The airport of Rijeka is actually located on the island of Krk, close to Omisalj, approximately 30 km from Rijeka. The island of Krk is connected to the mainland by a bridge; the toll for the cars is 35 kuna but it has to be paid only when coming from the mainland to the island.

An administrative centre of the Croatian Air Traffic Control is also situated on the grounds of the airport.

Le Touquet – Côte d'Opale Airport (French: Aéroport de Le Touquet - Côte d'Opale) is 2. 9 kilometres east-southeast of Le Touquet, a commune of the Pas-de-Calais department on the coast of northern France.
In September 2022, it was announced by Emmanuel Macron that the airport would be renamed in honour of Queen Elizabeth II.
The passenger terminal is open from 09:00-20:00 hours. There are three flying clubs and most of them also give flying lessons; two of them are helicopter sc... LEAP - Empuriabrava Aerodrome
Empuriabrava Aerodrome (LEAP) is a well-known spot as one the best places in Europe for skydiving. The city is surrounded by water canals, like Venice in Italy, and is located 80nm North of Barcelona and just 20nm from France border. It is indeed a very busy aerodrome with Twin Otter and Pilatus based aircraft going up and down constantly, student and private pilots coming in for a day visit, parachutes landing both sides of the runway and all coordinated with just an air to air frequency.
