Runways 09 has a full ILS Instrument approach and 33 has a Localizer approach. The airport is home to many general aviation businesses including flying schools, maintenance and medical services. The largest business is JA Flight training, with 2 massive hangers and offices on the south side. The Main FBO is the JA Jet Center with its refurbished hangar, which is now a modern terminal with a large aircraft parking Canopy to keep arriving passengers dry and shaded from the weather.
The other FBO is REVV aviation with a smaller facility on the main apron, offering arriving pilots fuel, parking and taxi services. The eastern side of the airfield is home to the 'Sky haven' complex. Consisting of 36 steel buildings containing 194 heated and insulated hangar units. Towards the west is the Air Classics Museum of Aviation. A volunteer-run aviation museum with a variety of classic aircraft from the 1940s on wards.
