The Cessna 140 was introduced in 1949, following on from the 120. Uprated engines and improved landing gear were among the changes and provided the aviation public with an aeroplane that was comfortable and easy to fly.
The 140 stands out from other Cessnas with its unique "art deco", automotive style instrument panels. The interior layout is simply but comfortably furnished and everything is to hand. This made the aeroplane the ideal trainer and its near vice-less behaviour and inherent... The Cessna 140 was introduced in 1949, following on from the 120. Together with the 120, this little aircraft gave rise to the future Cessna line of affordable, multi-purpose airframes that have populated our skies for decades and continue to do so today.

A total of 140 F3Fs were still on squadron strength at the outbreak of hostilities and the rugged little fighters remained in service as combat trainers, until as late as 1943.

So much so that the airframe was not retired until 1948 when Williams flew it on its final flight to Washington, after which it was to take its rightful place in the now Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. Gulfhawk II is included in this package and would make an ideal starter for the Reno Races!

Wittman Regional Airport, also known as Wittman Field, is located just south of Oshkosh in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. Today, KOSH is a public-use, county-owned general aviation airport serving corporate aviation, flight training, aircraft maintenance, aircraft manufacturing, cargo, and private flying. Basler Flight Service provides FBO services, fuel, parking, hangars, charter support, and pilot services. The airport is also closely linked with the adjacent EAA Aviation Museum and remains an important year-round aviation hub for Oshkosh, with its international profile rising dramatically during the annual EAA AirVenture event.

This add-on was tested with MSFS2024 developer alpha version and some features do not work as expected (visual effects and flares behaviour mostly), also 3rd party aircraft may be incorrectly processed by refueling script. You'll need to wait sever... Read before purchase!

This add-on was tested with MSFS2024 developer alpha version and some features do not work as expected (visual effects and flares behaviour mostly), also 3rd party aircraft may be incorrectly processed by refueling script. You'll need to wait several weeks or even months until all issues are fixed.
This tool does not support any kind of multiplayer activities. You will not see smokes and flares, created by other players, same as they will not see yours smokes and flares. Your wingman will stay invisible for other players as well. Aerial refueling Live mode is an exception, but it is very limited and still in development.
Rotorcraft (helicopters, ornithopters etc. ) can not be wingmen in MSFS2020.
Wingmen may have inaccurate appearance - fault visual effects generated, incorrect payload visible, blank registration number, especially when different aircraft model/type chosen.
AirshowAssistant features may be affected by 3rd party SimConnect/WASM tools which manipulate AI aircraft, such as AIFlow, Air Traffic Control etc. If you experience any troubles with aerial refueling tankers or wingmen, please remove these tools while using AirshowAssistant and if it helps - report the issue to traffic control utility developer. Parallel42 products like Campout Util and SimFX known to affect WASM functionality globally, workaround applied but you may need remove these add-ons if you have basket/boom position issues.
