This add-on replaces the default MSFS ground textures on Tenerife with custom high-resolution color-corrected aerial imagery. It also improves the scenery in several ways and includes optional mesh.
1. Aerial Imagery
- Version “Standard” (20. 5 GB): high resolution, best ratio between sharpness of textures and file size – recommended for the majority of users
- Version “Premium” (58. 1 GB): very high resolution on the whole island – recommended if you want the best experience while flying low and slow
- Improvements over the default MSFS ground textures include:
- realistic manual color correction that brings Tenerife to life
- sharper image with more visible details (e. g. rock structure)
- no green tint, especially no green roads and no green sand
- no clouds visible on the ground
- higher resolution (depending on the version used)
You can decide which version you would like to download and use. You can switch between versions anytime.
2. Mesh (DEM)
- 3 versions with resolutions of 2 m, 4 m and 10 m – you choose the best for your hardware and graphics settings
- Mesh for the airports is included and has been adjusted to eliminate bumps on the ground
- Please note: This mesh is an experimental feature. While scenery and textures are very FPS friendly, this mesh uses more hardware resources, especially the 2 m version. All of the above screenshots were taken with the 4 m mesh add-on.
3. Scenery
- Improvements to the ports:
- added 3D docks and more than 90 hand-placed 3D boats, ships, yachts and cruise ships to the port of Santa Cruz
- added oil rigs to the ports of Santa Cruz and Granadilla
- oil rigs and some cruise ships have helipads that can be landed on
- added cranes and container ships to the cargo terminal of Santa Cruz
- added night lighting to all ports and piers
- ports on the aerial imagery are no longer underwater
- Improvements to the vegetation:
- added palm trees and other typical vegetation to coastal cities
- replaced trees at Teide crater with typical vegetation
- replaced deciduous trees with pine trees in some areas
- removed incorrectly placed trees along the coast
- general changes to the vegetation to match with the aerial imagery (e. g. bushes instead of trees in rocky areas)
- Other improvements:
- removed some incorrectly placed buildings
- added some missing night lights at the coast of Santa Cruz
- applied a custom water mask in some areas to make breakwaters and piers visible
Aerial imagery, mesh and scenery are put together as separate add-ons and can be used independently of one another.
Compatibility
This add-on is compatible with the airport by Sim-Wings (no changes to the files necessary anymore). Several freeware airports were tested as well and no issues found.

Based on the 727-200 advanced version, this add-on brings more power, new sounds and advanced aircraft systems to Microsoft Flight Simulator.
At the heart of the upgrade are the JT8D-217C pod engines with iconic clamshell thrust reversers, paired with refined flight dynamics and a high idle mode for authentic handling. In the cockpit, the aircraft gains digital fuel gauges, auto spoilers, dual DME receivers, and a moving map display. A digital VSI with integrated TCAS enhances situational awareness and can also be used with the base 727 packages.
The biggest highlight is the Collins EFIS suite (optionally available via clipboard), complete with APS-85 autopilot and VNAV functionality. This retrofit replaces the traditional ADI and HSI with modern electronic displays, offering pilots the choice between classic instruments or advanced avionics for a versatile flying experience.
Both passenger and freighter variants benefit from the expansion, with a range of authentic Super27 liveries included.
This package is designed for sim pilots who want to experience the Boeing 727 in its upgraded Super27 configuration – a unique blend of retro charm and modern capability.

- It has the open hangar of the "Aeroclub Lago Argentino".
- New gateway recently installed.
General information:
El Calafate "Comandante Armando Tola" International Airport, (IATA: FTE - ICAO: SAWC - FAA: ECA) is an airport serving the city of El Calafate, in the province of Santa Cruz, Argentina. The airport is located 23 km from the city center.
It has a single track of 2,550 x 45 m and a terminus of 2,800 m². The airport was built by the Government of the Province of Santa Cruz in two stages:
Runway, Platform, Taxiway and Access Road: through the General Administration of Provincial Highways (AGVP), public tender awarded to the companies Esuco SA - Decavial SA UTE, start date: October 1997. Completion date: May 1999. Construction Inspector for AGVP: Ing. Alejandro Sofía, Technical Representative and Construction Manager: Ing. Mauro Guatti.
Terminal Building: a year later, through a public works concession from the Government of the Province of Santa Cruz, the construction and operation of the Terminal Building and Infrastructure was awarded to the London Supply Company, who appointed Mario Feldman as general director of works ( 1941-2003). It was inaugurated in November 2000. It was built to replace the Lago Argentino Airport. This airport has undergone a significant expansion carried out in 2014. This has increased the operational capacity and the concurrence factor. In 2016 it received about 12 daily flights and together with the new SAMIC Hospital in El Calafate inaugurated in 2015, the airport has improved its category.
The terminal was designed by Carlos Ott, a Canadian nationalized Uruguayan architect, who was also responsible for the passenger terminal at the International Airport of Ushuaia and Punta del Este - Uruguay. For this reason, the terminals have similar characteristics: a rich stone design and cantilevered roof plans, appropriate to the climatic characteristics of the area.
El Calafate International Airport is an important means of access for tourists visiting Los Glaciares National Park.

Alberto Carnevalli Airport (IATA: MRD, ICAO: SVMD) is an airport located 3 km (1. 9 mi) southwest of downtown Mérida, the capital of Mérida State in Venezuela. It is named in honor of Alberto Carnevalli, a Venezuelan lawyer and political activist.
The airport is in the Chama River valley in the Andean mountains, surrounded by higher terrain in all quadrants. Night operations are prohibited. Commercial service resumed to Caracas on 1 August 2013, after being suspended for 5 years due to the crash of Santa Bárbara Airlines Flight 518.
Until 2008, it was the main airport in the state of Merida and one of the most important in the Andean region and the country, at which time new regulations limited commercial operations there. History and description Inaugurated in 1946, this airport was located on the outskirts of the city, but the rapid urban growth during the 1960s and 1970s soon left it surrounded by houses and buildings on all four sides. Two large mountain ranges are located around it, on the south side is the Sierra Nevada with its highest peak, Pico Bolivar, at 4,978 meters (16,332 ft) above sea level. It has an air terminal with services such as car rental, excursions to places of tourist interest, sale of air tickets, taxi line, cafeteria, restaurant and commercial shops. The airport does not have customs or beacons, so it cannot accommodate international or night flights. The entries and exits are carried out through the visual corridors "Rio Chama" to the WSW, "Observatorio" to the ENE, "El Morro" to the South and "El Valle" to the North. Operations are governed by VFR flight rules as there are no radio aids nearby. The airport has a single runway 1,630 meters (5,350 ft) long and 60 meters (200 ft) wide including the security areas.
Its infrastructure consists of an air terminal that offers car rental services, excursions to tourist sites, air ticket sales, taxi line, cafeteria, restaurant and several shops. Private flights are coordinated by BAER and INAC staff and the General Aviation ramp parking is free. This airport is not equipped with customs, so it cannot accommodate international flights. Entrances and exits are carried out through the visual corridors Rio Chama to WSW, El Morro to the South and El Valle to the North, operations are governed by VFR flight rules because there are no radio aids nearby, nor does it have beaconing so after sunset or under conditions of poor visibility the airport is disabled and any pending flight is diverted to El Vigia at 1 hour by car.
A famous event occurred in 1985 when a Douglas DC-9-30 plane of Aeropostal, with the registration YV24C, landed in Merida with Pope John Paul II.
After the crash of Flight 518, the only approach mode approved by the aviation authorities was the Chama River corridor.
