BOLT Head Airfield
This stunning airfield has been built from the ground up for MSFS 2024. Sitting in a truely remarkable setting, high above the water and next to one of the most beautiful towns in the UK. Formed as a satellite airfield to Exeter in World War II, Bolt Head Airfield now sees planes of all types come and go throughout the year.
The approach is visually impressive and every bit of detail has been modelled to really give the best flight experience on the way in! 430ft above the water and a fe... This stunning airfield has been built from the ground up for MSFS 2024. Sitting in a truely remarkable setting, high above the water and next to one of the most beautiful towns in the UK. Formed as a satellite airfield to Exeter in World War II, Bolt Head Airfield now sees planes of all types come and go throughout the year.
The approach is visually impressive and every bit of detail has been modelled to really give the best flight experience on the way in! 430ft above the water and a few fields in from the cliffs, sits the single grass strip. Measuring 600m in length and 24m wide, so there's plenty of room for landing and taking off.
40 square kilometers of photo realistic terrain have been placed and blended into the sim along with hedgerows, scrub and fences to give a great impression of speed on approach. There's over 200 hand placed models within this addon with most buildings having PBR textures. This offers great lighting effects such as surface reflection and ambient occlusion.

Hurghada Sharm Reefs
Build water masking scenery around Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada; processing satellite images to 3D models format. The reefs are real world satellite as such the shape and location is accurate as possible. These reefs work with either DLSS or TAA. Cgl format underwater masking is currently not supported by MSFS around the Sharm and Hurghada; as such the only way to add water masking is in 3D format. Also to be noted; 3D format masking can not sit on elevation 0; this will cause problems such as... Build water masking scenery around Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada; processing satellite images to 3D models format. The reefs are real world satellite as such the shape and location is accurate as possible. These reefs work with either DLSS or TAA. Cgl format underwater masking is currently not supported by MSFS around the Sharm and Hurghada; as such the only way to add water masking is in 3D format. Also to be noted; 3D format masking can not sit on elevation 0; this will cause problems such as sea water covering the mask; artifacts; and TAA incompatibility; because of these reasons 3d masking required some elevations to display correctly; typically between 5 to 10 m to be in the safe zone. This a base rule for all our 3D water masking to keep in mind. If Cgl format will be supported one day; masking will be updated; if can bring benefits to the scenery. Having said all that; if you are bored to see plain sterile blue water around the Balearic coasts; this scenery is for you. If you like to use this scenery with TAA make sure your system is actually able to use TAA at low and higher graphic resolution settings; if not; use DLSS.
