King County International Airport, commonly known as Boeing Field (IATA: BFI, ICAO: KBFI, FAA LID: BFI), is a public-use airport situated just south of Seattle's central business district. Established in 1928, it's one of the oldest operating airfields in the United States and was Seattle's primary airport until the opening of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in 1944. Boeing Field spans an area of 634 acres (257 ha) and is positioned at an elevation of 21 feet (6 m). The airport features two asphalt runways: 14R/32L, which is 10,007 by 200 feet (3,050 x 61 m), and 14L/32R, measuring 3,709 by 100 feet (1,131 x 30 m).
Boeing Field has played a crucial role in the Boeing Company's history. In the 1960s, the initial assembly of the Boeing 737 aircraft took place at Boeing Field because the Renton factory was at capacity with the production of the Boeing 707 and 727 models. After completing 271 aircraft, the production was moved to Renton in late 1970. The airport also features facilities for final preparations and delivery of Boeing 737 aircraft after their first test flights, including a paint hangar and flight test facilities.

With a 1,200 meter long and 30 meter wide lighted runway, it offers an excellent platform for your flying activities and ideal conditions for individual business travel flights. The airfield is therefore one of the main landing sites for business travel in Germany and the Nether... Just Flight are excited to bring you all four production variants of the F28: the Mk 1000 to the Mk 4000. Announced in 1962, the F28 Mk 1000 first flew in 1967 and entered airline service in 1969. The Mk 2000, 3000 and 400... The Just Flight F28 Professional features incredibly detailed models with 4K and 8K textures for the highest possible texture detail and clarity. Realistic animations include dynamic wing-flex, all passenger, service and cargo doors, and the distinctive lift dumpers and tail-mounted airbrake. In the cockpit, the Captain, Co-Pilot and jump seat positions are modelled, with every switch, knob and lever animated and functional. A highly detailed and accessible passenger cabin and galley are included and include fully interactable forward galley controls for door operation, cabin lights, cabin-to-cockpit calls, cabin temperature and even a music system!The aircraft features complex custom-coded systems based on real-world FCOMs, including hydraulic, electrical, fuel and pressurisation systems. Wear and tear based on extensive reference photos and a 3D Wwise sound set provide an authentic cockpit environment, with highly realistic flight dynamics for each variant completing the immersive experience. Air-conditioning, bleed air supply and pressurisation systems
- Automatic and manual flight deck and cabin temperature control – takes account of ambient temperature, air supply from the engines and/or APU, fresh or recirculated air and even whether the doors are open!
- Automatic and manual pressurisation modes with control of outflow valves, barometric and cabin rate settings, indications and cabin altitude warnings
- Cabin altitude and differential values based on real-world data
- Simulated emergency cabin depressurisation procedures
- Controllable cockpit and cabin temperature from controls in the cockpit and forward galley, including accurately simulated valve position indicators, duct temperature indicators and cabin temperature indicators
- Realistic bleed air demand from engines and APU, and pneumatic supply to air conditioning and ice protection systems
- Fully simulated Automatic Shut-Off System which automatically opens and closes air conditioning valves based on the bleed air requirements for other systems

- Control over the pilot and cabin announcements

- Monitor CG position and automatically set take-off trim based on CG
- Aircraft configuration menu with many options, including altimeter sync, traditional/TCAS VSI, state saving, model options and much more

We are so very happy to say, we have succeeded in everything we set out to do. We didn’t cut any corners and this brand new Accu-Sim technology represents everything we dreamed of. Perhaps the biggest dream and challenge was to create a new aerodynamics system that allowed us to model how an airplane flies through the air. It’s the kind of simulation we knew was possible but wasn’t yet realized. Nobody has done anything like this before. This represents a quantum leap for us, and it’s the beginning of a whole new way of developing airplanes for flight simulation.
I decided early on the first airplane we had to simulate with Accu-Sim 2. 0 would be the Comanche 250, as this is an airplane I have owned and operated for over 10 years. It feels like a nice pair of shoes that are perfectly broken in yet still look good. During development I was continuously asking questions without acceptable answers, and our Comanche gave us every answer we asked. Owning the airplane offers tremendous advantages as you don’t need to ask permission or explain why you need to perform some odd sounding test. None of our testing was dangerous but much of it involved things nobody, including me had ever done before. There is a reason I have owned and operated a Comanche 250, N6229P for over a decade, and now through Accu-Sim 2. 0, you can better understand why. ”

01. WIGHT KNUCKLE
We start with a bang. Know what to do when the engine stops turning overhead the Isle of Wight. You will be introduced to failure management and will be shown how to select a suitable landing site. Follow the forced landing procedure to get us down safely.
02. SUBZERO
A freezing sky above the Isle of Man wreaks havoc on your instrumentation and controls. Think outside the box to recover and stay in control before returning to land with limited options. Learn the fundamentals of the pitot and static systems and see how difficult flying becomes without them. Use rudder to control your aircraft after your ailerons succumb to the chill.
03. BLACKOUT
Shut down non-essential systems as you desperately stretch out battery life so that you are not plunged into darkness before landing. Come to a decision using a structured failure management system to ensure that you achieve the best possible outcome.
04. SPANNER IN THE WORKS
A jammed landing gear leg necessitates a discontinued approach for troubleshooting in the shadow of Mt Vesuvius. Run through your options before accepting fate and scraping down the runway centreline to a stop.
05. LOST IN THE FOG
Step up to the Jetliners and navigate your way out of the international Paris Charles de Gaulle airport in thick fog. Make sure not to take a wrong turn as Air Traffic Control will notice. We will discuss the takeoff procedure as we crawl to the runway in diminished visibility.
06. FLYING BY NUMBERS
Once lined up on Paris CDG runway 27L, we set takeoff thrust and power through the fog up to flying speed. However all is not well after lift-off as our pitot systems become obstructed, forcing us to employ our Memory Actions to keep us on the rails. Sometimes the most difficult decisions are when everything returns to normal.
07. DRIFTDOWN
Lose an engine high above the Alps and see how our reduced performance forces us lower into thicker air. Complete the authentic engine failure procedure and communicate with the cabin crew and passengers as we drift closer and closer to the alpine landscape below.
08. TEMPEST
A nightly occurrence in the European summer, fight your way between thunderstorms and achieve maximum climb performance to leap clear of the clouds and punch through to the clearer skies above. Sometimes, despite your best efforts, you are reminded that not everything is within your control.
09. BRIMSTONE
A rapidly escalating situation develops onboard in the dead of night. Your engines begin to choke as the realisation sets in that you are engulfed within a dangerous cloud of volcanic ash. Run the real procedures to escape the area as you feel the full force of nature against you.
10. MIRACLE
An authentic recreation of US Airways Flight 1549. Based on the official NTSB report, experience for yourself the time-critical decision making that was required of the crew in the cold January skies above New York. Combined with true to life weather, aircraft configuration, passenger loads, cockpit communications and ATC recordings, this is a fascinating look at the Miracle on the Hudson, but this time you are in the Captain's seat.
11. WINDSHEAR
A last-minute windshear alert from our Cessna 208 throws our arrival into Guernsey into jeopardy. Make your own choice of whether you reattempt the approach or to conserve fuel and head for your alternate immediately.
12. HIGH ROLLER
Now that the weather has cleared, we depart Jersey to reattempt our arrival into Guernsey. At some point between takeoff and landing a random scenario will be generated, leaving you to deal with the situation alone. Use everything you have learnt and roll the dice in this unique experience.
