After five years of planning, the construction of the airfield was started in 1961, and officially the airfield was opened on August 26, 1962.
The air sports club Landshut then began flight operations with a single hangar and a grass runway, and later in 1967 a restaurant and a tower were added. Since 2002, the municipal utility company of Landshut is the owner of the airfield and the "Landen in Landshut GmbH" is the official operator. The airfield has had an intense past with airfield opponents, but fortunately it could be preserved and also modernized until today. The airfield is an uncontrolled airfield without control zone - due to the proximity to the airspace Charlie of Munich control zone with 3500 ft the approach as well as departure must be made here with special care and attention - the airfield round height is 2500 ft MSL as north airfield round. Special attention must also be paid to the localities and noise regulations during departure.
There is now a modern tower that has been put into operation as well as hangars, Construction buildings and a restaurant with culinary delights. There are also rental bicycles on site to explore the wonderful city of Landshut.
Our Landshut airfield is the perfect complement to Bavarian Airfields Vol. 1, which includes the neighboring Moosburg airfield.
- Every building as well as the tower and the restaurant at the airfield was modeled after the original down to the last detail - for this the airfield was flown to in real life and many detail shots were taken
- Close cooperation with the airfield operator on site to create an atmosphere like in reality - special thanks to the airfield operators of Landshut for the information, photos and drone shots.
- The approach sector around the airfield was recreated in detail with streets, stadium and highway as well as solar fields.

Edmonton is a wealthy city, the processing, refining and distribution of oil, as well as the production of oil products, are Edmonton's main source of income. Oil and natural gas are distributed throughout the country, as well as exported to the United States, through oil and gas pipelines and trucks. The main petroleum products produced are gasoline and chemicals.
Tourism plays an increasingly important role in the city's economy. The presence of the largest historic park in the country, as well as the largest commercial center in North America - and previously in the world -, attracts tourists from all over Canada and the United States.
Paper and wood production, metal products and food are other important sources of Edmonton's income. Two daily newspapers serve the city, The Edmonton Journal and The Edmonton Sun as well as five television channels.
The lights have been added for greater realism in the simulator. Are visible at great distances and through a huge area of the city. Not only the buildings, but also the highways and intersections of highways were fully illuminated. Your flight will be totally different with this product.

The airfield is designed for gliders and powered aircraft up to 3500 kg maximum take-off weight (MTOW), helicopters up to 5700 kg and is PPR, so can be used on request.
VFR flights can be combined here wonderfully eastward to Vilshofen or northwestward to Regensburg Oberhub and Herzogenaurach.
Our places of ClearPropStudios are chosen in such a way, that the most beautiful VFR places in Bavaria and Baden-Wuerttemberg form an overall experience after the model of the real flying.

The airfield was established in 1960 and initially had only a grass runway of about 400 m. Gradually in the 60's a clubhouse, an aircraft hangar and a gas station were built - here you can get AVGAS and MOGAS. In 2021 the runway was restored and extended. There is also a local flight school through the flight sports group.
The airfield is approved for all aircraft up to 2000 kg maximum take-off weight (MTOW), helicopters require an extra permit. Due to the landing lights, the airfield can also be approached at night according to PPR regulations (prior notification).
The airfield has an incredible charm with the buildings and the small cosy restaurant. Here an elderly lady cooks in a small cosy kitchen probably the best homemade Schnitzel, still originally breaded and in a frying pan on the stove - and that at sensationally fair prices. When visiting the place, you can have nice conversations with the resident pilots and club members and enjoy the idyll of this higher situated place.
Even if it is a bit far from Regensburg itself, this place is a true general aviation pearl and definitely worth a visit.

On 07. 03. 1954 the airfield was used for the first time by pilots from Aalen. In the following years the airfield was developed into a real airfield with a lot of love, work and effort as well as hard work of the members.
The airfield is located at an altitude of 1916 ft (584 m) and has the radio frequency 121. 405. Aalen is considered an uncontrolled airfield, even if the tower gives the clearances - these are purely legal recommendations, but in practice they should be adhered to. EDPA does not have its own control zone at this airfield.
The asphalt runway has a length of 1000m x 30m asphalt and has the runway alignments 09L to the east and 27R to the west. The runway is approved for a maximum take-off weight of 10000kg, so it is also suitable for heavier aircraft. In addition, there is a grass runway 09 R and 27L, also with 1000 x30 m, for gliding, which is very active in Aalen.
The Aalen-Heidenheim airfield is also home to the Aalen Elchingen Flying Museum. Here, numerous gems from civil aviation can be admired. Among them are a De Havilland DH83 Fox Moth, De Havilland Dragon Rapide, an Antonov An-2, a Texan T6 and a Beechcraft 17 Staggerwing. The museum is definitely worth a visit and is a great destination for GA pilots.
Numerous maintenance facilities are also located in Aalen and are certified maintenance facilities for many flying clubs and flight schools. For example, many machines of the flight school Jesenwang are maintained in Aalen.
Aalen also has a cozy restaurant with a beautiful terrace and stunning views of the runway-it's not for nothing that Aalen is considered one of the most beautiful commercial airfields in all of Germany.
- Every building as well as the refueling system and the restaurant at the airfield were modeled on the original down to the last detail- for this purpose the airfield was flown to several times in real life.
- The different altitudes and terrain shapes were authentically recreated.
- Close cooperation with the airfield operator on site to create an atmosphere like in reality.
- The approach sector was recreated in detail
