-Add a new one enhancement airport : John Rodgers PHJR
-Add animations : gliders, helicopter, skydivers, people and nightlight on enhanced airports

-Add fuel tank cylinder on rafinery
-Rework of all enhanced airports
-Add fuel parking positions
