Modesto City-County Airport was the nation's first municipally-owned airport, opening in 1918. Over the years it grew to its present size of 435 acres (176 ha). United served Modesto with Douglas DC-3s, Convair 340s, and Douglas DC-6s and began Boeing 737-200 flights in 1968. United dropped Modesto in the winter of 1979-80, after the deregulation of the airline industry. In 2023, the Airport hosted the Commemorative Air Force Central California Valley Squadron which showcased planes from World War II. Modesto City is surrounded by rich farmland. Stanislaus County ranks sixth among California counties in farm production. It is home to Gallo Family Winery, the largest family-owned winery in the USA. Take off from KMOD airport and enjoy the beautiful San Joaquin Valley.

Monument Valley Vegetation
This package completely rebuild the Monument Valley area vegetation. Default Ms24 show no vegetation for this iconic place; as such we have to build the vegetation from ground level; which is mostly shrubs type for the whole area. The scenery is compatible with any addon you might want to use; and respond to msfs trees graphics settings it is very easy to install and do not require any msfs core files modifications.This package completely rebuild the Monument Valley area vegetation.
