Interlaken Spitaler Hospital
Spitaler Interlaken is a hospital based in Interlaken , Switzerland . Since 1999 it has belonged to the hospitals Frutigen Meiringen Interlaken AG. The hospital assistant school was put into operation in 1959. In 2001 the magnetic resonance tomography was put into service. A year later, the “Spital Interlaken – Interlaken Hospital Foundation” was founded.
Spitaler Hospital is equipped with three helipads. High skilled pilots are required. Those pilots are mainly trained by REGA (Swiss Ai... The Pearl Tower Hong Kong
“The Pearl”, the fictional skyscraper and world’s tallest building, is not just the setting of much of the action of the film “Skyscraper” (dir. Rawson Marshall Thurber, 2018). Importantly, it is a construction that directly relies on the film’s genre forbearers, a symbolic edifice, making architectural and visual the pastiche that is the film itself. Briefly, Skyscraper centers on Will Sawyer (Dwayne Johnson) and his family, as they combat terrorist (who are really thieves) both inside and outs... “The Pearl”, the fictional skyscraper and world’s tallest building, is not just the setting of much of the action of the film “Skyscraper” (dir. Rawson Marshall Thurber, 2018). Importantly, it is a construction that directly relies on the film’s genre forbearers, a symbolic edifice, making architectural and visual the pastiche that is the film itself. Briefly, Skyscraper centers on Will Sawyer (Dwayne Johnson) and his family, as they combat terrorist (who are really thieves) both inside and outside the about-to-open 225-story “Pearl” skyscraper, which dominates the Honk Kong skyline. “The Pearl”, built by Zhao Long Ji (Chin Han) can’t open until Sawyer gives his risk-assessment report, while he has been assessing the building, he and his family have been the building’s only residents on the 98th floor (the commercial floors below have already opened).
Constructing my “The Pearl” for the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020
It was very difficult and took more than 90 houres to recreate this amazing building with the help of Blender 2. 9. The search on the Internet only brought a few pictures from the east, e. g. posters, film images, etc. No schemes or construction plans per se. So I came across Scott Hieatt's website ( https://scotthieatt. com ) during my research. Based on his website, the video about "The Pearl" and the pictures, I was able to implement the external structure and some details. Most of the clues gave me the scenes from the film "Skyscraper" themselves. The film opens showing the construction of The Pearl in a glossy cable-news profile (https://www. youtube. com/watch?v=pNLpl. . . ), with a time-lapse of its construction and integration into the Hong Kong skyline as well as the tourist-oriented commercial world of the film. This sequence establishes both the location as well as the internal details. The base of “The Pearl” sits directly on Victoria Harbor, with an internal structure filled with multi-story voids, which we later see will be spaces for wind turbines and a huge atrium garden space. Once it stands complete, its geography is quite well established, on the southern tip of Tsim Sha Tsui peninsula in southern Kowloon. It is set between the tallest building in Hong Kong, The International Commerce Centre, to its north-west and Tower 2 of the International Finance Centre, to its south-west. Just south of ”The Pearl” is the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, with its distinctive layered, curved roof. The opening promotional video also makes clear the layout of many of the floors, as well as some of key locations and their mechanics, e. g. the wind turbines, an interior elevator, the spherical pearl at the top of the spire, etc. The video also giving the audience a sense of scale, with “The Pearl” (at 3,500’) towering over the Burj Khalifa (at 2,717’) and the Empire State Building (at 1,250’).

This product includes two versions of the 1974 B60 Duke: with and without the 'Grand Duke' performance package (winglets, vortex generators, strakes, extra fuel, increased speeds and increased MGTOW).

High quality engine and cockpit sounds will immerse you in the simulation. Sounds such as engine starting are not mere recordings, but are instead many layered sounds, constructed based on the underlying simulation.
FLIGHT DYNAMICS
The Turbine Duke features a flight model with performance to match the real-world aircraft based on real Duke owner feedback and in-flight data. Engine and aerodynamic performance should be within 2% of POH values, though no two engines are ever the same. The flight model uses the most up-to-date features available in MSFS, such as CFD propeller and stall physics, and SU15 improved ground handling and flexible tyre physics. Engine damage and fouling produce a rough-running engine and decreased performance.

CHECKLISTS
Over 500 checklist items are provided for 56 Normal, Abnormal and Emergency procedures in textual form in the manual, and in-game, using the MSFS native checklist system with control and instrument highlighting. If it’s in the checklist, it’s settable in the aircraft!
SOUNDS
Black Square’s Duke features a custom sound set created by Boris Audio Works with care to the unique operating aspects of this classic aircraft. High quality engine and cockpit sounds will immerse you in the simulation. Sounds such as engine starting are not mere recordings, but are instead many layered sounds, constructed based on the underlying simulation.
FLIGHT DYNAMICS
The Turbine Duke features a flight model with performance to match the real-world aircraft based on real Duke owner feedback and in-flight data. Engine and aerodynamic performance should be within 2% of POH values, though no two engines are ever the same. The flight model uses the most up-to-date features available in MSFS, such as CFD propeller and stall physics, and SU15 improved ground handling and flexible tyre physics. Engine damage and fouling produces a rough-running engine and decreased performance.

The Canary Islands are a Spanish archipelago nestled just 67 miles off the Northwest coast of Africa in the Atlantic Ocean. They consist of the main islands of Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, La Palma and Tenerife but also include the less visited destinations of La Graciosa, La Gomera and El Hierro. There is rich nautical history here too. The port of San Sebastian la Gomera was the last stopping place of Christopher Columbus on his first transatlantic voyage in 1492. Today it is a port... Today it is a port of call for the Fred Olsen Benchi Express, a small catamaran ferry that serves the various destinations on the island. Today the Islas Canarias (as they are known in Spain) are a bustling tourist destination with Tenerife and Gran Canaria being busy maritime hubs for cargo and cruise shipping as well as offshore oil drilling operations. You will find all of that represented in this scenery with the ports of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria being especially alive with nautical traffic.
The scenery includes many ferries from the various operators in this area with all but one (the little Benchi Express) having helidecks that you can land on as they move from port to port. We have also included landable, moving supply ships, cruise ships, drilling ships and a semi-submersible oil platform (that is being towed) to maximise your helicopter fun (see map below for starting locations of these).

Tips:
- Set ground wind to 3m/s (7 knots) or above for the more realistic waves and wakes.
- Adjusting the time slightly can reload the boat traffic fully if it seems too low on first starting a flight (known MSFS bug).
