The island of Oléron is located in the Bay of Biscay, off the coast of Charente-Maritime. It is part of the Charente archipel. It is separated from the peninsula of Marennes by the Coureau d'Oléron, to the north, and from the peninsula of Arvert by the Pertuis de Maumusson, to the south.

The lines have been adjusted at height to match default power pylons already in the simulator; being thin objects the visibility is reasonable and they can be recognized; zoom in will offer even a better view of powerlines. This manual is for home flight-simulation computer programs. It is based on real aviation laws, regulations, and procedures so home flight-simulation enthusiasts can maximize their enjoyment. Because some aspects of home flight-simulation games are not exactly like real-world aviation, some information in this book is not exactly like real flight. This airport redevelopment program is scheduled to be completed in 2024 with the old terminals demolished in 2020/2021.
