The helicopter is relatively inexpensive to operate and maintain and is known for its reliability, having proven itself over decades. The S300 is popular for a number of applications, including rotary wing flight training, agriculture, general aviation and some government use including limited law enforcement and military. The S300, which was developed from the Hughes Model 269, comes in a number of variants. It is piloted by one and can carry up to two passengers.
The S300 measures 30 feet, 10 inches in length, stands 8 feet, 9 inches tall, and has a maximum takeoff weight of just over 2,000 pounds. It is powered by a Textron Lycoming HIO-360-D1A 4-cylinder, horizontally-opposed, air-cooled piston engine that delivers up to 190 horsepower. The engine turns a 3-blade main rotor system and a 2-blade tail rotor. It cruises at 100 miles per hour, can sprint up to 110, can climb at 750 feet per minute, and has a range of 225 miles.

The textures: Only the elevation of the terrain was carried out occupying the same textures of the simulator.
