The vicinity of the city was the scene of the Battle of Valle de la Pascua in February 1814.
Valle de La Pascua Airport "Tomas Montilla" is the city’s public airport located, mainly serving Valle de La Pascua and nearby towns. It has a 1. 5 km long and 50 m wide Runway. Previously it had flights from the extinct Avensa to the city of Charallave and recently from Albatros Airlines to the city of Maracay.
This Airport operates solely under VFR rules, there’s no RWY lighting nor usable NAV Aids, the VOR Station of the Airport is currently Unusable, operate only during day in VMC weather conditions.

The newly paved roads after installation of this addon are visible on cockpits mapping instruments and default Vfr map. It has been made with Msfs smooth running in mind but will still provide valid vfr informations while you fly. Coverage: Sweden Norway. Fly the beautiful Rhine River through Switerland. This package of handcrafted models replaces default bridges and waterworks along the Swiss section of the Rhine River. It starts in Basel where the Rhine enters Switzerland and ends where the Rhine begins at the confluence of the Hinterrhein and the Vorderrhein. See photo of area covered. The package is compatible with both MSFS2020 and MSFS2024.
