He lives in the guest house of a luxury 200-acre (81 ha) beachfront estate called Robin's Nest, in Hawaii, at the invitation of its owner, Robin Masters. The only thorn in the side of his near-perfect lifestyle is Jonathan Quayle Higgins, who patrols Robin's Nest with his two highly-trained "lads", Dobermans named Zeus and Apollo. Magnum has free use of the guest house and the car, a Ferrari 308 Quattrovalvole, but often has to bargain with Higgins for use of estate amenities such as the tennis courts or the wine cellar. Aside from Higgins, Magnum's main companion on the islands is Theodore "T. C. " Calvin, who runs a one-person local helicopter charter and tour van service called "Island Hoppers".
This scenery is our tribute to John Hillerman (Higgins) and Roger E. Mosley (TC) who passed away recently. Rest in peace.
To take off from the helipad or sea parkings, type "ROBIN" (fake ICAO).
You will enjoy this scenery as much as we did when designing it.
Aloha !
SPINOZA
Sorry for the fans of the new revisited TV serie: there is only one Magnum and he has a. . . mustache !
(CAUTION : the HUGHES MD 500 helicopter ins not included)

Fill the middle of the market in your virtual hangar, as the 767 with the 200 and 300 variants is the perfect fit between the smaller jets like the 737 and the big ones like the 747.
Being Boeings first ever twin-engined widebody aircraft, the initial 767-200 from 1982 marked a big step into the world of how we travel today. Helped by new ETOPS regulations in the middle of the 80s, making oceanic crossings easier, and with the launch of the extended range model, the 767-200ER quickly following, this aircraft family soon proved successful.
Extending the fuselage gave birth to the new variant, the 767-300, and also later the 300ER, with the latter of these becoming the bestseller of the family with almost 600 orders.
Though being an aging aircraft, you may still catch some of these birds flying. Many have been converted to freighters, but there are still a handful of 767-200ERs left, and quite a few of the 300ER variant still in active airline service.

The Boeing 767 family marked its manufacturer's first entry into what has become known as the middle of the market in aircraft production.
With its typical configuration of 216 seats and two aisles, this was the first time Boeing designed a twin-engined wide-body aircraft, helping revolutionize how we travel.
Of all the variants in the family, the 767-200 was the first to launch passenger services, starting flights with United Airlines in September 1982.
The -200 was also quickly followed by the same-sized, but longer ranged -200ER model in 1984. This variant could fly for an impressive 12 200km, nearly that of the modern standards from the 777 and 787.
Also helping with the success of the 767, were the new ETOPS regulations from 1985, making transoceanic flights up to 120 minutes from a diversion airport possible. TWA, with their 767-200, were the first to perform such a flight with these standards.
Today the regular 767-200 sees no passenger operators, while the extended range model only has a few airframes left with passenger airlines.
While most jets in the 767-200 series have been phased out or converted to freighters, it's still an airplane loved by many, including those in the flight simulator community.
The RHDSimulations 767-200 / 200ER for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 has been made from the start to fit the quality standards of this new generation flight simulator.

The heliport in St. Johann (Pongau) is located in the province of Salzburg in Austria, directly on the Salzach river. A private TV station once filmed a series at the old heliport against this picturesque Alpine backdrop, the main character of which was a striking rescue helicopter.
The heliport as it can be found today around 50 km south of Salzburg was completed in August 2015 after a year of construction. The site is home to Heli Austria's company headquarters with the entire administration and technical department. The premises also house the two rescue helicopters Martin 1 and Martin 10.
In addition to air rescue, Heli Austria is also involved in the areas of transportation and sightseeing flights. The fleet includes several Super Puma helicopters, which are used for special missions and firefighting throughout Europe and even worldwide.
In this scenery, great importance was paid to a faithful representation of the heliport and its surrounding area. The heliport is easy to find in the simulator under LOSJ. In addition to the four parking positions, the general take-off and landing area is also available as a starting point.
Most of the buildings have been completely recreated as 3D models. Particular attention should be paid to the individual ground textures, which have been extensively reworked.
Features:
- True-to-original representation of the heliport and its surrounding area
- Four parking positions as well as take-off and landing areas as starting points
- Elaborately recreated 3D buildings
- Small details such as a hand-built windsock and an entrance area with seating create a realistic atmosphere
- Accurate night lighting
- Photorealistic and extensively edited ground textures

Belém International Airport - Júlio Cezar Ribeiro (IATA: BEL, ICAO: SBBE) is an international airport in the municipality of Belém, Pará. It is the busiest airport in the Northern Region of Brazil in terms of number of passengers transported, occupying the fourteenth ranking in the airports of Brazil by movement.
It was the first airport in Brazil, still in the 1990s, to adopt the current construction standard for INFRAERO airports, undergoing a complete reformulation and modernization, carried out in two phases through joint investments between the Federal Government and the State Government of Pará. The first stage of the project was delivered to the population in 1999, consisting of a completely new and refrigerated building that introduced the use of jetbridges / fingers (4) in the state of Pará, previously unheard of for airport passengers. Inaugurated the first phase of the project, the old passenger terminal was demolished to make way for an extension of the new building, housing a new arrival hall, more stores, expansion of the departure lounge, addition of 2 more fingers, as well as a terrace widescreen. In 2001, the 2nd stage of the works was inaugurated and the project for the new Belém International Airport was completed, representing an investment of approximately R $ 78 million, only in the passenger terminal, an amount equivalent to more than 41 million dollars considering the quotation of time.
In all, the passenger terminal at Belém International Airport is one of the largest and most modern in Brazil and is located in an area of 33 thousand m². The site has an international departure lounge and six departure and arrival bridges, one reversible, one international and four domestic, offering its users a structure with 30 check-in counters, four baggage claim mats, electronic information system flight, commercial establishments, in addition to a panoramic terrace, the latter installed in an air-conditioned space, allowing the viewing of passengers boarding and disembarking without the inconvenience of noise pollution.
Managed by INFRAERO, the complex has a control tower, approach control and two airstrips, the largest of which is 2,800m.
Security is a constant concern at the International Airport of Belém. Inspection has been intensified and all employees are attentive to any attitude that may be considered suspicious. In addition, surveillance at the terminal is enhanced with TV cameras.
