Tropez An amazing panorama, a dream destination for a dangerous approach in the short runway in the mountains Land with the Dash 8 Q400 from Darwin Airlines or make the Geneva-Saint Tropez regular Sky valet line in the Pilatus PC12 or with a Falcon. Practice flying in Robin DR400 or make a short hop between Nice and Saint Tropez in a helicopter. Take off from La MĂ´le-Saint Tropez for a stunning flight. The scenery is made to be "as real as it gets" regarding the airport in 2020. The airport of Saint Tropez requires a specific qualification obtained from instructors on the spot. It is open only during the day. It is classified as a dangerous airport because of its short runway in the middle of the mountains. Departures are on runway 6 and arrivals on 24 (visual approach). Runway 6 can be used exceptionally but most often only for qualifying flights due to dangerousness and the nearly village. No departures on 24. The taxiway which runs along the grass parking of the flying club is closed and used only by maintenance vehicles. In the middle of the summer season, the airfield is overloaded and planes are piling up as possible on the parking slots. The flying club parks its planes on the grassy part. There are now 5 helipads.
