The lights have been added for greater realism in the simulator. Are visible at great distances and through a huge area of the city. Not only the buildings, but also the highways and intersections of highways were fully illuminated. Your flight will be totally different with this product.

The airport itself might not normally be on the radar of a GA pilot if it weren’t for its incredible ski-slope type runway.

Area topography shows a 50 m drop from the RWY 10 threshold towards the East and a very pronounced incline when viewed from RWY 28. Due to this ski-slope runway profile, take-off is restricted to the downward sloping RWY 10, while the uphill graded RWY 28 is used for landing.

Considered one of the most hazardous airfields in the United States, Hoover Field suffered from short and unpaved runways, numerous life-threatening obstructions around the field, poor visibility (due to a burning garbage dump to its northwest), and poor drainage.
It was purchased by the owner of nearby Washington Airport in early 1929, causing a brief merger of the two fields.

IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER SCENE IN THE SAME LOCATION IN 2020 AND WILL MODIFY THESE OTHER SCENES TO ALLOW IMMERSION INTO THE 1930'S. YOU WILL HAVE TO MANAGE THEM BY INSTALLING/UNINSTALLING THEM IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN 1935 AND TODAY.
RWG USA 1935 is an optional add-on increasing even more immersion by changing planes, services and countries . . . but is not essential.
