Telluride Airport (KTEX) has commercial flights to Denver(KDEN) using the 30 seat Dornier 328JET operated by 'Denver Air Connection' and started in 2019.
Telluride is both a popular winter Ski destination and a summer festival/hiking vacation for tourists. In addition to the Denver airlink, KTEX is a popular destination by many private pilots flying aircraft up to Gulfstream size. It's also used as a stop over airport crossing the continent.
Telluride is a challenging airport to land your aircraft. At 9070ft you need more speed and landing distance. In addition, there is a 1000ft drop into the San Miguel River Valley below. Runway 9 has a step 3. 55' glide path, Runway 27 has an even stepper 4. 0' glide path due to terrain east of the runway. There is not enough terrain separation for large jets to safely circle to land on runway 27, therefore large Jets must land runway 9 often with a tailwind. Smaller Jet may land on runway 27 at pilot's discretion.
Our scenery is made with HD photographic images that uses PBR materials. With high detail models researched and based on the real airport, including both large and small details to enhance your flight SIM experience. With the advantages of the MSFS engine, we can now bring you sloping runways and enhanced lighting effects not previously possible with other simulators. The scenery is based on the airport as it was in 2022, and is optimized for the new MS flight sim.

Truckee Tahoe Airport (KTRK/TRK) is a public airport located in Truckee, California, serving the Truckee and Lake Tahoe region. It has a rich history that reflects its development from a modest airstrip to a bustling regional airport.
The Truckee Tahoe Airport was established shortly after World War II. Initially, it was a small, unpaved airstrip used primarily for general aviation and local flights. The post-war boom saw an increase in recreational flying and tourism in the Truckee and Lake Tahoe area. The airport's popularity grew as more people discovered the region's beauty and recreational opportunities. The airport saw significant improvements during this 1960s-1970s , including the paving of runways, construction of taxiways, and the addition of hangars and other facilities. These upgrades helped accommodate more and larger aircraft, boosting the airport's capacity and safety. Further developments in the 1980s included modernizing airport facilities, enhancing navigation aids, and improving services for pilots and passengers.
During 1993 The Truckee Tahoe Airport District implemented a Noise Abatement Program to address community concerns about aircraft noise. This program includes specific flight procedures and community outreach efforts to minimize the impact of airport operations on local residents. The airport has continued to evolve, with ongoing improvements to runways, taxiways, and terminal facilities. The Truckee Tahoe Airport has also become a hub for emergency services, providing crucial support for firefighting efforts and medical emergencies in the region. During 2016 A major renovation project was completed, enhancing the main terminal building and adding new amenities for passengers and pilots. This project aimed to improve the overall user experience and support the growing demand for airport services. Today, Truckee Tahoe Airport serves a diverse range of users, including general aviation, business aviation, and emergency services. It plays a vital role in the local economy by supporting tourism, business travel, and community events.
Elevation: 5,900 feet (1,798 meters) above sea level.
Runway 11/29: 7,000 feet long and 100 feet wide, with an asphalt surface. This is the primary runway, capable of accommodating a range of aircraft from small general aviation planes to larger business jets.
Runway 2/20: 4,650 feet long and 75 feet wide, with an asphalt surface. This secondary runway is used for crosswind conditions.

Over the years, the airport has undergone significant development and expansion. The airport began hosting several aviation events, such as air shows and fly-ins, which helped to increase its visibility and popularity.
In 2000, the airport underwent a major renovation, which included the construction of a new 5,500-foot runway and a new terminal building. The new terminal building features modern amenities such as a pilot's lounge, conference rooms, and a restaurant.
Today, Indianapolis Executive Airport is an important part of the Indianapolis aviation community, and it serves as a vital link between the city and the rest of the world. The airport is committed to providing safe and efficient services to its customers and promoting the growth of the aviation industry in the region. Big Bear Airport (officially known as Big Bear City Airport, IATA code: L35) is a public airport located in Big Bear City, California, in the San Bernardino Mountains. It primarily serves the local community and visitors to the Big Bear Lake region, a popular destination for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Situated at an elevation of 6,752 feet (2,058 meters), making it one of the highest-altitude airports in Southern California. The airport is about 3 miles east of Big Bear Lake, providing convenient access to nearby recreational areas. It has a single asphalt runway, 08/26, which is 5,850 feet long (1,783 meters) and 75 feet wide (23 meters). The length and altitude require careful attention from pilots due to the thinner air and resulting impact on aircraft performance.
The idea of an airport in the Big Bear Valley first emerged in the 1940s, when World War II had prompted greater interest in aviation infrastructure across the United States. At the time, the Big Bear area was primarily accessible by car via winding mountain roads, making air travel an appealing alternative for those seeking faster access to the remote area. In the 1950s, local aviation enthusiasts, including a group of pilots and business owners, began pushing for the development of an airstrip. This resulted in the construction of the airport, originally a basic dirt strip, in Big Bear City. It catered primarily to small private aircraft. The 1990s saw continued modernization efforts, including upgrades to the runway, taxiways, and safety systems. The airport added more services such as fuel stations, maintenance facilities, and hangars to accommodate the growing number of aircraft. Today, Big Bear Airport serves as a regional hub for general aviation, welcoming a variety of aircraft from small private planes to larger corporate jets.

The airfield started life in 1944 with the collaboration of the United States Army and it was opened in April 1945. Between 1971 and 2015, with the creation of the Santa Maria Air Force Base, civil and military facilities were shared. However, in 2015 an agreement between the Brazilian Air Force and the Municipality of Santa Maria, transferred part of the facilities to the latter. The civil portion of the aerodrome is administered by the Municipality and the military portion by the Brazilian Air Force. It shares a modern new control tower
At this moment there is only one regular airline using the airport, this is Azul Brazilian Airlines flying to Porto Alegre.
Santa Maria has two runway:
Runway 11-29 8839'
Runway 02-20 4938' (only used by the military)
The airport has an ILS approach for Runway 11 110. 3 'ISM'
Various military types use the airport including the AMX Jet trainer and C130 Hercules aircraft, but the C130 is now being phased out in favour of the new Embraer KC390 transport/tanker aircraft.
