ITS Trieste (L9890) - Italian Navy Landing Helicopter Dock
This add-on introduces the ITS Trieste (L9890), a detailed Italian Navy Landing Helicopter Dock for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Features include an accurately scaled model, functional hard deck for STOVL operations, and animated elevators. The project is currently in alpha, with planned enhancements such as night operations, a fully modeled interior hangar, and a functional well deck. The "Enrico Comani" Military Airport in Latina is the home of the 70th Wing of the Italian Air Force. The wing is a basic flight school (Phase I), placed under the command of the Schools Command of the Air Force and 3rd Air Region based in Bari. The mission consists in selecting and training future military pilots of the Air Force, Italian Army, Guardia di Finanza, State Police and frequenters of other Nations. The aircraft currently in use at the 70th Wing is the T-260B, alias Leonardo SF260EA. the Echo Bravo is the evolved version of the SF 260AM, then built by SIAI Marchetti, version in use at the 70th since 8 March 1976.

The airport of Crotone was born as military airport, inaugurated on 28 September 1941 as "armed airport n. 434", to support the war industry.
The airport reopened for flight operations on 30 November 2017. From June 2018 Ryanair has reactivated two domestic flights for the summer season to Bergamo and Pisa.
Later, at the airport of Crotone remains operational the company Ryanair with two routes to Bergamo and Bologna and, from 28 March 2022, also to Venice and, from 1 November 2022, also to Treviso.
