Introducing "Real Effects Plus" - The ultimate effects package for both inside and outside of the cockpit. Effects that compliment any style of simmer, Real Effects Plus is sure to impress. There are no "On/Off" effects, each effect has been programmed with many different variables that cause a reaction under varying aerodynamic and atmospheric conditions. Created by a real pilot that has over 2,000 hours in multiengine jet aircraft, this add-on draws from real-world aviation experience.
Cockpit Effects:
-Saint Elmo's Fire (Windscreen Static): Replicating the dangers of flying near thunderstorms, this beautiful display of static electricity flashing on your cockpit windows is a sight to be seen.
-Windscreen Bug Splatter: Yes, we did! Why bug splatter? Because bug splatter is a real, and real pilots have to squint through a dirty windscreen every time they fly. Ever tried to see a narrow runway with the setting sun blasting the bug smashed windscreen? Go ahead, airplanes are nicknamed "Bug Smashers" for good reason. Flying insects are most active in warm temperatures around sunset, you'll certainly see more bug splatter on your windscreen then.
Engine Effects:
-Engine Intake Vortices: Reactive to engine power, humidity, airspeed, temperature, air density, and surface moisture. When the conditions are right, these miniature tornados are spectacular to watch as they pour into the engine.
-Engine Strake Vortices : Reactive to aircraft pitch, humidity, airspeed, temperature, air density, and altitude. This unique aerodynamic visualization showcases the airflow up and over the aircraft engine strake.
-Engine Intake Condensation: Reactive to engine power, humidity, airspeed, temperature, air density, and altitude.
-Jet Blast: Reactive to your engine speed. Jet engines are powerful, contaminated surfaces (water and snow) bring this power to light.
-Reverse Thrust: On a wet or snowy runway, watch as thrust is rapidly switched directions when your engine enters reverse thrust.
-Engine Fires: Set through your MSFS Aircraft Failure Customization menu. When is the last time you had to land single engine?
-Contrails: Out with the old, in with the new. Say goodbye to the default contrails. Our contrails depict the rotating wake turbulence behind an aircraft, and they look great.
-Engine and APU Startup Smoke: Jet engine starts nearly always produce smoke during startup. Excess fuel is sprayed into the engine during the ignition stage, and it comes out of the exhaust as smoke.
-Engine and APU Cold Starts: When the environment is cold enough, aircraft require cold weather startup procedures to prevent engine damage. Marvel at your engine and APU startup exhaust with this effect.
Airframe Effects:
-Wing Condensation: Reactive to aircraft pitch, humidity, airspeed, temperature, air density, and altitude. High pressure below the wing to the low pressure above the wing is visually stunning when the conditions are right.
-Flap Trailing Vortices: Reactive to flap angle, aircraft pitch, humidity, airspeed, temperature, air density, and altitude. No, this is not a fuel leak, it is aerodynamics at work. These trails of moisture look even better from an aircraft cabin window.
-Brake Smoke: If your brakes are smoking, you've got hot brakes. A heavy aircraft, hard braking, and hot temperatures will cause this.
-Volumetric Landing Lights: Too dark to see if you're in a cloud while flying? Turn on your landing lights. If you see your light beams illuminating the cloud, you've found your answer. Real pilots do this routinely, especially when concerned about icing. Default MSFS landing lights will not do this, but our effect will.
-Tail Strike, Wingtip Strike, Engine Nacelle Strike: Gusty crosswinds are a recipe for a wingtip or nacelle strike. Watch your landing attitude, don't strike the tail! A plane spotter will see the effects of your aluminum scraping, thanks to this effect.
-Fuel Vent Dripping: Airplane fuel systems all have vents. Warm temperature causes fuel to expand. If your fuel tanks are full and they warm up in the heat, fuel is going overboard. There's plenty of airport ramp stains to prove this. This effect does this, though it does not come with a fuel spill cleanup kit.

FSUIPC7 is a utility program for MSFS which provides an interface for other programs to read and write all sorts of pertinent data relating to the simulation, and in many ways even to control the actual process itself.
It is an essential ingredient in many add-on FS programs, and, in fact, may be installed on your system by any one or more of them already. For most such programs you do not need to actually purchase FSUIPC7.
But, in addition, FSUIPC7 contains a number of useful features for you, the Flight Simulator user, features that can assist you setting up the best simulation environment and making the best of what you have. It can do this because, by its very nature as an interface program, as a “puller of wires and pusher of switches” on behalf of external applications, it is also in the best position to help you do the same.
To use these additional features you need to register your copy of FSUIPC7 here and obtain an Access Key, which will unlock them.
Facilities provided to the Registered User of FSUIPC include:
Joystick control facilities:
- Facilities for joystick calibration – specifically, more accurate setting of dead zones and centres.
- Joystick mapping for multi-engined aircraft throttles
- Facilities for reverse thrust adjustment on each throttle, or via a separate reverser,
- Joystick button programming, for any Flight Sim control, including those not available in FS’s own assignment menu.
- Joystick buttons can also be made to produce key-presses, for instance when this is the only way to control an add-on aircraft panel or other accessory.
- Joystick button assignments for use by WideFS clients on Networked PCs.
- All button assignments programmable separately for press and release
- Facilities for analogue flap and spoiler setting, with detentes.
- Facilities for analogue elevator, aileron and rudder trim settings.
- PFC COM-port connected devices, operating through our PFCcom64. DLL driver, can also have their switches and buttons programmed using the same facilities.
- Capabilities for all of these things to be specific to an aircraft, automatically changing when you change aircraft.
- support for most Go Flight devices, operating through our GFDev64. dll driver, which allows assignement using the FSUIPC assignment panels
Direct axis assignments
- Facilities for asignment of any Windows API (not DirectInput) joystick axis to any FS axis control, or sequences of other controls dependent upon axis range and direction of change.
- Axes can be read as Windows Game controler calibrated values, or direct as ‘Raw’ values for setting specific values.
- Capabilities for these things to be specific to an aircraft, automatically changing when you change aircraft.
Key press programming facilities:
- Key-press programming, for any Flight Sim control, including those not available in FS’s own assignments dialogues.
- FS controls can be sent with fixed parameter, for use in setting specific analogue values.
- Key-press combinations including SHIFT, TAB and CTRLas extra shifts, for many more assignment possibilities.
- Key-press assignments for use by WideFS7 clients on Networked PCs
- All key-press operations programmable separately for press and release, and for specific aircraft or general.
Other features:
- Lua programming interface/interpreter for advanced control
- Advanced logging facilities
- Access to local panel variables (lvars) and HTML variables (hvars)
- Access to all MobiFlight presets (for assignment)
- Access to Input Events (for assignment)
A license for FSUIPC7 includes full support and all updates, i. e. there is no time limit/subscription needed - but once and use indefinetly.
Please note that FSUIPC for MSFS lacks some of the features of previous versions as the MSFS SDK does not provide the facilities to implement these features. This includes:
- access to weather information (for read and write). Only basic weather information (for read purposes) is available
- mouse macros: it is not possible to implement such a feature in MSFS. However, alternative features are provided (e. g. access to hvars/html variables), presets/calculator code, Inmput Events
It is recommended to download and read the documentation and try the unregistered version before purchase.
You can also try the registered facilities using a trial license, available here:

It is 74m long and 17m wide, with a displacement of 2,807 tons. It has a MAK 12M32C engine that generates 12,000 KW of power and was built in 2009 in Turkey and its home port is in Stavanger, Norway, where it still operates today. Another new painting will be added in the near future, a version of the Brazilian Navy's Oceanographic Ship. The ship has a level of detail unprecedented to this day. Each exterior and interior were worked on to have the greatest amount of spaces recreated in the game, in order to allow greater freedom of vision without compromising the game's FPS rate.
The ship can be operated from the outside view or from the bridge and has a function panel for light control, a working anchor, working mooring lines and engine operations to start or stop the ship. Among the features, you will have various loads available for transport, from metal tubes, meteorological buoys, boats, containers, among other things. The ship has a water trail, choppy waves during navigation and water splashes, as well as incredible external lighting made in accordance with the real ship. The ship has a true sailing speed and as such it may be more enjoyable for long voyages to use time acceleration to move faster and compensate for wind deviations through rudder adjustment.
You can consult the user manual through the link: https://www. roprodaudiovisual. com/havyard842

HOW TO INSTALL:
Locate the Microsoft Flight Simulator installation folder
You need to find and open the folder called "Community"
Copy the “marinerm-havyard842” folder you just extracted to the Community folder.
Start the game and the Marine RM Havyard 842 will be in its hangar ready to sail!
HOW TO PLAY:
Launch anywhere in the world over water or on a seaplane runway, advance to throttle and aileron control for left or right turns.
With azimuthal navigation control system you can move the ship sideways left and right using the rudder controls, rotate on its own axis using the aileron controls, and move forward or backward using the aileron controls (up and down)
This system does not replace the standard engines or navigation system, it simply adds a new layer of control to aid nautical operations.
You can turn the boat on and off using the multifunctional tablet on the dashboard and activate functions such as anchor or mooring lines. Use the flaps to honk.
Use the multifunctional tablet to activate anchor and mooring lines.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
Navigating on rivers or narrow banks and in some regions with photogrammetry can be inconvenient, as the game's base codes for detecting objects controlled by the player cause the boat to run aground unintentionally. Passing under some bridges may also be impossible in some cases, as the collision of the ground above the bridge detects the boat in the water and puts the boat above or causes it to run aground. This is not a product defect.

Absolute hidden gem of Latvia, holder of Blue Beach Flag since 1999, a tourist attraction point from many countries, including neighbouring Lithuania. Some tourists (even virtual) can also visit the city by using the airport, that is only 2,5km away from city centre, and once served multiple international routes and direct flights to the capital of Latvia - Riga. Airport ceased its commercial operations due to 2008 economic crisis, airBaltic buying new, modern aircraft, and lack of financation. However, airport is requalified for VFR flights both day and night time. airBaltic Pilot Academy Students use this airport as one of the summer bases for students, and for training night VFR flights. While at this point, many locals consider airport is only used for drag - race championships, it's wrong! Of course, some dates of the year, the airport is closed to host an amazing drag-race festival that developers of this airport were lucky to visit!Overall, this is a great, unknown to many people region in the Baltic States, that is surely a piece of beauty, and wonderful coastal airport, that sometimes has challenging winds on the approach. So be careful, and don't mess with residents of "Gāliņciems" with that engine sound!

Glasgow Prestwick Airport, located in Prestwick, South Ayrshire, Scotland, has a rich history dating back to its establishment in the early 1930s.
Early Years (1910s-1940s):
The first time aircraft were recorded on the site of Prestwick airport was in 1913. However, Glasgow Prestwick Airport was officially opened in 1935, initially serving as a base for British Transatlantic flights. It played a crucial role during World War II as a military airfield and served as a training base for Royal Air Force (RAF) pilots. During the war, the airport was a significant transatlantic gateway, with many American military personnel passing through on their way to Europe.
Post-War Period (1940s-1950s):
The site was used as a base for US aircraft deliveries. Scottish Aviation Ltd began production of aircraft at Prestwick - a role which was upheld until 1998 under British Aerospace
The airport resumed civilian operations and continued to serve as an important international gateway. It was one of the first airports in the UK to offer transatlantic flights to destinations like New York.
Expansion and Commercial Development (1960s-1970s): During this period Prestwick was also home RNAS Gannet on the North East side operating the UKs SAR, which has now been taken over by Bristows.
Glasgow Prestwick Airport saw significant expansion and modernization during the 1960s and 1970s. The runway was extended to accommodate larger aircraft, and the terminal facilities were upgraded. It became a popular choice for charter flights, especially to European holiday destinations.
Privatization and Commercial Challenges (1980s-1990s):
In 1983, the airport was privatized and sold to Stagecoach Group, a Scottish transportation company. During this period, the airport faced financial challenges and changes in ownership. Prestwick as a Hub for Low-Cost Carriers
(2000s-2010s):
In the early 2000s, Prestwick Airport became known for its role as a hub for low-cost carriers, most notably Ryanair. The airport offered flights to various European destinations, making it popular among budget-conscious travellers.
It was rebranded as "Glasgow Prestwick International Airport" to emphasize its accessibility to Glasgow, although it is located about 32 miles southwest of Glasgow's city center.
Decline and Attempts at Revival:
In the later 2010s, the airport experienced a decline in passenger numbers, and its financial situation became increasingly challenging. Efforts were made to attract new airlines and investments, but the airport struggled to maintain its previous level of activity. The old BAe site on the north side was purchased by Spirit Aerospace, and makes parts for aircraft around the world.
Current Status (2020s):
Glasgow Prestwick Airport is still operational, but its future remained uncertain. The Scottish government had been involved in discussions about its ownership and potential redevelopment. Prestwick has been established as a transit stop for Military aircraft, C17 Globemaster III have become a common site in the Ayrshire countryside, alongside Ryanair flights to holiday destinations. #

About the Team: Led by Mike, texure artist for the FBW A380X and A320NX textures and countless other mods and another programmer who is excellent at model merging and foldure structure.
Aircraft Textures: Mike is renowned for his expertise in developing high-quality textures for the FBW A380 and A320 and many other flight sim aircraft, every rivet, every panel, and every surface detail is meticulously recreated to provide an immersive visual experience.
Cockpit Realism: We have painstakingly replicated every button, switch, and instrument with precision, making virtual cockpits mirror their real-world counterparts. We utilize the power of the Nikon Z7ii camera to obtain reference photos in the highest quality possible.
Community Love: Mike is an active dev at FBW.
Innovation: Textures are made from real photos imported into Substance Sampler which processes them using AI. The resulting texture is further edited to create a material which is sent to Substance Painter where it is applied to the object model. Some textures were created using a UV filter paired with a camera flash. The result is a perfect albedo channel image of panels and screws which are used in these textures.
From Mike: If you do purchase this I greatly appreciate it! I have never sold anything for flight simulator before. All of my past mods have been free. However, these textures in particular I spent countless hours on as it is the aircraft type I am fortunate to currently fly irl. I will continuously update this product as I obtain references. Thank you! -Mike

Meet the Catamaran Lagoon 450, now available in Microsoft Flight Simulator through Marine RM, the newest vessel for a better nautical simulation in the game. The Lagoon 450 presents a level of detail and features that make it stand out among the boat options available in the simulator so far.
One of the best features of this catamaran is its integrated multifunction tablet. With it, you can enjoy a complete sailing experience, including the ability to activate the anchor, make sails (which are decorative) visible, adjust mooring ropes and even change the deck material, providing total control over the sail. appearance and operation of the vessel. There is also a GPS screen for more precise navigation and ignition control via a key on the dashboard, with precise animations and sounds. Attention to detail was the focus here, with 4k PBR textures providing a very realistic visual representation. Additionally, with 13 different color options, players can customize their Lagoon 450 to their individual preferences, changing colors and materials during gameplay for unique type combinations, making each sailing experience unique. Another special feature was the modeling of the passengers, who are represented in a highly detailed way.
Still on systems, the lighting controls are exceptional, allowing players to control the catamaran's internal and external lights. The ability to create a romantic nighttime or party atmosphere with animated lights is a classy touch that takes the simulation experience to the next level.

HOW TO INSTALL:
Locate the Microsoft Flight Simulator installation folder
You need to find and open the folder called "Community"
Copy the folder "marinerm-45ft-lagoon-catamaran" you just extracted to the Community folder.
Start the game and the "Marine RM 45ft Lagoon Catamaran" will be in its hangar ready to sail!
HOW TO PLAY:
Start the game anywhere in the world on the water or seaplane track, put the engine at 100% and wait a few seconds for the boat to start moving. Water trails start with the slowest speed you are on. The boat have a reverse engine. Click Ctrl + L to activate a night navigation lights. Quickly activate and deactivate the landing gear to honk.
Use the aileron controls to turn left and right. The rudder controls simulate axial movement control and do not activate the steering wheel animation, only the aileron control activates the steering wheel animation, as it is the main control method.
To use the Walkaround feature in MSFS 2024, it is important to follow these steps:
- Turn off the boat using the ignition key
- Using the multifunction tablet, activate the anchor or leisure buoys
- Exit the boat - your character will be stuck below the boat and unable to move
- Using the cursor, enable active pause
- Move your character to walk freely
- Disable active pause and walk freely around the boat and the scenery
IT IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO EXIT THE BOAT IN WALKAROUND MODE
This happens due to the lack of documentation covering information about the exact location where the character will spawn in compatible 2020/2024 models.
Use the multifunction tablet to activate lights and other boat functions, such as anchor, mooring ropes and in-water buoy controls are only available when the boat is turned off. Sails are decorative and therefore do not react to the wind. The boat is motorized
