• FLIGHT MAP
Follow the aircraft in 2D or 3D, bring in your SimBrief route and check the next FIX. Move from an ocean crossing to an airport surface, with airport, navigation and ATC information close at hand.
• SATELLITE MAP
Switch to satellite imagery to explore the terrain around the airport. Use 2D for a broad overview or 3D for a different perspective. Imagery availability and detail vary by region.
• IFR APPROACH TRAINING
Choose the airport, runway, approach, STAR and transition, then select your starting FIX. Inspect the procedure on the map and adjust the training legs before you fly. Aircraft preparation features depend on the supported aircraft.
• VISUAL AND FLARE PRACTICE
Set up a visual intercept, downwind or flare practice position. Spend more of the session on the part you want to improve, rather than repeating the whole flight.
• REPOSITION AND PRESETS
Move to a runway, taxiway or gate, or choose custom coordinates and attitude. Save reusable session presets for your next practice. Repositioning prepares a starting point; it does not restore the complete aircraft or weather state.
• FOLLOW THE GREEN
Enter the taxiway sequence you want to follow and see it highlighted in green. Review the route in 2D or 3D before moving across the airport. The route follows your selection and is not an ATC clearance.
• PRECISION RECORDING
Record the approach for a closer review of flight path, airspeed, vertical speed, G force and pitch. Capture the moments around flare, throttle idle and touchdown, then open the session in Debrief or Replay.
• 3D DEBRIEF
See the measurements behind the result. Compare the planned approach with the recorded track, inspect touchdown and bounce, and find the observations behind each deduction. The colored trace helps locate the parts worth revisiting.
• SYNCHRONIZED REPLAY
Scrub through the timeline or select a graph point. The map, recorded PFD, aircraft attitude and graphs follow the same moment, making it easier to see when the approach changed. Replay moves the review cursor; it does not move the simulator aircraft.
• LOGBOOK AND REPORTS
Find previous sessions in Logbook and return to their reports. Keep detailed results as PDF, offline HTML or CSV, with approach guides, path maps and touchdown details. Reports can also be reviewed on a phone.
• PILOT TEST
Follow spoken and onscreen instructions, then review the measurements for each exercise. See where a climb or turn met the target and where it needs another try. Pilot Test is simulation practice, not a certified pilot assessment.
• CDU/MCDU AND MCP/FCU
View and operate the supported aircraft CDU or MCDU through the companion interface. Aircraft-specific preparation tools help with selected workflows; available controls vary by aircraft.
• PC, PHONE AND TABLET
Use a paired companion while the PC host runs beside MSFS 2024. Only the host requires a purchase key.
• COMPATIBILITY
MSFS 2024 is supported; MSFS 2020 and PSX compatibility is not confirmed. Aircraft add-ons are sold separately. Aircraft-specific integrations include PMDG 737/777, default 747-8 and iFly 737 MAX 8. Fenix approach preparation is experimental. iniBuilds A350 supports selected FCU/KCCU controls, not full FMS preparation or MFD mirroring. Direct Navigraph integration is not supported. Map route import does not automatically load every aircraft FMC. Some demonstration images use simulated telemetry with simulator navigation data. For flight simulation only, not real-world navigation or certified training.
• Latest development highlights — 2026-10-07
Development update · 7 October 2026. These improvements have been implemented locally; inclusion in the public installer or update channel has not yet been confirmed. Availability depends on the installed build.
• In-game Control / Monitor modes: prepare an approach and access FMC / MCP, recording, Pilot Test and hold controls from the MSFS panel. Monitor mode keeps flight values and training status in a compact display with adjustable background opacity.
• PMDG 737-900 preparation: improved PERF / approach selection, both NAV radios and course settings, MCP target verification and AP / APP / FD reset handling. Checked in the RKSS runway 32R to 32L preparation scenario.
• ASOBO / Working Title 747-8 preparation: improved airport and approach selection, starting-FIX / LEGS sequencing, ILS frequency / course verification and FD / MCP setup. RKSI ILS34R automatic CDU entry was recorded and checked against actual aircraft values.
• Fenix A320 experimental preparation: verified landing configuration FULL, ZFW / CG, VLS / VAPP, route / ILS, FD / LS and selected FCU targets in the RKSI ILS34R scenario. Altitude input settling was corrected for the checked aircraft.
Verification covers the named aircraft and scenarios, not every model or procedure. Fenix weather / minima / AP engagement readiness remains unverified. A separate 747 RKSI ILS15LY course mismatch remains unresolved. These checks do not certify autoland, complete landing automation or captured LOC / GS reset. Optional FMC preparation failure does not block repositioning.
• More tools for reviewing and repeating a flight
Feature roundup through 7 October 2026. Availability and recorded instrument detail depend on the installed build and the data in each recording. Android guest features described below are in the local review candidate; Google Play public availability is not confirmed here.
• Recorded PFD: review Boeing-style rectangular or Airbus-style rounded instruments alongside the map and graphs. Auto/manual style, collapse and touch-friendly enlargement are available. IAS, GS, altitude, AGL height, V/S, attitude, heading, recorded targets and VREF follow the selected replay sample.
• Instrument data stays honest: recorded LOC / GS receiver indications appear only when valid data exists. Older recordings retain their available fields. AGL is not radio altitude, and unavailable FMA, FD commands, QNH, ILS identifier or DME are not invented. This is a recorded-data reconstruction, not a manufacturer display or certified instrument.
• Evidence-based debrief: inspect observed values, criteria, timing and duration behind deductions, including 1000 / 500 ft stabilization gates. ILS, LOC, RNAV / RNP and visual approaches use their applicable verified references. Coverage and unscored items distinguish missing data from poor flying.
• Synchronized review workspace: map, two configurable telemetry graphs and replay cursor share the same moment. Choose metrics, units, axis limits and time windows; inspect flare, throttle-idle and touchdown events. Significant scored deviation episodes receive an X marker at their worst point; missing data remains a gap.
• Review, then repeat: jump the review cursor to ten seconds before a problem or use Reposition here for a separate retraining action. Retraining requires the same aircraft, a valid airborne sample of at least 50 ft AGL, a fresh connection and no active recording. Supported position, attitude and settings are approximated; Freeze remains held.
• Compare like-for-like sessions: align graphs to touchdown and compare aircraft, runway, procedure, policy and available weight, flap, reference-speed and weather metadata. Review condition-filtered trends and daily / weekly / monthly bests. Unknown historical conditions are not silently treated as an exact match.
• Detailed approach and Pilot Test documents: retain flight-path maps, approach guides, touchdown close-ups, per-exercise targets, errors and deduction evidence as PDF, standalone offline HTML, full-measurement CSV and source JSON. Automatic generation, regeneration, job status / retry and Android save-location selection support keeping the result.
• Route briefing and LEG editing: inspect the next FIX, remaining distance, planned altitude, ETE / UTC ETA and turn information; edit FIX and altitude / speed restriction semantics. Optional geometric descent and deceleration references use disclosed assumptions. Imported plans and these estimates are not the aircraft active FMC leg or performance-based VNAV.
• Map control and information: north / track / heading views, look-ahead, free pan / return to aircraft and optional phase-based zoom memory. Airport, runway, FIX, ATC and traffic cards expose source and freshness; current local wind can be shown as runway headwind / crosswind components. Layer profiles and route-related ATC / traffic decluttering help keep the map readable.
• Connected taxi routes and sharing: enter a taxiway sequence, choose a start / end when needed, and draw only connected simulator facility segments. Explicit Share / Load lets PC and mobile use the route with revision conflict checks. Progress is manual; a green route is not an ATC clearance or automatic taxi command.
• Globe and map appearance: wide-area 3D uses a globe and close-up airport views return to a local projection; 2D remains available. Adjust trace / track thickness, trace opacity, FIX point / label size, restriction visibility and deviation-X size / visibility, with saved preferences and group reset.
• Pilot Test progression: move from single targets to paired targets and coordinated altitude / speed / heading changes, including steep turns. Spoken and onscreen instructions, target capture, stable hold, simultaneous onset and balanced progress feed per-exercise results and error graphs. This is simulator practice, not an official checkride.
• Android offline guest candidate: Explore without connection opens the actual bundled client screens with an isolated virtual Host, synthetic PHNL route, replay / PFD, local MCP / CDU, Pilot Test and sample documents. It is an interactive preview, not a simulator or live avionics session; real navigation, traffic, weather and aircraft functions still need the Windows Host.
Map references do not replace charts or real-world navigation. Replay reconstruction and retraining do not restore complete FMC, add-on internal state or weather. Online coverage varies; missing historical measurements are not fabricated. These features do not certify an aircraft or pilot, guarantee zero simulator performance cost or confirm Google Play release.
• Approach preparation and Settings improvements — 12 October 2026
These improvements are included in the Host 1. 3. 3 in-app update published on 12 October 2026. New installs start with the retained Host 1. 3. 1 Setup and update in the app. Aircraft-specific verification scope is described below.
• Settings and report management: Tablet pairing is the first Settings card. A compact report card further down opens the document-report library and options in a separate dialog with bounded scrolling, Escape dismissal and focus return. Saved reports no longer extend the Settings page ahead of connection setup.
• ASOBO / Working Title 747-8 MCP altitude: Selected-altitude input now addresses the aircraft's active MCP altitude slot. The RKSI rehearsal verified an actual 1,600 ft selection on the MCP and PFD rather than relying only on a generic simulator readback.
• PMDG route and instrument preparation: Route scanning now waits for fresh ACT LEGS data and checks page progress. PMDG 777 preparation waits for powered, current CDU and MCP data before applying commands. Aircraft-specific flight-director settings are preserved through automatic FMC/MCP preparation. The recorded RKSI runway 34R and 34L scenarios include actual FMC/MCP readback.
• Fenix A320 experimental approach preparation: The exact ENTER DEST DATA advisory is acknowledged once and the scratchpad is checked before selecting FULL on PERF APPR. FULL and computed VLS/VAPP are checked against MCDU data; unexpected scratchpad messages stop the affected step. Direct-route verification accepts a fresh T-P turning-point entry only when the requested FIX follows it, while retaining the full route scan. Weather, minima and autopilot readiness still require verification.
• Speed restoration when resuming: After an airborne approach or custom reposition, saved indicated airspeed and vertical speed are reapplied before unfreezing or resuming a full pause. Restoration is limited to the same aircraft and session; legacy TAS inputs remain separate. A PMDG 777 test restored a 185 kt request to approximately 184 kt immediately after release. This is speed restoration: it does not reset accumulated autopilot servo inputs or guarantee attitude stability after every freeze.
• Remote CDU controls: Updated mappings distinguish PMDG 737 Classic/FANS layouts and PMDG 777 FMC COMM controls, with aircraft-generation checks on input. Automated mapping and protocol checks passed; these checks do not establish every aircraft layout's simulator validation.
Aircraft-specific preparation remains limited to supported workflows and the named tested scenarios. Optional FMC preparation failure does not block repositioning. The screenshots are actual simulator/application views under the recorded conditions; no complete aircraft-state restoration, autoland, complete Fenix readiness or universal freeze-attitude fix is claimed.
• Windows distribution update — 12 October 2026: Host 1. 3. 3 is published through the in-app update channel. New installations use the existing Host 1. 3. 1 Setup, then update within the app. Use the separate Windows Client 1. 3. 3 Setup when needed. The earlier Client 1. 3. 2 and 1. 3. 1 downloads are retained as previous versions. Host 1. 3. 3 improves signed-package verification compatibility for existing 1. 3. 1 installations. The preceding dated development notes describe aircraft verification scope.
• Actual instrument recording — 15 October 2026
Host 1. 3. 8 adds optional actual GPU instrument recording for PMDG 737, PMDG 777 and Asobo / Working Title 747 in MSFS 2024. Select PFD, ND and Engine / EICAS, arrange screens in one to three columns, and review the timestamp-linked video alongside the map and telemetry graphs. The existing data-reconstructed PFD remains separate.
Recording is off by default. Choose automatic approach / pilot-test recording or manual start and stop. Standard uses 512 pixels per screen; Clear text uses 768 pixels, targeting up to 15 fps depending on actual instrument updates. Hardware H. 264 is stored in fragmented MP4 with timestamp metadata. A compatible hardware encoder and the supplied capture setup are required. Source-built ReShade runtime and full third-party notices are included in the Windows update payload; simulator deployment is explicit with MSFS closed and preserves existing proxy installations.
Actual three-screen recordings and browser replay were checked for the three supported profiles. The illustrated PMDG 777 ILS approach shows actual recorded instruments, a map and graphs. The manual recording is raw and unscored; genuine aircraft messages remain visible. A bounded 777 run recorded 95. 23 seconds at 10. 43 fps with zero reported recording drops, including a separate OBS coexistence check. These checks do not establish zero performance overhead, guaranteed 15 fps, full-flight coverage or completion of a normal aircraft checklist.
Distribution: Host 1. 3. 8 is now available through the verified in-app update channel. Retain the existing Host installer and use the in-app update channel when 1. 3. 8 is offered. The separate Windows Client remains version 1. 3. 6. Older installer downloads and dated feature history are retained. No new Host 1. 3. 8 installer is supplied by this UpdateOnly build.
Screenshot note: the new PC, tablet and phone layouts show actual PMDG777 instrument replay during a stabilized ILS approach, synchronized with the map and graphs. These are responsive application captures of a manual, unscored recording. Genuine center fuel-pump and FMC messages are preserved.

MSFS 2020 & 2024
Your simulator. Your add-ons. Your PC. One command centre.
If you love Microsoft Flight Simulator but hate digging through Windows folders, chasing scenery conflicts, clearing caches, checking drivers, managing hundreds of add-ons or trying to work out why your sim suddenly isn't running properly. . .
Runway Command Operations Center was built for you.
RCOC brings simulator management, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, add-on organisation, scenery discovery, GSX profiles and everyday maintenance together in one premium Windows app.
And wherever possible, we've built it around one simple idea:
One click. Less messing around. More flying.
You don't need to be a Windows expert. You don't need to know where every MSFS folder or configuration file lives. And you definitely shouldn't have to spend your night searching forums just to fix your simulator.
RCOC does the heavy lifting and gives you the information in plain English.
CONFLICT RADAR
Got two airports installed for the same location? Scenery packages fighting with each other? Wondering whether your huge Community folder is hurting your FPS?
Conflict Radar helps find the problem.
RCOC scans your simulator content for possible duplicated airports, overlapping scenery and packages covering the same areas, then brings those potential conflicts together so you have somewhere sensible to start troubleshooting.
No manually opening hundreds of folders trying to guess what's related.
SCENERY SWITCHBOARD
Your Community folder doesn't need to contain everything you own all at once.
Scenery Switchboard lets you control what's active and what isn't.
Temporarily disable scenery for testing, organise large collections and bring packages back when you need them.
Got add-ons stored on another drive?
RCOC can also help link compatible add-on storage into your simulator, meaning a package that may normally take up gigabytes on your main drive can be connected using a link that's only kilobytes in size.
Cleaner Community folder. More storage freedom. Easier troubleshooting.
FLEET MANIFEST & LIVERIES
Aircraft and liveries can pile up just as quickly as scenery.
RCOC shows you which aircraft and liveries are installed, so you don’t have to dig through your simulator folders to find them.
Select an aircraft and open the new See All Liveries pop-out to view all its liveries visually, with aircraft previews, airline names and registrations in one place.
It’s a much easier way to see and manage your MSFS collection.
SYSTEM READINESS
Flight Simulator can push a PC incredibly hard.
RCOC's System Readiness gives you one place to see what the computer underneath your simulator is actually doing.
Depending on your hardware, RCOC can show things like:
-
CPU usage and temperature
-
GPU usage and temperature
-
Memory usage
-
Storage and system information
-
Simulator-related performance information
-
Live and historical performance graphs
But it doesn't stop at showing you numbers.
RCOC can also help identify things that may need attention, including:
-
NVIDIA/graphics driver updates
-
CPU and chipset driver updates
-
Windows updates
-
Other simulator-related system components
So instead of jumping between Windows Update, hardware utilities, websites and driver tools, you can see the important stuff together.
DLSS SWAPPER
Supported NVIDIA users can also manage the DLSS version used by Microsoft Flight Simulator directly through RCOC.
No hunting for DLL files. No manually replacing files inside simulator folders.
It's a far easier way to manage DLSS versions and can help you experiment with improvements to smoothness, stability and visual quality.
MEMORY & PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSTICS
RCOC is also being developed to go deeper into the problems that can slowly ruin a flight.
Instead of simply telling you that your memory usage is high, RCOC can help identify what is consuming memory, explain the problem in normal language and provide controlled options for dealing with supported issues.
The technical information is there when you want it.
But you shouldn't need an IT degree to understand it.
FIND AIRPORT SCENERY & GSX PROFILES
Flying somewhere new and wondering if there's a better airport available?
Search for an airport directly inside RCOC and discover relevant freeware and commercial scenery without spending half your night searching the internet.
And for GSX users, it gets even better.
RCOC can identify airports missing GSX Pro profiles and help you find available profiles for them.
BULK GSX PROFILE INSTALLATION
Instead of downloading profiles individually, finding the right folders and manually copying files one by one, RCOC can install multiple supported GSX profiles through one streamlined process.
Select them.
Install them.
Done.
It's one of those jobs that should have always been easy.
Now it is.
FIND ME A FLIGHT
Sometimes you want to fly.
You just have absolutely no idea where.
Tell Find Me a Flight roughly how much time you've got and let RCOC help find airport combinations and routes that fit.
Got an hour?
Four hours?
A whole afternoon?
Turn:
"Where the hell should I fly today?"
into an actual flight idea.
QUICK COMMANDS
RCOC also puts the everyday things flight simmers constantly need right in front of you.
Quick access to tools and locations such as:
-
Community Folder
-
User configuration
-
Custom add-on folders
-
Local cache maintenance
-
Rolling cache maintenance
-
Simulator-related file and maintenance tools
No more remembering obscure Windows paths or digging through AppData every time you need something.
TROUBLESHOOTING WITHOUT THE HEADACHE
When your simulator isn’t behaving properly, it can be hard to know where to start.
RCOC’s Diagnose section brings together WASM, CTD Detective, Stutter Solver, Loading Detective and Memory Leak Detective. Whether you’re dealing with a crash, stutters, a slow-loading flight or rising memory use, you have a place to start looking for evidence.
There are also clear guides to help you understand what you’re seeing and what to try next. They’re written for flight simmers, in straightforward language.
BUILT FOR BIG ADD-ON COLLECTIONS
The bigger your simulator gets, the more useful RCOC becomes.
If you've got hundreds or thousands of scenery packages, aircraft, liveries, utilities and profiles spread across multiple drives, RCOC can help cut down the time spent:
-
Digging through Community folders
-
Finding hidden simulator directories
-
Looking for duplicate scenery
-
Testing add-ons individually
-
Moving packages around manually
-
Managing multiple storage drives
-
Clearing simulator caches

Instead of managing your simulator through dozens of folders, websites and Windows tools. . .
Open RCOC.
BUILT BY A SIMMER, FOR SIMMERS
RCOC isn't another generic PC utility that happens to know Microsoft Flight Simulator exists.
It's being built specifically around the problems flight simmers actually deal with & was built by a simmer for simmers!
We know customers can have hundreds or even thousands of dollars invested in their simulator, so file management and maintenance aren't things we take lightly.
RCOC has been designed around clear actions, confirmations, validation and controlled workflows.
Where supported operations involve temporarily disabling, moving or changing simulator content, they're designed to be reversible wherever possible.
And before sensitive actions happen, you should know what RCOC is about to do.
The app is designed to work within the simulator and system areas it actually needs—not go wandering through unrelated personal files.
BUILT FOR YOUR PC
There is no such thing as one standard flight-sim computer.
Different CPUs.
Different GPUs.
Different drives.
Different Windows configurations.
Steam.
Microsoft Store.
MSFS 2020.
MSFS 2024.
Small Community folders.
Absolutely ridiculous Community folders.
RCOC has been designed with that reality in mind.
Where supported information is available, RCOC works with your actual simulator installation and your actual hardware rather than expecting every customer to have the same setup.
Your PC shouldn't have to adapt to RCOC.
RCOC should adapt to your PC.
MORE THAN AN ADD-ON MANAGER
RCOC isn't just a prettier way of looking at folders.
It brings together:
Add-on management.
Conflict detection.
Diagnostics.
Troubleshooting.
PC monitoring.
Maintenance.
Scenery management.
Aircraft and livery organisation.
GSX profile installation.
Scenery discovery.
Flight discovery.
System readiness.
All inside one application built specifically for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
That's why we call it:
Your Simulator Command Centre.
DESIGNED TO MAKE THE COMPLICATED STUFF SIMPLE
There's a huge amount going on behind Microsoft Flight Simulator.
RCOC doesn't pretend that complexity doesn't exist.
It just tries very hard to make sure you don't have to deal with most of it.
Advanced information is there for customers who want it.
But for everyone else?
See the problem.
Understand what it means.
Press the button.
Get back to flying.
That's the whole philosophy behind RCOC.
RCOC is being built to grow with the flight-simulation community.
As MSFS changes, hardware changes and new problems appear, RCOC can continue evolving with them.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Runway Command Operations Center is a standalone third-party Windows utility for compatible PC versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator.
RCOC does not include Microsoft Flight Simulator or any third-party aircraft, scenery, airports, liveries, GSX profiles, utilities or other products that may be identified, managed or discovered through the application.
Individual features can depend on simulator version, hardware, Windows configuration, permissions, installed software, internet access and third-party add-ons.
Customers should always review confirmations before performing file-management or maintenance operations and maintain backups of important simulator content.
Runway Command Operations Center is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft, Xbox, Asobo Studio or Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Microsoft Flight Simulator and related names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
RUNWAY COMMAND OPERATIONS CENTER
Your simulator. Your add-ons. Your system. One command centre.
Stop digging through Windows.
Stop guessing what's wrong.
Stop wasting your flying time managing your simulator.
Take command of it instead.
Less troubleshooting. Less clicking. Less frustration.
More flying.
And for our first group of customers joining us for departure, a special one-time digital RCOC Founder Badge will be available to recognise the people who were there from the very beginning!

RFDS Heritage Livery Pack – PC-12 NGX | Fettuccine Studio
The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia, past and present, on the PC-12 NGX.
The RFDS Heritage Livery Pack has 14 liveries: ten in the current RFDS scheme, including nine sponsor variations and the commemorative 1,500th PC-12 Delivery livery, and four 2010s-era heritage liveries adapted to the NGX from two earlier RFDS aircraft.
Every pack starts the way it would for any pilot or aviation enthusiast: following the aircraft that catch our eye and digging into their stories until a photograph, a registration or a small detail makes us think, this one deserves a place in the sim. So we paint older operator schemes alongside current ones. We keep the character of the real aircraft and give their earlier designs a new home on a modern airframe.
What's included – 14 liveries
Current RFDS scheme – 10 liveries (dynamic registration)
9 sponsor variations: Lifeline, 7 NEWS, Beach Energy, HCF, OZ Minerals, Peter Kittle, Senex, Variety and Elders
The 1,500th PC-12 Delivery livery. Pilatus handed the 1,500th PC-12 to the RFDS at Stans in June 2017, twenty-three years after the service took its first PC-12, in a commemorative gold "1500 – Crafted in Switzerland" scheme
Registration can be customized in the simulator.

On February 8, 1952, the name of the airport was changed in honor of Commander Gustavo Kraemer.
The Municipal Aerodrome was created in 1932, in the area that is now the Aeroclube de Bagé. In 1943, it was transferred to the current area. The first passenger terminal was built in hardwood, near the head of runway 14. Thus the airport was inaugurated on June 5, 1946, and was renamed Bagé Airport.
In 1950, a new concrete passenger terminal was built, and in 1953 it received the name of Comandante Gustavo Kraemer Airport, in honor of the Founder of the SAVAG company. In the 1960s, the 05/23 concrete lanes, measuring 1500 x 30m, and the maneuvering yard, measuring 65 x 55m, were built.
The current passenger terminal was inaugurated on March 5, 1974, with the presence of the then President of the Republic Emílio Garrastazu Medici. On October 27, 1980, Infraero assumed the management of the airport.
In 2001 it was enabled to receive international flights. As a result, Bagé Airport registered a considerable increase in the number of operations from Uruguay and Argentina, involving aircraft that entered the country through Uruguaiana or Porto Alegre, which began to use Bagé due to its geographic position, more to the center of the state.
