Magnum PI
Thomas S. Magnum is a private investigator played by Tom Selleck in the 80s. He lives in the guest house of a luxury 200-acre (81 ha) beachfront estate called Robin's Nest, in Hawaii, at the invitation of its owner, Robin Masters. The only thorn in the side of his near-perfect lifestyle is Jonathan Quayle Higgins, who patrols Robin's Nest with his two highly-trained "lads", Dobermans named Zeus and Apollo. Magnum has free use of the guest house and the car, a Ferrari 308 Quattrovalvole, but often has to bargain with Higgins for use of estate amenities such as the tennis courts or the wine cellar. Aside from Higgins, Magnum's main companion on the islands is Theodore "T. C. " Calvin, who runs a one-person local helicopter charter and tour van service called "Island Hoppers".
This scenery is our tribute to John Hillerman (Higgins) and Roger E. Mosley (TC) who passed away recently. Rest in peace.
To take off from the helipad or sea parkings, type "ROBIN" (fake ICAO).

After independence in 1947, there was a shift in Philippine economic policy from encouraging exports to substituting imports. The region close to the capital was the main beneficiary of the import substitution policies.
The city's industrial base has expanded in recent decades to include textiles, miscellaneous publications, graphics, processed food, and the manufacture of tobacco, paints, medicinal products, oils, soap, and wood.
The lights have been added for greater realism in the simulator. Are visible at great distances and through a huge area of the city. Not only the buildings, but also the highways and intersections of highways were fully illuminated. Your flight will be totally different with this product.

KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS PACKAGE IS "AUTOGENERATED" VIA LOT OF ALGORITHMS.
While most of the time the algorithm works fine, this can package cannot be better than manually created scenery
The purpose of this addon is to provide a global coverage
FEATURING:
- boat piers in the coutries included in the coverage
- boats surrounding the piers
- in FS2024, piers and boats are "walkable"
- 30ish new boats models
- random static boats placed nearby marinas (the marinas are defined by leisure=marina tag in Open Street Map)
- random seagulls in marinas (the "fauna" slider sets their density)
- Seamarks: buoys. obtained from several sources, navigation buoys are placed in all the world, including lateral, cardinal, special purpose, safe-water, danger, special
- Seamarks: lights. Beacon for the buoys as well as navigation light in ports and Marinas are now included. Major lights (Lighthouses) are NOT included (so you can enjoy 3rd party POIs)
- Seamarks: cranes. Around commercial ports several thousands cranes have been placed, as well as more tiny ones in marinas, including travel lift type
- Containers: Commercial ports have been enhanced with container piles, they are semi auto generated, so they don't follow the aerials, but they give a great idea of the loads of shipping that is going on
in the world. Enhanced port list is available at https://www. lloydslist. com/one-hundred-container-ports-2024, plus some other major ports in Europe and USA
Per se, this package shouldn't have any big compatiblity issue with other boats packages. Of course, if 2 boat/cranes/containers packages are placing boats or piers in the same area, you will see duplicated scenery unless the other creator
has added exclusionRectangles in his own scenery (wich is adviceable for any POI or custom scenery)
