Zippy Sport
Ed Fisher first designed the Zippy Sport, which was officially introduced in 1983 as a participant in the Dupont/Western Flyer design contest, and was marketed through Fishercraft. It is not the design prototype, but rather, the “proof of plans” aircraft. This “Sport Plane” was identified as an ARV, (Air Recreational Vehicle). At that time, designer, Ed Fisher flew the Zippy with a Cuyuna 430 dual carb engine, and a Winters 2:1 planetary gearbox. Over the next couple of years a full VW 1200 driv... Green Sky Adventures had been interested in the Zippy's development from the early stages. By 1986, the Rotax Service Center was in serious need of a test platform with a broad speed range to explore the effects of variable loads on small engines in general, and Rotax 2-strokes, in particular. A deal was struck with Ed Fisher, and by late fall of that year, Green Sky Adventures were flying a Rotax 503 powered Zippy Sport, enjoying its handling and speeds to 120 mph. This Add-on is based on the VW variant.

FS-ATC-Chatter is a collection of over 45,000 audio files designed to support the controller chatter playback capability in Pilot2ATC. Clip Characteristics
- Clips are broken down into separate files each of which represents a single exchange between a pilot and an ATC facility such as Clearance, Ground, Tower, Departure, Center, Approach, and for VFR CTAF.
- The separate files for each exchange allows Pilot2ATC or the stand-alone player to insert pauses between playback allowing you to interact naturally with ATC.
- The clips are categorized by world region so you can install a collection of clips for the area of the world you are flying in. Version 1. 2. 3 has the following file counts by region:
- United States: 14,391

- South America: 656
- Asia: 6,514
- Africa: 644
- Oceania: 3,068
- Clips are edited to remove any glaring location-specific information. As an example the exchange “United 6626, Boston Tower, Line up and Wait” will have been edited to say “United 6626, Tower, Line up and Wait. References to specific SIDS, STARS, Ramps, Taxiways, Runways, and way-points are not changed.
- Clips are organized by controller so when you are tuned to a specific controller type on your radio you will hear clips associated with that controller.
- Each clip has its audio volume adjusted so that all clips have roughly the same volume level.

Our MSFS version of the Tecnam P92 Echo Classic has been meticulously developed using official Flight Manual information, including the modeled ROTAX 912ULS 100Hp engine.
The aircraft includes many exclusive features such as:
- fully interactive cockpit, every switch, lever, door is working
- dedicated custom sounds
- interchangable avionics possible to be switched while fying:
- Passing from Analogic setup to digital with a Garmin GTN750 (both basic as well as premium versions supported)
- From UL cockpit with airpseed in kmh/h and engine rotation speed to GA setup with speed in Kts/h and prop rotation speed
- Different flap system, from a system with step stops to a gradual one
- Bendix KAP140 autopilot included in the radio stack and it is available with both GTN750 and Aera GPS systems

There are numerous variants of the Mi-8 / 17, including the Mi-8T, which, in addition to carrying 24 troops, is armed with rockets and anti-tank guided missiles.
The Mil Mi-17 export version is employed by around 20 countries; its equivalent in Russian service in the Mi-8M series. The only visible differences between the Mi-8 and Mi-17 are:
A) the position of the tail rotor (Mi-8 right side, Mi-17 left side),
B) the shape of the exhausts (Mi-8 circular, Mi-17 oval), and

Also Mi-17 has some improved armour plating for its crew. The naval Mil Mi-14 version is also derived from the Mi-8.
The Mi-8 is constantly improving and the newest version still remains in production in 2016.
The included aircraft was built to represent it's real world counterpart used in many countries as closely as possible.
