Skyhub Career MODE - Pilot's Dark World New
SkyHub is a career, not a mission pack.
You start as a cadet at a small coastal base with an empty logbook, and you work towards the left seat. Everything in between — the roster you are issued, the sectors you fly, what you are paid and what it costs to be promoted — is run by an airline that does not care how badly you want it.

You start as a cadet at a small coastal base with an empty logbook, and you work towards the left seat. Everything in between — the roster you are issued, the sectors you fly, what you are paid and what it costs to be promoted — is run by an airline that does not care how badly you want it.
The month is the only deadline you get. Twenty duties and fifty-two sectors, issued and locked. Seniority decides how much of the good flying lands on your sheet. Fly them in whatever order suits you; the month is what you answer for.
Your flight plan comes with the job. Routing, winds aloft, fuel and weights, a full navigation log and the ATC strip — built for the sector you picked. No subscription, and no AIRAC cycle to keep current.
A recorder in the back watches all of it. SkyHub ACARS is a desktop client that sits beside your simulator and records the sector as you fly it — the track, the handling, the touchdown. It files the report itself at shutdown, and the server grades what the recorder saw rather than what anybody claims. That is why the leaderboards mean something.
Technique is scored, and the entry is final. Rotation rate, bank, the descent, the touchdown. Every sector is graded by flight data monitoring and paid at your rank. Logbook entries cannot be amended — these are the only hours that count towards command.
You run the cabin as well as the aeroplane. Boarding to disembarkation: the announcements, the service, and a hundred and seventy-odd people forming an opinion about how it is going. When something happens at altitude — a cardiac arrest, a fire, an engine failure — the call is yours, and the flight is judged on what you decided.
Two currencies, and neither is for sale. Hours decide when you can be promoted; cash decides whether you can afford it. Hours come from flying. Cash is earned, lent or won — lock it away and it earns every day until you take it back, or borrow, and a quarter of every sector’s pay goes against the loan until it is clear.
Twenty aircraft, twelve ratings, eight bases. From the ATR 72 and the Dash 8 through the A320 and 737 families to the 777, the 787 and the 747-8. Pick the type you are rated on — or the one you have always wanted to fly. Three thousand kilometres of Vietnamese coastline to learn the hard way: the summer monsoon over the delta, the crosswinds down the central coast, Hanoi under low cloud in January.
Leaderboards worth reading. Pilot Ranking, Top Gun, Green Aviator, Iron Man, Steady Hands, Rookie of the Month. There is also a Hall of Shame, and it is very well read.
What you get. One key, one career. It opens Career Mode in full — the monthly roster, the flight planning, the logbook, the pay ledger and the ACARS recorder — on your SkyHub account, permanently. No subscription. Every future update included. Nothing else in the game is ever sold for real money.

What it does
- One-tap rate control. Large, clearly labeled +/− buttons adjust your sim rate instantly — no hunting for keyboard shortcuts.
- Reset in a single tap. Jump straight back to 1x whenever you need to, from any rate.
- Set your own ceiling. A quick dropdown lets you cap the maximum rate at 2x, 4x, 8x, or 16x — so a distracted tap never sends you rocketing past where you meant to stop.
- Color-coded at a glance. The rate display shifts from white to yellow, orange, and red as you climb — and pulses at the top end — so you always know your time-compression state without reading a single number.
- Clean, focused design. No clutter, no unnecessary menus — just the controls you actually use, styled to sit naturally alongside the rest of your EFB.
- Works in Career Mode. Unlock time accelaration in career mode!
Flightline Sim Rate doesn't try to be everything — it does one job, and does it well. Whether you're knocking out a transatlantic crossing or just want a faster way to skip to the good part, it's built to disappear into your workflow until the moment you need it.

This program is designed to provide one detailed, editable . exe file for you to generate your own VMR files based on what you have installed. Airline and Aircraft ICAO codes are editable, and you can select "default aircraft" to enable the vmr to generate back-ups for generic models included - for example, within AIG or FSLTL files. It is comprehensive - but not perfect (this type of product can never be 100%). It relies on livery/AI model creators coding the files correctly to ensure it has a detectable aircraft type code and airline ICAO code which is accurate. It does have an understanding of popular virtual airlines - like Osprey Airways and so on, to also assist in matching those for your own custom VMR.
Once you've reviewed all the lines, export the VMR to a location of your choosing and link vPilot to that VMR and fly!
Scan. Match. Export. Fly!
Whilst this software has no additional requirements to run the . exe included, you will need to have a basic understanding of VMR's / Model Matching for use on VATSIM for example. The software will need to be pointed to folders you wish for it to scan in order to build custom vmrs. It is not perfect - but that is the unfortunate nature of model matching. The program will allow you to overwrite airline/aircraft ICAO codes for example.
My recommendation is for you to tick most of the left hand options and leave them on including Include Default Models, which will create back-ups predominantly for GA aircraft/corporate jets which have no specific operator ICAO code associated with them. You are also able to customise airline groupings should you wish.

Stratawx
StrataWx is the modern alternative to Active Sky. It feeds live atmospheric data into MSFS 2024 in real time: winds and temperature aloft, cloud decks, precipitation, pressure, and aviation hazards, written straight into the running sim through its in-game weather engine. It feeds live atmospheric data into MSFS 2024 in real time: winds and temperature aloft, cloud decks, precipitation, pressure, and aviation hazards, written straight into the running sim through its in-game weather engine. No file swaps, no menu fiddling, and none of the abrupt jumps of older weather engines. The weather updates continuously and eases into place while you fly, anywhere on Earth, because StrataWx is built on global forecast models rather than US-only feeds.
What sets it apart
- Truly live injection. StrataWx writes to MSFS 2024's in-memory weather API (updateTempWeatherPreset) from an in-game toolbar panel, the only path that updates active weather without a reload. It auto-engages the moment you open the app.
- Smooth transitions. Custom per-channel smoothing (coast, then ease out, with a cold-start snap so you load straight into correct conditions) is purpose-built to eliminate the abrupt jumps of older weather engines like Active Sky.
- Multi-layer clouds. StrataWx carries far more than the old three-deck limit, probing the sim's real ceiling at runtime instead of assuming it.
- Global coverage. Winds, temperatures, precipitation, and computed hazards (icing, turbulence, freezing levels, convective bands) are equal fidelity worldwide via Open-Meteo and GFS, with international SIGMET, AIRMET, and PIREP advisories.
- Three modes. Live for current real weather, Historical to replay any past instant from the ERA5 reanalysis archive, and Sandbox to author your own conditions.
- Flight-plan aware. Pull a SimBrief route and preview real weather at each waypoint's planned altitude, with winds, temperatures, and hazards fix by fix.
- Cockpit-grade UI. An EFIS-styled dashboard with cloud-deck tables, wind ladders, vertical profiles, a basemap radar view, and live METAR and ATIS readouts, in dark and light themes.
Sayagain
SayAgain: replay the last ATC transmission on VATSIM & IVAO
Missed a clearance? On a busy VATSIM or IVAO frequency, ATC reads back fast and you usually only get it once. SayAgain captures your radio audio and instantly replays the last complete transmission on a hotkey, so you don't have to ask "say again?".

Missed a clearance? On a busy VATSIM or IVAO frequency, ATC reads back fast and you usually only get it once. SayAgain captures your radio audio and instantly replays the last complete transmission on a hotkey, so you don't have to ask "say again?".
What it does
SayAgain runs quietly in the background and listens to the audio from your radio client (vPilot, TrackAudio, xPilot, or any app you choose). It detects where one transmission ends and the next begins, keeps the most recent complete transmission ready, and plays it back the moment you press your assigned key. Capture and playback happen entirely on your PC. Nothing is recorded to the cloud or uploaded anywhere.
Key features
- Instant replay of the last complete ATC transmission, on a hotkey (works with all peripherals).
- Works with any radio client: vPilot, TrackAudio, xPilot, and more.
- Auto-start: begins capturing the moment your selected app launches, so it is always ready when you are.
- Smart transmission detection: records each transmission at the right boundary, so you replay one clean call.
- Configurable silence detection: lets you tune sensitivity and timing to your own audio setup.
- Lightweight and unobtrusive: set it once and forget it.
- One-time purchase, lifetime access. No subscription.
How it works
Pick the app you want to listen to, set your replay hotkey, and fly. When you miss something, tap the hotkey to hear the last transmission again. If your audio setup needs it, adjust the silence threshold and timing in settings. It works for controllers too: replay a pilot's last readback in a second.
Try before you buy
Not sure it fits your setup? Download the 7-day free trial and test it with your own radio client and hardware before buying. Full access for 7 days and no card. Download the free trial
Flare — Landing Analyzer
FLARE - Landing Analyzer for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
Know exactly how good your landings are.

Know exactly how good your landings are.
FLARE runs alongside MSFS 2024 and grades every landing the moment you touch down, then tells you why. It is built for sim pilots who want an honest, repeatable measure of their flying instead of a guess.
Airline-grade scoring, in real time
Every touchdown is graded A+ to F against the same metrics professional flight-data monitoring (FOQA) uses: sink rate at touchdown, peak G, centreline accuracy, touchdown-zone placement, approach stability, and crosswind handling. Grades are anchored to FAA, EASA, and manufacturer (FCOM) limits, so the verdict actually means something. No vague “nice landing”.
Coaching after every landing, not just a number
FLARE explains the score in plain language: what you did well and what to work on. It flags a tailwind landing, carrying power into the flare, flaring too high, a hard bounce, a fast or slow approach, a steep or shallow path, or a crab carried into the touchdown, and it calls out the good ones too, from a buttered touchdown to a well-handled crosswind to a clean hand-flown approach.
474 aircraft, each judged on its own terms
FLARE ships with per-aircraft scoring profiles for 474 airframes across 66 sub-families and 28 categories, from a Cessna 152 to a Boeing 777 to a hot-air balloon. Each profile is tuned to that aircraft’s real reference speeds and limits, with a wind-difficulty modifier so a 25-knot crosswind isn’t judged like calm air, and a tail-strike penalty for types prone to it. Your aircraft is recognised automatically, including study-level add-ons such as the Fenix A320 and PMDG 737.
The entire approach, recorded
From 1,000 ft AGL through rollout, FLARE logs sink rate, G, pitch, bank, sideslip, glide-path deviation, localiser offset, airspeed, and gear and flap state, all timestamped and graphable. When something is off, you can see exactly where and when.
A live view, built for a second monitor
FLARE runs in its own window so it never competes with MSFS for screen space. A live data page shows your flight path, a real ILS cross-pointer read from the sim, wind and weather, and configuration in real time. A touchdown summary appears right after you land, and the full review with score breakdown, instrument trace, and coaching is one click away.
Your logbook, stats, and achievements
Landings are stored locally and export to CSV or JSON anytime. With a free flaresim. io account you can sync to the web for long-term trends and statistics, achievements and per-aircraft mastery, leaderboards, shareable landing pages, and a side-by-side debrief you can review with a friend or instructor. Your data always stays tied to the account that uploaded it.
One licence, two PCs, kept current
A single licence covers up to two PCs, with account-aware handling on shared machines, so a previous owner’s history can be cleared cleanly. Updates install in-app automatically and are included for the supported life of MSFS 2024.
