August 2023:
- AnyoneFly now contains over 11 hours of adventures in the Adventure cloud library!
- Additional French and German databases are now available for retrieving Wikipedia data.
- Expanded User Interface.
What is AnyoneFly?
AnyoneFly is a whole suite of tools that allow you to experience the simulator world in ways you may never have before. With AnyoneFly you can make an almost unlimited amount of discoveries, and share your discoveries with the world. The entire suite of tools can transform how you fly in MSFS!
The tool list is almost too many to list here, but we will try. To begin, the product centers around three different databases of world geographical information, with millions of locations covering many categories. Built on top of this is a new adventure/flight system. And even though many of the features greatly expand the VFR experience, there are features that will appeal to even airliner pilots.
We all can admit that MSFS is an amazing visual experience which is getting better and better. It was our goal in designing this product to bring out the best that MSFS has to offer, and make it more fun at the same time.
AnyoneFly includes many different tools and tool subsets:
Discover the World:
- Teleport to any of the millions of locations included in AnyoneFly. Set the altitude, distance, and heading before your point so you can arrive just as you plan.
- Filter by exact feature. For example, you can filter the database to show all seaplane bases in Alaska. Save this search and recall it later. Different saved searches are already included including "Alaska Seaplane Bases".
- Teleport to any custom latitude-longitude location with the same altitude, distance, and heading options as above. Using our included map makes moving to any location very easy.
- Use the save/load flight feature to quickly access saved locations. Fly flights created by others via the cloud. You can load a flight without having to exit the flight itself (AnyoneFly moves the existing aircraft to the exact specified location with heading, pitch, bank, altitude, and speed). Flights can optionally be set to a specific distance and heading from a location, thus providing a target for your flight.
- The unique system of feature types, location filters, and tracking systems allows you to challenge yourself to visits entire subsets of locations around the world. See where you have visited, and where you have not. Visually create plans and adventures to visit each of the selected locations.
- Use the AnyoneFly Voice Builder to configure custom Text-to-Speech voices that can give you information about the world you are flying over, in real time. Use a number of default free Windows voices. Optionally, AnyoneFly customers may be able to receive a special discount on amazing CereProc TTS voices. See the manual for more info.
World Geographical Location Data:
- View location information of over 12,000,000 points of interest as you fly. This includes mountains, rivers, creeks, dams, parks, cities, towns, and a whole lot more. You can even pull up Wikipedia data on the point if it is available.
- Optionally, use a Wikipedia location database to learn about the world as you fly. This includes landmarks, historical locations and events, and world geography such as mountains, cities, towns, lakes, and many other natural points of interest. With this database, every point should have a Wikipedia excerpt.
- We also include an airport database with over 63,000 airports, heliports, and seaplane ports. Find small hidden airfields you may not know about, or land at over 1100 seaplane bases! If you enjoy helicopters, we can help you locate over 18,000 heliports. In total you have 3 different databases to select from.
- Our Geo window will guide you to any location and allows you to select locations near you with a click of the mouse. The Geo window also serves as a hub for many other tools and functions.
Adventures:
- What better way to learn and experience this entire planet than to fly a composed adventure in the simulator that has been created by an adventure designer (which can also be you).
- AnyoneFly adventures can be run directly from the Flight1 cloud. Experience world locations, history, geography, and other information provided by the adventure author. Experience different media as you fly.
- Adventures can be text, spoken using text to speech using our Voice Designer tool, and for the best experience, fly adventures using real-world recordings provided by the adventure author. We have included audio from a professional stage actor in AnyoneFly so you can experience the best part of flying adventures.
- VR (Virtual Reality) compatible! If you use VR Headsets, fly using audio only. Our audio system gives you proper direction as you fly, or have heading and altitude (depending on aircraft model), sent to the autopilot.
- When flying audio-based adventures, simple VFR air traffic control may be available. This makes your adventure experience more immersive. Note that the ATC system in AnyoneFly is linear and directly connected to the adventure. It is not like advanced applications such as the FSHud product we sell.
- Flight1 has created a unique audio engine. This audio engine can provide realistic, real-world audio instructions during your audio based adventures.
- Score your adventures! When using voice for your adventures, we will evaluate how well you did. The lower the score the better! It is kind of like aviation golf.
- Use the Adventure Composer to create your own adventure. Create adventures while you fly. No programming experience is necessary.
- The Audio Builder allows you to use your own voice for navigation instructions, basic ATC, and the adventure itself. Put your voice in the simulator!
- Set a target to create an Auto-Adventure, and we will fly you to your destination selecting a variety of location points along the way.
- Optionally send heading and altitude data to your autopilot. This is useful so you do not need to dial in entries manually.
- You can jump to any point in an adventure. This means you can create your own basic adventure, and simply jump to a point in it to repeat a flight sequence. Practice touch-and-go's or arrivals without resetting your flight.
- Export adventure flight plans if you want to view your adventure route in the G1000/G530, etc. You can disable audio directions and follow the entered flight plan. You must fly accurately, or you may miss a step!
- AnyoneFly is a great tool for education. What better way to show the world than through aviation!
AI Objects:
- Experience the world with animation! Adventures can include AI Object scenes that include animals, boats, vehicles, or airport workers.
- Use the AI Scene Studio to create scenes via an easy-to-use point and click screen. This includes placing animals, ramp workers, and other objects at desired locations.
Weather:
- Create weather themes based on real-world weather or create them from scratch. Share your themes in the cloud or download themes from the cloud.
- Use the advanced weather placement tool to place a thunderstorm, or to create a hurricane.
- View real-time METAR reports via our advanced parser, and create weather themes based on them.
- You can also pull forecast winds from 1 to 5 hours in advance, for any METAR location. This may be useful if you want arrival airport information.
Other Tools to Expand Your Aviation Horizon:
- Use the AnyoneFly In-Flight map to track your flight. This map is like the seat-back maps you see on airliners.
- AnyoneFly has an optional in-sim menu. Start AnyoneFly and access its features while you fly.
- Detailed manual and tooltips to help guide you through the program.
We have included two advanced audo adventures utilizing the voice of Atlanta-based professional actor Jeff Hathcoat (you can also be the voice of adventures that you create). In addition, other adventure are are included in the AnyoneFly Cloud that cover the different types of adventures that AnyoneFly can create. There are also preset cloud "flights" you can experience.
Even without the cloud, you can setup flights to specific waypoints using over 100 unique data types. Please see our Alaskan Seaplane Bases adventure as an example of an adventure you can create in minutes. Pair that with Text to Speech and the Wikipedia database for an in-depth flying experience.

Building on the immersive and addictive Air Hauler, Air Hauler 2 for Microsoft Flight Simulator puts you in complete control of your own freight and passenger company - take charge of operations both in the boardroom and in the cockpit. You can also 'go global' and create your own Virtual Airline and recruit other AH2 pilots to fly for you with attractive payouts, or you can join another pilot’s booming airline and fly for that alongside your own company.
The limitless possibilities and flexibility of Air Hauler 2 will let you immerse yourself totally in every operational detail of your company - each crucial flight will have an effect on the reputation and reach of your expanding empire.
The level of complexity is up to you - simply fly jobs between bases and buy or lease aircraft, or carve out a career in the air freight or airline industry by hiring AI pilots and risking everything on loans to fill up your dream hangar.
Air Hauler 2 tracks all your financial activity, whether you're buying aircraft or air bases, fuel or repairs, or paying for landing fees or even loans and leases. Take out insurance if you think the part-time pilots you've hired might let you down when you can least afford it.
As the pilot charged with delivering the goods or passengers on time, you can decide to fly a job in multiple legs, or stop anywhere en route for refuelling or maintenance. Create your regular passenger routes and look out for special humanitarian missions.
Build your reputation with clients you meet as you travel between airports with your crews and fleet, take on increasingly lucrative missions, and pick up cargo jobs to build your empire from the local bulletin boards, or the global online job board system.
Trade commodities for delivery on your cargo routes, and open manufacturing plants and factories at your bases to create parts for manufacture into more precious commodities. Travel around the world to meet new contacts and fly missions for them individually to boost your company’s reputation and income!
If your management skills are needed in the boardroom, recruit other pilots to fly jobs for you and keep track of them all with the AI pilot system. Detailed Map views showing all the airports in Flight Simulator will help you keep tabs on available jobs and the locations of your bases and fleet, and you can also view the live locations of other online Air Hauler 2 pilots.
Expand your company into an online Virtual Airline where other pilots can fly passenger routes and cargo jobs for your new venture – select jobs from a global shared job board and allow users to help you manage your virtual airline and fly, expand and maintain your fleet!
Air Hauler 2 puts you in charge every step of the way - from landings to leases, flight plans to finances, and repairs to recruitment!
AIR HAULER 2 FEATURES
Cargo jobs – more variety, better paid jobs, and much, much faster generation than in Air Hauler, including access to an online global shared job board.
Passenger operations – fly single passenger jobs between any airport you choose, or set up a schedule and routes for your airline to fly. You can let your AI pilots fly these routes or you can fly any of them at any time.
Missions - take missions from new contacts you meet as you travel to new airports and destinations.
Virtual Airlines – create your own Virtual Airline and recruit other AH2 pilots from around the world to fly passenger and cargo jobs! Advertise your airline on the Air Hauler 2 Hiring Bulletin Board. Accept and fly jobs from the Global Job Board and compete with other airlines for the best hauls.
Humanitarian missions - respond to real-world disasters by manufacturing and delivering relief supplies to local airports.
New AI pilot skills tree system – AI pilots can now be ‘trained’ in over 18 different skills which bring benefits to your company. As the AI pilots improve, they ‘level up’ in rank which gives them more skill points to spend. There is a skill tree which has five different tracks with individual skills in each and these can be unlocked by spending points. So, for example, an AI pilot who has five points in ‘Bungee Warrior’ will be subject to less in-flight cargo damage as a result of rough handling than one who has less (or no) points in that skill. Other examples are ‘Rocketman’, which provides a more efficient cruise (lower fuel costs), and ‘Short Stripper’ which lowers the runway landing requirements for AI pilots.
Take missions from clients at airports – supply them with rare commodities or perform photo recon flights or private charter flights.
Commodity trading – buy and sell commodities rather than just move them for clients. Make your own fortune trading between airports!
Upgrade your bases – upgrade them with fuel depots and commodity storage facilities, allowing you to hedge fuel prices and store commodities long term.
Factories and production – build factories at your bases and use them to produce desirable commodities which can’t be bought on the open market.
Find aircraft parts from vendors – find these at larger airports and use them to repair your fleet or build new aircraft yourself rather than buying them!
New type rating system – get qualified on aircraft before you or your AI pilots can fly them.
Buy and fly aircraft in your personal fleet – you can also transfer money from your company into your own personal account.
Buy new aircraft direct from the manufacturer, or buy second hand – have the aircraft shipped to you or go and collect them yourself and fly them home.
All-new Map views with great circle routes – several map tile choices are available.
Create ‘custom airports’ – create custom landing locations in scenic hotspots, or for new airports which haven’t been added to MFS yet.
Included database of common aircraft – designed to populate the stats while importing – no more searching for fuel burn figures!

By utilizing inter-process communication with the simulator via fine granular control, you will experience automated, dynamic, and smooth weather transitions from real-world reporting metar stations.
Weather Force also includes a wide range of proprietary dynamic, changing (non-static)weather scenarios. These scenarios are unlike the static weather presets that ship withMicrosoft Flight Simulator.
WITH REAL-TIME METAR DATA AS THE FOUNDATION, THE WEATHER FORCE WEATHER ENGINE PROVIDES A MORE REALISTIC WEATHER EXPERIENCE.
The metar data is updated 6x an hour and downloaded directly from NOAA and can provide accurate results within a 1/8th mile of a given point.
Weather Force utilizes uniquely built algorithms to combine both metar and model data to cover sparse areas such as deserts and oceans.
GFS (Global Forecast System) Model data is downloaded twice daily from NCEP and provides key atmospheric conditions to give a snapshot of temperature and winds aloft.
REMARKABLY UNIQUEWeather Force reads remarks provided with live metar reports to determine if storms are near the aerodrome. Thus, even if the automated metar may indicate clear conditions, if remarks indicate storms nearby, storms will be generated near the reporting station as in real life.
POWERFUL WEATHER SEARCHIf you are looking to fly at a particular location or in certain weather conditions, Weather Force includes a handy weather search feature that allows you to search by airport or by weather criteria.
Dynamic Changing Weather Scenarios (DCWS)To add even more interest, Weather Force comes with dynamic changing weather scenarios (DCWS). These weather scenarios are dynamic, unlike the static default presets in Microsoft Flight Simulator. These Weather Force weather scenarios dynamically change over time and provide various elements of changing weather over the course of your flight. Examples provided below of included scenarios:
• Fair weather• Approaching cold front• Approaching warm front• Hot and humid summer• Lake effect snows• Winter storm• Crisp winter• Breezy• Spring showers
Because DCWS are centralized on the REX servers, REX can periodically add new and exciting scenarios, which will be automatically added to your application without the need to update Weather Force.
Tracking The WeatherIn Weather Force you have the ability to easily track your 10 favorite airports, therefore, clearly identifying what the detailed weather is like at each. If you require a more detailed report, simply click on the ICAO and receive in-depth data about the airport weather conditions.
BEHIND THE SCENES
The GoalWith Microsoft Flight Simulator, we have been provided a powerful weather system as a start. The goal is to provide an even more robust weather environment. The REX developers have worked diligently to render the weather as it should be, yet stay true to the validity of real-world metar data.
Smoothing MechanismIn addition, the REX developers have carefully added a smoothing mechanism to the engine to gradually smooth and transition the weather over time between updates. Of course, you have complete control over the weather update factors as well as transition speed.
Continued and Consistent DevelopmentThe REX developers are dedicated to continuously develop and update Weather Force as new API’s become available from Asobo and Microsoft, thus they have developed an implementary system to deliver program updates quickly and easily to you.
The following is a list of updates coming soon after initial release:

BAe 146 Professional
Following on from their popular Hawk T1/A Advanced Trainer and PA-28 family of aircraft for MSFS, Just Flight's in-house team has developed this highly detailed simulation of the 146 regional jet following comprehensive, hands-on research with a real-world aircraft, G-JEAO, which retired from service with British European Airways in 2000 and is now preserved at the de Havilland Aircraft Museum, and the CC. Mk2 and C. Mk3 aircraft of Royal Air Force, 32 (The Royal) Squadron.
Just Flight ...
Just Flight are excited to bring you the 146 ‘Whisper Jet’ – featuring the 100, 200 and 300 series of this classic British airliner. The design process of what was to become the 146-100 began under Hawker Siddeley in 1973, when the iconic high T-tail, short undercarriage, four engines and distinctive airbrake were chosen to produce a regional airliner with short-field performance and quiet operation. The 146-100 first flew in 1981, followed by the stretched 200 series in 1982 and the 300 series in 1988.
The Royal Air Force purchased three 146-100s in 1986 and these were operated by The Queen's Flight, designated the CC. Mk2 ‘Statesman’ and equipped with VIP cabins. The aircraft were used to transport the British royal family and senior members of the UK military and government.
The 146 was also popular with cargo operators due to its excellent capacity and low engine noise, allowing for night flights into city airports. Two cargo variants were developed: the convertible passenger and freight variant (QC) and the freight-only Quiet Trader (QT). The Royal Air Force also operated two 200QC aircraft, designated the C. Mk3.
Eight variants of the 146 are included in this product – the 100 to 300 passenger variants, the 200QC and QT, 300 QT, RAF CC. Mk2 ‘Statesman’ and C. Mk3 – offering a wide variety of configurations, ranges and flight operations across the globe.
The exterior models are stunningly detailed, featuring 8K and 4K textures for incredible clarity and the latest Physical Based Rendering (PBR) material technology to produce realistic metallic, plastic and glass surfaces. Realistic animations include trailing-edge flap mechanisms, spoilers, large tail-mounted airbrake and all passenger and cargo doors.
The Captain and First Officer positions in the cockpit are modelled with hundreds of functional switches, knobs and controls. The aircraft features complex custom-coded systems based on real-world FCOMs, including hydraulic, electrical, fuel and pressurisation, and the cockpit is also fitted with a functional Thrust Management System (TMS) and comprehensive navigation equipment which includes traditional navigation equipment for tracking VORs, NDBs and ILSs, as well as two types of FMS for RNAV navigation.
The aircraft are brought to life with immersive dynamic lighting and 3D Wwise sounds, with unique flight dynamics for each variant and custom effects from condensation and contrails to realistic exterior lighting.
The 146 was flown all around the world and over 40 airline liveries from the UK, USA, Europe and Australia are included, bringing you many iconic airlines and paint schemes.
See the Detailed Description below for full details of all the aircraft features and you can also take a look at the PDF manuals: 146 Professional Operations Manual, UNS-1 FMS Manual, EFB manual.
New features - the 146 Professional has received many significant updates/upgrades since the original release, with a plethora of changes being made to the aircraft systems and visuals, as well as extra features and quality-of-life additions based on community feedback. This all ensures that the 146 Professional is one of the most complete products available for MSFS! The free 'Version 2' update (4 April 2024) adds even more features, including fully interactable passenger cabins, a UNS-1 Flight Management System and boarding simulation. Herzogenaurach EDQH airfield is located northwest of the city of Herzogenaurach and lies at 1070 ft (326 m above sea level).
The original airfield has a historical background dating back to 1935, when it was used for the purpose of a military airfield - at that time fighter squadrons of the Luftwaffe were stationed there. After the war, the airfield was used as a Herzo Base under the flag of the Allied occupation forces and it was not until 1960 that the first flying club set out to establish its own airfield, at that time with a grass runway. In 1961, a 700 m grass runway was then accepted by the authorities and in 1970 the airfield was upgraded to a commercial airfield and with it the runway was finally paved.
Today Herzogenaurach is a popular destination for pilots. There are several farm buildings, a tower as well as a large hangar and a restaurant. There is also a refuelling facility for the respective aircraft types.
The restaurant with its beautiful beer garden offers a wonderful view directly onto the runway. The approach to Herzogenaurach is demanding, because the airfield is located in the middle of the control zone of the Nuremberg Airport EDDN.
Approaches and departures are permitted up to a maximum of 3500 ft, since above this level the control zone C begins as controlled airspace - directly adjacent to the airfield is the control zone and thus the airspace of Nuremberg Airport, which may not be flown without permission.
The runway alignments of the airfield are runways 08 and 26, the asphalt runway has a dimension of 700 x 20 m.
Every building as well as playground and refueling facility at the airfield has been modeled after the original down to the last detail
Close cooperation with the airfield operator on site to create an atmosphere like in reality
Sophisticated night lighting
The approach sector was recreated in detail

EDPA - Aalen-Heidenheim/Elchingen
The commercial airfield Aalen-Heidenheim is located 15 km southeast of Aalen, BadenWürttemberg. Owner and operator of the airfield is the association Luftsportring Aalen e. V. , which meanwhile has more than 560 members. On 07. 03. 1954 the airfield was used for the first time by pilots from Aalen. In the following years the airfield was developed into a real airfield with a lot of love, work and effort as well as hard work of the members.

The airfield is located at an altitude of 1916 ft (584 m) and has the radio frequency 121. 405. Aalen is considered an uncontrolled airfield, even if the tower gives the clearances - these are purely legal recommendations, but in practice they should be adhered to. EDPA does not have its own control zone at this airfield.
The asphalt runway has a length of 1000m x 30m asphalt and has the runway alignments 09L to the east and 27R to the west. The runway is approved for a maximum take-off weight of 10000kg, so it is also suitable for heavier aircraft. In addition, there is a grass runway 09 R and 27L, also with 1000 x30 m, for gliding, which is very active in Aalen.
The Aalen-Heidenheim airfield is also home to the Aalen Elchingen Flying Museum. Here, numerous gems from civil aviation can be admired. Among them are a De Havilland DH83 Fox Moth, De Havilland Dragon Rapide, an Antonov An-2, a Texan T6 and a Beechcraft 17 Staggerwing. The museum is definitely worth a visit and is a great destination for GA pilots.
Numerous maintenance facilities are also located in Aalen and are certified maintenance facilities for many flying clubs and flight schools. For example, many machines of the flight school Jesenwang are maintained in Aalen.
Aalen also has a cozy restaurant with a beautiful terrace and stunning views of the runway-it's not for nothing that Aalen is considered one of the most beautiful commercial airfields in all of Germany.
Every building as well as the refueling system and the restaurant at the airfield were modeled on the original down to the last detail- for this purpose the airfield was flown to several times in real life.
The different altitudes and terrain shapes were authentically recreated.
Close cooperation with the airfield operator on site to create an atmosphere like in reality.
The approach sector was recreated in detail
