INSTALLATION SIZE:
Total download file - 556mb
HOW TO INSTALL:
Locate the Microsoft Flight Simulator installation folder
You need to find and open the folder called Community
Copy the three folders "Marine RM Litoral Combat Ship", "Marine RM Patrol Boat Mark VI", "Marine RM Destroyer DDG-143" and "Marine RM Battleship BB-55 North Carolina" you just extracted into the Community folder
Start the game and the Litoral Combat Ship, Patrol Boat Mark VI, Destroyer DDG-143 and Battleship North Carolina BB-55 ships will be in your hangar ready to sail!
HOW TO PLAY:
Start the game at the headland of some seaplane runway, put the engine on 100% and wait a few seconds for the ship to start moving. The water trails and smoke will start with the slowest speed you are on the Destroyer and Battleship. These ships do not have a reverse engine for the time being, but this will be implemented in an upcoming update. Click L to activate an overnight navigation beacon. Quickly activate and deactivate the landing gear to honk. It is possible to start anywhere in the world on water, read the last paragraph of the following section to understand how.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
- The hard deck on the helipad is an experimental feature. It is designed to work in online co-op play with one player piloting the ship and other players landing on the ship's helipad. This functionality is not fully proven as the SDK can prevent it from working correctly by adding a false transparency to the player's ship as a way of preventing impacts, which is annoying. The hard deck is there and will work the exact moment the game's SDK allows for direct collisions between player vehicles.
- This add-on will continue to be developed for improvements such as: Interior improvements, functional gauges, improved navigation physics and corrected lighting in Battleship. Soon all models will receive this and more updates.
- The amount of water trails is limited by Asobo for now, when this limitation is removed from the SDK boats will have more sprays on the front and sides.
- The speed of all boats is limited to less than 30kts for water stability reasons.
- When starting the departure, the ship may appear stuck in the water or sinking. This is because the SDK does not recognize the 3D model of the boat as an entire object, regardless of the contact points. For now, a solution to this is to press the "Y" KEY to enter and press it again to exit Yoke Mode to correctly position the ship in the water. This will definitely be improved soon.
- Don't start cold, a boat's starter function is unrealistic without a panel.
- Water waves can start out "hard", with a strange texture. This changes gradually during the game, when turning in any direction.

As Wuxi Shuofang Airport is a combined military-civilian airport, the military area in the scenery is only a background element. Its appearance and layout are artistically adapted entirely from Google Satellite imagery, with no sensitive information included. This approach balances the realism of the airport scene while ensuring content safety and compliance.
Features
- T1 and T2 terminals modeled using extensive on-site photos, with moderate interior details to replicate real-world scenes.
- Rich ground details: PBR (Physically Based Rendering) ground textures and custom dirt marks are applied. The dirt marks on runways that cannot be cleaned after long-term use are recreated, and ground lines have the texture of real-world paint—showing surface reflection at night.
- Innovative custom functions: In addition to standard features of custom airports (approach lights, strobe approach lights, runway centerline lights, taxiway edge lights, runway exit lights, runway guard lights, airport interior lights, high-rise strobe anti-collision lights, taxiway signs, animated wind socks, dynamic on-site vehicles, custom jet bridges), the following are added:
- 180m-tall industrial cooling towers with water vapor that changes direction with the wind;
- Custom audio, including offline terminal boarding announcements, VIP lounge music, airport security prompts, and elevator safety alerts;
- "Scare eyes" (bird deterrent devices) whose rotation speed changes with wind force to repel surrounding birds (though currently non-functional for bird repulsion); airport bird deterrents also play deterrent sounds automatically;
- Terminal "sleep mode": interior lights dim from 23:00 to 05:00 daily;
- Time retrograde function: if you set the in-game time to before January 1, 2023, the text on the terminal roof will change from "Shuofang" to "Sunan Shuofang".
- The total polygon count of all models is approximately 300,000-500,000. This relatively high count is due to splitting large models into smaller ones, followed by LOD (Level of Detail) processing. During gameplay, not all polygons load at once—high-detail models load when you are near, and low-detail models load when you are far away. This ensures game performance and reduces rendering computational load.
- Airport data is produced in accordance with Wuxi Airport specifications. Runway slope, ILS (Instrument Landing System), and signal towers are consistent with what is indicated on aeronautical charts. The PAPI (Precision Approach Path Indicator) light angle is 3 degrees. As this is a public airport, aircraft models using third-party data can also fly normally here.
- For more details, please refer to the update log.

Mission Hub is Miltech Simulations’ answer to a long-standing need in Microsoft Flight Simulator: a powerful, flexible, and aircraft-agnostic mission and campaign editor. Initially sparked during the development of the CH47 - where we introduced a basic, hardcoded mission system - we quickly realized the limitations of such an approach and set out to build something far more ambitious.
Mission Hub will let you create and execute campaigns with multiple objectives, branching paths, triggers, and dynamic outcomes—all without needing to write a single line of code. Whether you're planning a search and rescue operation in Alaska, a multi-leg airlift mission across the Andes, or a full-scale naval assault scenario, Mission Hub gives you the tools to bring it to life.
For Users
Ready-to-play missions are included, tailored for the Miltech Simulations MH-60, with no setup or mission building required - just load and fly. Over time, we will continue expanding the mission library, regularly adding new scenarios for the MH60 as well as mission packs designed for other aircraft through future updates.
For Creators
Built around a modular Trigger–Action framework, Mission Hub allows creators to design missions using dynamic conditions - such as time, location, altitude, speed, and more - and link them to meaningful actions like advancing objectives, triggering messages or audio, and spawning mission elements.
Missions can then be easily shared as a JSON file.
Universal & Aircraft-Agnostic Mission System
Flexible, expandable, and compatible with any aircraft in Microsoft Flight Simulator. Mission Hub supports multiple mission types, including VERTREP, Search and Rescue, and Submarine Intercept, that can be flown with any aircraft, allowing you to tailor the experience to your preferred platform and playstyle.

Steam Gauge Overhaul - Analog Bonanza
Black Square’s Analog Bonanza brings you a completely new interior, panel and systems with the default MSFS G36 Bonanza exterior model, including added tip tanks. This product contains both normally aspirated (A36) and turbocharged (A36TC) aircraft with an advanced reciprocating engine simulation, and features analogue instrumentation, swappable radio configurations and an overhauled electrical system with every circuit breaker, meter, switch, and knob functioning.
Black Square’s failure...
Black Square’s failure system allows for persistent wear, MTBF and scheduled failures for nearly every component in the aircraft, many with multiple different failure modes. The fully 3D gauges are modelled and coded to meticulously match their real-world counterparts, with reference to real-world manuals. No piece of equipment appears in a Black Square aircraft without a real world unit as reference.
Radio navigation systems are available from several eras of the Bonanza’s history, so users can fly without GPS via a Bendix KNS-81 RNAV system or with the convenience of a Garmin GTN 750 (PMS50 or TDS). Other radio equipment includes KX-155 NAV/COM radios, GNS 530, GNS 430, KR 87 ADF, KDI 572 DME, GTX 327 Transponder, KFC 150 Autopilot and a Bendix RDR1150XL Colour Weather Radar. A 90-page manual provides instruction on all equipment and 38 in-game checklists with control/instrument highlighting are included for normal and emergency procedures.
Primarily analogue instrumentation augmented with modern radio navigation equipment is still the most common aircraft panel configuration in the world. Challenge your piloting skills by flying IFR to minimums with a fully analogue panel and no GPS. You’ll be amazed at the level of skill and proficiency you can achieve to conquer such adversity and how it will translate to all your other flying. You also may find the analogue instrumentation much easier to read with the limited number of pixels available on a computer monitor, and even more so in VR.
NOTE: This product is an INTERIOR AND SYSTEMS OVERHAUL ONLY that makes use of the default MSFS Bonanza exterior visual model. Improvements have been made to almost all aspects of the aircraft, except the visual appearance of the exterior. All default Bonanza liveries are compatible with this product.
For more information on this product’s capabilities and a list of all included avionics and equipment, see the Detailed Description below and the extensive PDF operating manual.
Systems
Black Square’s overhauled cockpits with analogue instrumentation go far beyond a visual upgrade. Included, you will find a complete redesign of all aircraft systems to more closely match the real aircraft, with a focus on electrical systems. Also included are more accurate weight and balance, lighting systems, flight dynamics and ground handling. Enjoy features such as:
- Reciprocating engine simulation with fouling, vapour lock, flooding and backfires
- The most realistic turbocharger simulation in Microsoft Flight Simulator to date
- Completely interactable electrical system with four buses and 70 circuits
- Engine leaning optimization 'Lean Find' on EDM-800 engine monitor and status alarms
- Engine limit excursions that decrease engine health and will eventually lead to failure
- Selective state saving for radio selection, radio frequency memory, cabin aesthetics etc.
- 80+ system failures, set via in-cockpit interface. Either random, based on settable MTBF, or schedulable with optional time acceleration.
- Cabin environmental control system for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and ram air cooling. Cool things off by opening a window or watch the aircraft heat up in the sun.
- Crew/Passenger oxygen system that depletes according to pressure altitude, passenger occupancy and their weight.
- Working carbon monoxide detector
- Standby alternator and gyro logic, switches and working air conditioner condenser door
- Mathematically accurate VOR & ADF signal attenuation and noise, and remote compass gyro slaving
- Gyroscope physics simulation for electric and pneumatic gyroscopes with precession, partial failures, based on a coupled quadrature oscillator
- Voltage-based light dimming. All lights dim with battery voltage and load - an immediately recognisable effect for night-time pilots. Strobe lights cause disorienting light bounce in clouds.
Checklists
Over 350 checklist items are provided for 35+ Normal, Abnormal and Emergency procedures in textual form in the manual and in-game, using the MSFS native checklist system with control and instrument highlighting. If it’s in the checklist, it’s settable in the aircraft!
Sounds
Black Square’s Analog Bonanza features the default MSFS-native (Wwise) 3D G36 Bonanza sound package, with new custom sounds added for warnings, environmental control systems, electronics, turbocharger, engine cooling and more. The default sounds have been carefully assigned to all interactable cockpit elements for an authentic 3D spatial experience.
- Rich audio for every switch, button, lever and electrical system
- Detailed physics-based effects on engine and wind noise
- Accurately positioned 3D sound sources (best enjoyed in VR!)
Model
- Accurately modelled A36 and A36TC Bonanza interior ONLY (uses default exterior model), created from hundreds of reference photos and technical documentation
- 100% MSFS native animation code for the smoothest animations and cockpit interactions using either legacy or new cockpit interaction modes
- PBR (Physically Based Rendering) materials with real-time environment reflections for superb quality and realism, and vector-graphic-like decal quality
- Detailed normal mapping for leather, fabric, plastic, stitches, scratches, carpet and tooling marks, resulting in a texture resolution of 10,000 pixels per square inch (90. 0kB)
Cockpit
- Greatly enhanced instrument panel detail compared to default aircraft with every label and marking in its place. If it appears in the real aircraft, you can interact with it!
- Custom-coded steam gauges with low-pass filtering, needle bounce and physics provide ultra-realistic and silky smooth animations like you’ve never seen before
- Carefully modelled components match the depth and character of the real instrumentation, based on reference photos, schematics and real world measurements. Unlike other expensive Flight Sim aircraft, every piece of equipment that appears in a Black Square aircraft is modelled after a real piece of aircraft equipment and will behave the same way in its primary functionality.
- Every knob, switch and button is interactable and implemented, along with its respective electrical circuitry. Turn systems on and off or pull circuit breakers to see the impact it has on your generators and battery via the analogue meters. Automatic standby generators and standby gyros are also simulated. Many pieces of equipment respond correctly to electrical configurations with warning messages and diagnostic codes.
- Fully 3D cockpit lighting technology for every gauge and panel, with ambient bounce lighting for a more immersive night-time experience that won’t leave you fumbling around in unrealistically dark spots
- 4096x4096 (4K) PBR textures on cockpit and panel for crisp instrumentation. Even see the fingerprints on instrument glass!
- Hideable yokes, adjustable sun visors and other cockpit aesthetics
Flight Dynamics
The Analog Bonanza features an improved flight model compared to the default Bonanza, with tweaks based on operator feedback and real flight data. Drag varies with cowl flap setting and air conditioning condenser scoop position. Engine damage and fouling produces a rough running engine and decreased performance.

As a result, we are proud to announce the release of our first product for MSFS - The PA30 Twin Comanche. After more than a year of work, we have completely redeveloped the Twin Comanche, taking the existing 3D model and producing new textures and modelling to suit the high-fidelity lighting and graphic options possible with MSFS. The cabin and panel have likewise been reworked.
This is an analogue panel version of the Twin Comanche, which includes support for the TDSSim GTN750 (separate purchase required). We will be looking to bring the glass panel options present in our XP12 Twin Comanche as a future upgrade. The instrument panel reflects the original 1960’s setup with the Century IIB autopilot. For those used to more modern systems, it’s a challenge, but a good one!
We are especially grateful to Frank Brunot, our new team member, a pilot with years of experience and owner of a Twin Comanche, who has provided a massive amount of time and input to help us refine the flight model - no small task with a completely new development platform! Thanks also to Igor Kirilove who continues to produce incredible work from his home in Kyiv, sometimes running off car batteries to continue working through power outages.
The Twin Comanche was first produced in 1961. It is a twin-engine four or six-seater successor to the Piper Apache. Featuring tip tanks, retractable gear and the safety of two engines, plus a cruise speed of 165kts at a very reasonable fuel burn, and a cruise ceiling of 18,000ft, the Twin Comanche has been a popular cross country option for many years.
As mentioned, our phase 2, now we have our first product to the release stage, will be to work on bringing the high-quality glass cockpit options in our X-Plane models to MSFS. We are also actively discussing which will be our next model to bring over to this exciting new platform.
The vFlyteAir Piper PA-30 Twin Comanche is equipped with a general aviation panel, featuring all common instruments, switches and avionics typical for a real PA-30
We also include a variant of the aircraft featuring out-of-the-box support for the the Garmin GTN simulation GTNxi Pro by TDS Software. In this variant, the default GNS530, the radio, and the transponder are replaced by a GTN750 (top) and a GTN650 (bottom). Make sure to select the TDS variant of the aircraft in Microsoft Flight Simulator if you want to use the GTNxi. The TDS GTNxi Pro is sold separately by TDS Software, refer to tdssim. com/tdsgtnxi for details.
The majority of the modelling and programming was done by long-time vFlyteAir developer Igor Kyrylov. He has not only X-Plane experience, like the rest of us, but is also familiar with the Microsoft Flight Simulator platform for many years. Therefore, Igor was in charge of leading the vFlyteAir Twin Comanche project for MSFS 2020. Igor, his wife and his little son live in Kyiv, Ukraine. Igor’s country and home town are under massive attack by Russian forces since early 2022, when work on the vFlyteAir PA-30 for MSFS started. Under very hard conditions, with constant power outages and the imminent danger of falling victim to the attackers who constantly attack civilian buildings, Igor finished this model nearly all by himself. Team and beta testers provided valuable feedback on the real aircraft (special thanks to Frank Brunot in this regard), on bugs, or wrote this user manual, but in the end, the Twinkie is more than anything else Igor’s plane. While during daytime Igor supports his country’s defence efforts by various activities, in the evening and during nights, Igor never stopped to finish this project, often under very hard and, up to 2022, unimaginable conditions, for example relying on modified car batteries to power his development computer. It is not an overstatement when we say that this project helped Igor and his family to stay focused or, as Igor would say, to “keep going”, and to not forget that there was a life before the war, and that there will be a life after the war again. Flight simulation can bring us the joy of freedom to our homes. From the comfort of our chairs we can travel to other countries and, like a bird, enjoy the views from above. This works especially well using Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020’s very realistic graphics. When you fly the beautiful and reliable Twin Comanche in MSFS 2020, consider paying Ukraine a virtual visit, to remind yourself that Ukraine is not some distant war zone from the evening news, but a close European country with real, living people. Kyiv’s Boryspil International Airport (ICAO code UKBB) is just a few hours away from the other European capitals. The Twinkie can carry you there.
Models
Accurately modelled PA-30 Twin, built using real-world aircraft plans and comprehensive photography of the real aircraft
Numerous animations including passenger door, baggage door, cockpit storm window, sun visors
4096x4096 textures are used to produce the highest possible texture clarity
PBR (Physically Based Rendering) materials with real-time environment reflections for superb quality and realism
Detailed normal mapping for down-to-the-rivet precision of aircraft surfaces
Ground services support (marshaller)
Full support for MSFS visual icing effects
Cockpit
A truly 3D virtual cockpit right down to accurately modelled seat belts and screw heads - every instrument is constructed fully in 3D with smooth animations
Cockpit textures feature wear and tear based on reference photos taken in the real aircraft to produce an authentic environment
Dimmable instrument, radio and dome lighting, with separate control circuits
Simulated electrical systems: For example, the generator power in the Steam gauge model depends on RPM. You can try this by switching off the battery master while the engine is running and then observe the ammeter change when you switch on or off various devices. In addition, many fuses (on the breaker panels) are working. Helpful instrumentation: The airspeed indicator (IAS, in mph and knots) is adjustable for altitude and outside air temperature, resulting in additional display of true airspeed (TAS). The radar altimeter with adjustable minimum altitude provides assistance when flying near the ground. If you have installed the TDS GTNxi Pro (sold separately), we offer a panel variant using the Garmin GTN750 and GTN650 (instead of the default radio stack which consists of Garmin GNS530 GPS, Bendix/King KX 155 radios, and Garmin GTX330 transponder). Century IIB autopilot: The classic Century IIB autopilot includes helpful roll and heading modes to ease your piloting work. Detailed cockpit and panel lights: Pilot and co-pilot floods lights illuminate the cabin, while adjustable instrument and panel lights always provide perfect visibility in all weather conditions and times of day. Visual effects: We modelled smoke during engine start, as well as ice building up on the cabin windows in icing conditions. Emergency gear lever: Mounted in the bottom of the cabin, behind a removable panel, an
Yoke-mounted flight timer/clock
Developed using the latest MSFS standards, including intuitive and easy-to-use controls for rotary knobs, multi-position switches and levers
Sounds
The Twin feature a MSFS-native (Wwise) sound package taking full advantage of the new capabilities. Every little detail has been faithfully recreated based on high fidelity recordings from real life PA-30.

Flight dynamics
The Twin feature realistic and accurate flight dynamics based on real-world performance and handling data, and input from the Twin pilots.
We ordered sound from the company SimAcoustics (https://www. simacoustics. com/). Their specialist Mike made an excellent sound for Twin. All sound files from the engine for the sound of fans and toggle switches are taken from the original aircraft. The sound of the engines is modeled especially accurately and volumetrically. Sound is the main part of the update and if sound used to be a weak point of Twin, now it is a strong point.
It is also possible to change the configuration of the Garmin or TDS navigation system without overloading the aircraft.
Control is carried out from the configuration folder-menu, which is accessible by clicking on the folder border on top of the glareshield.
