The aerodrome was built during the end of the 1970s, and its official inauguration took place on June 28, 1980 in order to free up the vélivole2 activity from Nantes Atlantique Airport.

FACILITIES:
The aerodrome has a paved runway oriented east-west (09/27), 900 meters long and 20 wide. It is equipped with day and night beaconing (low intensity lights).
The aerodrome is not controlled. Communications are carried out in self-information on the 123. 500 MHz frequency. It is approved with limitations for visual flight (VFR) at night.
