The airport occupies 2,650 acres (1,070 ha) and handles about 120 airline flights per day to and from 20 daily and 3 seasonal non-stop destinations. Eppley served 4. 17 million passengers in 2015 (including both enplaned and deplaned passengers).
As of January 2017, Omaha has no international passenger flights. The airport handled more than 4. 1 million passengers in 2014. Southwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and American Airlines are the first-, second-, and third-largest carriers and serve about 33 percent, 22 percent, and 22 percent, respectively, of passengers.
In January 2016, Eppley Airfield completed the expansion of its on-site United States Customs and Border Protection facility (CBP) to provide greater customs and inspection services for international passengers. While Eppley Airfield is classified as a "Customs Landing Rights Airport" for international flights (officially an "international airport") by United States Customs and Border Protection, there is no regularly scheduled international passenger service; however, the airport does handle international charter and private flights.
The airport is northeast of downtown Omaha in east Omaha. Although the airport is in Nebraska on the west side of the Missouri River, it is surrounded on the east, west and south by the state of Iowa: the Missouri River formerly formed an oxbow west of the land that became Eppley Airfield.

PRODUCT NOTE
Due to MSFS ground photogrammetry engine, it's common to face a few jagged edges on some airports borders/corners. As you may know, if photogrammetry is set to OFF they disappear.
So far the SDK does not provide a tool to handle this properly, and this issue will be present when photogrammetry is ON, whether you use a default or add-on airport.
It's not a big deal, it shows over a small area, but it's there. So it's a user's choice to set photogrammetry ON or OFF to enjoy the flight.

The Skylark W-1 was a low wing, single engined monoplane designed in the 1930's and had first flight in 1935 in Glendale California. The aircraft was quite rare for its day. Its primary focus was to be a trainer for the Air Corp of the United States but as a secondary use, a small two seater business liner which had gained high popularity back in the golden age of aviation, where wealthy business people could get around faster and safer by plane then by car. ANother wild feature of this rare design was that she had normal automotive style doors that hinged open as well as a sliding canopy on top, which allowed you to be able to fly with the roof open or closed. nnThis aircraft features a 125 HP Warner Scarab, giving it cruise speed of 124 MPH and a top end speed of 140 MPH. The aircraft was so lite and large, that it was able to do STOL landings of approximately 35 MPH. The design featured a flap panel located under the belly of the plane that retracted via an electric motor and acted more like a dive brake or air-brake, rather then a low-flight lift enhancing flight surface. This package features 8 paint schemes, several colors of panels, a loud and unique radial engine sound pack. The aircraft package features rain effects on the plexi, lighting effects, sound effects from flight controls, and even features a auto-pilot for those who like to look around at scenery while in a flight. If you like classic old planes, this one is radical. Its like a sportster version of a Staggerwing Beech with giant wheel spats. This even featured car doors as well as a slide back canopy for open air flight. A sleek, nastalgic plane of the golden age of aviation.

In July 2024 the main innovations will be:

To celebrate this "new" reality in the Italian airport scene, and anticipate the preview for fans, BarelliMsfsAddon has prepared the new addon dedicated to Salerno, divided into two separate mods: Salerno 2024 and Salerno 2026. These are two mods to install as usual in the MSFS Community folder, obviously NOT at the same time.
When publishing the 2024 version, it is important to specify that:
- Official Enav cards are not yet available, so the markings and signage are similar to the current ones, with the appropriate variants; as soon as official news will be ready, which may however delay, you will be provided with a free update.
Regarding the 2026 version, it is specified that:
- Regarding the new terminal only architectural renderings are available, as officially presented in 2023, and based on these was created the new terminal for the simulator.
- Regarding the GA terminal there is no info, so the building was "invented", in the place where it will be built, inspired by existing GA terminals (Rome Ciampino and Olbia); also in this case, when and if news will be available, we will update.
- It is assumed, reading between the lines of the official statements, that there will be the subsidy of an ILS on runway 05, the frequency of which was imagined as 108. 50 MHz.
- The new parkings of the cars have always been deducted from the official renderings.

The following fixes and enhancements have been added:
-Corrected emissive texture for G1000 PFD / MFD buttons
-Aligned ailerons and wings texturing for AeroSachs livery
-Corrected Panel Collision position (to avoid going through the cockpit using VR)
-Slightly increased scaling of some cockpit buttons and levers
-Enhanced propeller animation and added a dedicated blurred cone texture
-Slightly lowered cockpit side views
-Reduced steering sensitivity at ground
-Slightly increased breaks efficiency
-Corrected model setting to show pilot from external view
-Corrected propeller diameter as indicated in the POH for the 3-blade variable pitch (1830 mm / 6. 00 ft)
-Adjusted teardown left/right ground hook position
-Adjusted engine and flight dynamics parameters to better reflect real aircraft behavior
-Improved several cockpit textures with PBR materials
-Enhanced seats mesh
-G1000 defaulted automatically to the Working Title enhanced version
-Corrected visibility of sun visors from outside
-Added the first release of the livery paint kit to the package (available in the Paintkit folder)
