Mission System!
12 different Helicopter missions are waiting for you in the DRF Hangar Office: read the story, fly to coordinates, land in designated areas. once landed, search for a sign with the Mamudesign logo, you will obtain coordinates for a bonus secret mission
You have 1 hour to complete each task (so each mission can be performed by day or night)
BONUS MISSION
A girl is trapped on a moving truck, your goal is to land on it to help her.
The truck location is secret.
To obtain it you need to complete the emergency missions, there are 12 of them, a new mission is shown on the emergency panel every hours, 2 times per day.
1. Fly to emergency mission coordinates
2. Land your helicopter in a suitable location: the right one is marked with four objects (cones, poles, bales and so on) in a square pattern. A blue box will appear to confirm you are in the right spot
3. Using the drone camera, explore the emergency area, looking for yellow signs, they contain the needed information to find the poor girl
Coordinates are as follow:
North AB. CDF
East JH. JKM
The sign has a letter and a number, so you need 10 of them
Have fun!
To accomplish missions (of for additional fun) two additional helipad has been provided in Halle Hospistal, ICAO are HSTMM (land helipad) and HBGKL (roof helipad)
Mission objects have been placed in the Saale region, if you don’t like them simply remove the emergency-scenario. bgl file

Sitting on the Eastern end of the Isle of Wight, Sandown Airport has a rich past. Sandown was originally opened as Lea Farm Airport in 1935 with a focus on general aviation and air services. During World War II, it served as a training airfield, playing a vital role in preparing pilots for air combat. Post-war, Sandown transitioned into a hub for general aviation under the name ‘The Isle of Wight Airport’. By the early 1970’s, unfortunately, general aviation operations declined over the next few years and the airfield sadly closed. In 1976 it was acquired by new owners who reopened Sandown airport with the goal of it being a more attractive general aviation hub, and it has since flourished.
Today Sandown Airport is a hive of activity. It hosts numerous fly-ins, events, skydiving and gatherings that draw aviation enthusiasts from across the UK and beyond. The Wight Aviation Museum also sits onsite and helps visitors learn about the the Isle of Wight’s extensive aviation history. Sandown airport also prides itself with regular live music and a wide variety of food offerings which all contribute to why in the 2021 Sky Demon pilot’s survey, Sandown was ranked as the UK’s favourite airfield.
Sandown has been faithfully recreated by Burning Blue Design, undertaking on-site visits to ensure the highest levels of accuracy. It features:
