The airpark is the first home base of the National Waco Club is also home to a chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association, which it self holds Young Eagles Days where young pilots are taken for free airplane rides. The airport holds an annual fly-in. It also holds a hangar party as part of festivities for each year's inductions to the nearby National Aviation Hall of Fame.
The runway measures 3,500 x 65 ft (1,067 x 20 m). Use of the grassy area next to the runway is normal at this airport.

Presently Pashkovsky is used by over 30 airlines flying to 62 destinations (including 17 international ones). The technical equipment of the airport allows accommodating modern-type aircraft, such as Boeing 737, Airbus A319/A320 and Embraer E170/E190. The airport’s capacity is 1000 passengers per hour for domestic flights and 500 passengers per hour for international flights.
Operations are carried out within the project of general reconstruction of Krasnodar airport. The new airport, with 55,000 sq m in total area, will be completed in 2018. Forecasts annual passenger traffic ranging from 6 to 10 million passengers in 2030.

Midway between Kelso and Vancouver is an excellent example of a state airport turning into a community airport.
Woodland's value is extremely hard to place, but must be considered high.
In the last decade Woodland has gone from a little dirt and grass track, to a lighted, paved 1,953 foot asphalt strip.
There are obstructing trees along the banks of the river to the east, and the Interstate and sign bridge is significantly higher than the airport on the west.
