This airport is made in high detail so it might not run smoothly on your system. We have done our best to optimise the experience as much as possible and will continue to listen to community feedback to improve it. However, please make sure that you examine the recommended PC specifications before you purchase this add-on.
Note about VDGS:
VDGS is INOP according to real-world procedures; they haven’t been working at this airport for a while now and you will be guided by the default marshaller. However, the VDGS modules can be removed manually by deleting the folder called 'sceneryairport-gcxo-tenerife-northgcxo-vdgs' and replacing it with a third party add-on such as GSX if you wish.

The international airport of Los Rodeos - Tenerife Norte is one of the two airports of the biggest insular of the Canary Islands, Spain. Located on a mountain saddle, 660m (2170ft) above sea level, the airfield is known for its rapidly changing weather conditions, making it one of the most challenging and scenic approaches of Europe.

The island of Tenerife has two airports: the Tenerife North Airport (or Los Rodeos) and Tenerife South Airport (also known as Tenerife South-Reina Sofia Airport in honor of the former Queen of Spain). The south airport is situated in a tourist area, and therefore is the busiest, having hundreds of connections to different parts of the world. The island of Tenerife has two airports: the Tenerife North Airport (or Los Rodeos) and Tenerife South Airport (also known as Tenerife South-Reina Sofia Airport in honor of the former Queen of Spain). The south airport is situated in a tourist area, and therefore is the busiest, having hundreds of connections to different parts of the world. Tenerife North Airport operates mostly domestic flights between the islands of the archipelago. In this package, we recreated these two airports, GCTS and GCXO, and added a few POIs with custom satellite images and mesh.
The airports are known for their difficult weather conditions making every approach challenging. In the north, you’ll frequently meet low clouds, fog, and rain. In the south on the other hand wind gusts, sandstorms, and wind shears. Watch out for Calima and extremely high temperatures combined with low visibility.
