The terminal is designed for three million passengers, a number that has already been exceeded, and expansion will push its capacity to over 8 million. In 2018, the airport was allocated 6. 6 billion baht to build a third terminal, renovate the existing two terminals and car park, and expand aircraft parking bays and associated electrical power infrastructure. In 2019, the Department of Airports announced a project to double the airport's capacity to eight million passengers per year. The airport will no longer be expanded after its final phase of expansion due to lack of space and the city's expansion, and will not be able to cope with the future traffic.

Houari Boumediene International Airport (DAAG) is Algeria's largest airport, located just south-east of Algiers. The airport has its origins during pre-independence times when it was called Maison Blanche Airport, and the oldest of the terminals still dates from that era. The newest terminal completed in 2019 on the other hand is ultra-modern and is capable of serving A380 aircraft. The airport has a total capacity of up to 16 million passengers per year and has flights to 81 destinations in 31 ... The airport has a total capacity of up to 16 million passengers per year and has flights to 81 destinations in 31 countries.
NetDesign has painstakingly recreated the entire airport with upwards of 40 custom models including the four terminals, various buildings, vehicles, aircraft and objects. Extensive rework of auto-generated areas behind the airport has been done to blend it with the main terminal areas. The accompanying DAAG Scenery pack features key landmarks such as Maqam Echahid (Martyrs' Memorial) and Nelson Mandela Stadium which is flown over during the runway 09 approach. The crown jewel is a striking recreating of Djamaa el Djazaïr (the Great Mosque of Algiers), the billion-Euro megaproject which was both controversial for its cost and award-winning for its beautiful architecture. It features a 265 m (869 ft) tall minaret making it the tallest building in Africa and the tallest minaret in the world. Both the mosque and stadium feature real-life helicopter pads which are available as starting positions in the simulator.

The Airport underwent a $15 million terminal redevelopment initiative to construct a new, two-story terminal building as the old terminal was located within an unsafe distance from Runway 17/35. Royal Air Force Scampton or RAF Scampton (ICAO: EGXP) is a former Royal Air Force station located adjacent to the A15 road near to the village of Scampton,Lincolnshire, and 6 miles (9. 7 km) north-west of the city of Lincoln, England. RAF Scampton stood on the site of a First World War Royal Flying Corps landing field, which had been called Brattleby. The station was closed and returned to agriculture following the First World War, and reactivated in the 1930s. It has provided an airfield for fighters in the First World War, bombers during the Second World War and V-force Avro Vulcans during the Cold War. The station was temporarily closed in 1996, but subsequently re-opened to provide a home for the RAF Aerobatic Team the Red Arrows, and to private companies, temporarily, such as Hawker Hunter Aviation, for the maintenance and storage of aircraft. Almeria Airport is one of the main players in the tourism and business potential of the province of Almeria. Located in the heart of the Bay of Almeria, eight kilometers from the city, it is perfectly situated with the rest of the tourist destinations in the province, such as Cabo de Gata, Aguadulce, Roquetas de Mar, El Ejido or Mojacar. During the 1990s, Almeria Airport grew steadily until it reached almost one million passengers in 2000. To adapt to this demand, the passenger terminal building... Almeria Airport is one of the main players in the tourism and business potential of the province of Almeria. Located in the heart of the Bay of Almeria, eight kilometers from the city, it is perfectly situated with the rest of the tourist destinations in the province, such as Cabo de Gata, Aguadulce, Roquetas de Mar, El Ejido or Mojacar. To adapt to this demand, the passenger terminal building was remodeled in 1995, in 2002 the new cargo terminal building was inaugurated and in 2009 the new departures building came into service.
