When designer Reginald J Mitchell died of cancer in 1937, although having seen the prototype take to the air the previous year, little could he have known just how much influence his brilliant design for "an all-metal monoplane, eight-gun fighter" would have on the outcome of the Second World War.

When designer Reginald J Mitchell died of cancer in 1937, although having seen the prototype take to the air the previous year, little could he have known just how much influence his brilliant design for "an all-metal monoplane, eight-gun fighter" would have on the outcome of the Second World War.
Spitfires fought from the earliest days of the War right through to its close in both the European and Pacific theatres and continued to serve with distinction through more conflicts to come all the way to the 1960s.
But it was in the darkest days of 1940, when Britain was on the back foot following a disastrous campaign in France, the following evacuations from Dunkirk and the consequential "Battle of Britain" that Mitchell’s graceful little fighter really proved its mettle.
Alongside the venerable Hawker Hurricane, its stablemate in many RAF squadrons of the day, pilots flew the Spitfire into battle all throughout each day of the long hot summer of 1940.
In this simulation you will find examples of Mk1As which fought in the “Battle of Britain” piloted by some of that battle’s "aces".
You'll also find a faithful recreation of N3200 - QV one of "The Dunkirk Spitfires" unearthed from the Normandy beaches where she had lain since 1940 and restored to perfection and flying condition today.
We will take you through all the necessary steps needed to fly a Spitfire, point out some of the design’s unique features and get you as close as possible to feeling what it would have been like to fly this incredible aeroplane.

A very neat work allowed us to propose this detailed 3D model, one step above what you will commonly find in the game. A special attention was given to aircraft systems, and you will find custom behaviours for electrical, hydraulic, fuel and oxygen systems, amongst other things.
The CM. 170 Magister is a two-seat, twin-engine military jet trainer produced by French aviation company Fouga. The Magister took its first flight on July 23, 1952 and entered service in 1956. A total of 929 of the aircraft were built, and they served the militaries over a dozen countries, notably those of France, Germany, and Israel. While the Magister was employed primarily for pilot training, some were used in ground attack roles through the years, notably during the Six-Day War and in the Congo Crisis.
The CM. 170 features tandem seating, a main wing with tip tanks that has a span of 39 feet, 10 inches, and a V-tail empennage. Two Turbomeca Marboré IIA turbojets power the Magister, producing up to 880 pounds of thrust each. The jet has a maximum speed of 444 miles per hour, a range of 750 miles, and a ceiling of 36,000 feet above sea level.
With an endurance of up to 2 hours and 40 minutes, pilots have opportunity after opportunity to learn, hone, and perfect their aviation skills in the Fouga CM. 170 Magister. Sporty, fun, but also forgiving, this is a responsive craft offering versatility through a range of flight types, from leisurely sightseeing to aggressive aerobatics.

- Spring Season in north will change trees and shrubs to shades of beautiful spring colors. You will find colorful trees such as cherry blossom, jacaranda, wisteria, etc. There are pink, purple, white, and yellow trees. Some areas such as Japan have more colorful trees.

Fall season will convert trees all over the world into fall season colors. Tropical areas will have less fall colors since they stay mostly green all year round. There are currently 20 sets of fall colors in different locations.

- Over 45 different shapes and species of trees and bushes. You will discover more variety of trees in most places. You will now find various sizes and colors of palm trees in tropical areas. Trees have been added to many areas based on native trees. Many conifer trees that were placed in wrong areas have been removed and replaced with deciduous trees. Many of the very tall trees have been replaced with shorter ones.
- Every season changes colors depending on the region. conifers in north Canada or Alaska and other colder areas will remain green no matter what season you choose.
Tropical areas will stay green all year long.
- All trees now have normal and natural size, depending on region. Some trees have been enlarged (mostly within cities to match real life trees. Some trees have been reduced in other places. This is done based on research and studying images from Google and Bing data. You will notice denser vegetation in most areas.
- Free updates
Season trees will not affect the trees in photogrammetry areas as I have no control of changing those green colors until Asobo fixes it. So far now those will stay green. It's best to turn photogrammetry off.
