CRL2 - Westport / Rideau Lakes Airport
Rideau Lakes Airport is located just south of the town of Westport, in rural Eastern Ontario. It is surrounded by forests and lakes, and has a single grass/gravel runway, a handful of old hangars, and is home to the Rideau Lakes Flying Club. It occasionally hosts fly-in events for light aircraft and camping under the wing is permitted. There is a scenic lake-side approach for runway 25 and a more challenging one over the trees for runway 07. The grass runway can be tricky to spot and line up for...
