The Archipelago of the Azores is composed of nine volcanic islands situated in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean. Ladies and Gentlemen, Elvis (personal jet) has arrived!
The Jetstar was the very first business jet and started life as a tender for a United States Air Force requirement. The tender was eventually dropped due to budget, however the Jetstar was repurposed for the business sector as the very first, purpose built business jet.
Originally designed to use two Bristol Siddeley Orpheus engines, due to supply issues these were replaced with a pair of twin Pratt & Whitney JT12s for a total of... Ladies and Gentlemen, Elvis (personal jet) has arrived!

We have chosen to bring to life this first version of the JetStar as it was the airframe that blazed a trial for a whole sector of aviation, the Business Jet.
