One of the best features of this catamaran is its integrated multifunction tablet. With it, you can enjoy a complete sailing experience, including the ability to activate the anchor, make sails (which are decorative) visible, adjust mooring ropes and even change the deck material, providing total control over the sail. appearance and operation of the vessel. The latest update adds Autopilot to the GPS NAV function to make it easier to navigate long distance routes. Understand that a Yacht is a small vessel, with limited space and mobility. MSFS's walkaround mode has very limited contact detection, which makes moving around in enclosed spaces like boats difficult to do realistically. In the bedroom, the character will appear crouched down, although there is room to stand up. Unfortunately, some walls and boundaries of the boat had to be ignored in order for the character to be able to move around. Understand that this is not a product defect - by adding boundaries exactly on the walls and edges of the boat, the character becomes trapped and impossible to control.
- IMPORTANT: JUST AS YOU WOULD NOT DO IN REAL LIFE, DO NOT GO OUT IN THE SEA WITH WAVES HIGHER THAN 40 KNOTS (74KM/H) AT THE RISK OF CAPSIZING THE BOAT AS IT WOULD HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE.

Some users have reported that the function monitor with clickable buttons to activate or deactivate anchors, lights and other functions is not working. To solve this, I created an update where the boat functions are controlled by the joystick. This has been caused by a limiter added by Microsoft/Asobo in XML scripts that has also been reported by other developers. There is an ongoing update by Microsoft to fix the problem; please understand that this is not a product defect and we hope that soon the yacht will be working in all its functions.

The boat was built, approved and published from the Dev Alpha provided by Microsoft, and unexpected situations may happen until the game reaches a stable version. The Campos Basin is one of the most important oil-producing regions in Brazil, responsible for more than 80% of the country's production. Since the discovery of the Garoupa field in 1974, the region has been crucial to the Brazilian economy.
My focus during the creation of this scenario was the most faithful recreation possible of the FPSOs in operation in the region. These vessels are true engineering marvels, allowing the extraction, processing and storage of oil directly at sea, sendi... The Campos Basin is one of the most important oil-producing regions in Brazil, responsible for more than 80% of the country's production. Since the discovery of the Garoupa field in 1974, the region has been crucial to the Brazilian economy.
My focus during the creation of this scenario was the most faithful recreation possible of the FPSOs in operation in the region. These vessels are true engineering marvels, allowing the extraction, processing and storage of oil directly at sea, sending gas directly to the continent and oil via ships, in an operation called offloading. They are essential for operations in deep waters, where the construction of fixed platforms would be unfeasible. Some submersible platforms and FPSOs portrayed in this scenario operate under ultra-deep wells, in the case of the Lula field it is one of the deepest wells in the region, operating at a depth of around 2,140 meters of water and more than 5,000 meters deep total, including sea soil.
I was in the region for 7 days in February 2024 collecting photos and data to help me recreate the vessels in 3D, and since then I have recreated Drilling Ships, Refining, Drilling and Accommodation Rigs, FPSOs and FSOs, Shuttle Ships, Tankers and Accommodation Ships .
I recreated several Offshore Supply Ships too, in versions with and without helipad.
There are a total of 108 helipads available for landing during the simulation, with 51 landmarks signaling the position of platforms and FPSOs.
The ships were recreated according to their real-world livery or company in February 2024, and their geographic positions are also from that date.

HOW TO INSTALL:
Locate the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 installation folder
You need to find and open the folder called "Community"
Copy the folder "marinerm-chengdu-j-36" you just extracted to the Community folder.
Start the game and the "Marine RM Chengdu J-36" will be in its hangar ready to fly!
HOW TO PLAY:
When you start on the runway, your aircraft will be ready for flight. If you're starting cold and dry, consider pressing the STARTER button on the panel in front of you. Wait 1 minute for the engine to fully ignite and monitor the EICAS (first screen on the left panel) as the engine RPM and temperature increase to the ideal level. In the meantime, you can experiment with the Chocks or GPU display. When taking off, consider briefly using the afterburner, as there will be ample power available due to the three engines in the fuselage.
Using the Autopilot is simple, but requires prior guidance: you must click on the desired function before starting digitation to click enter. Use the ENT buttons to confirm what you've entered or the CLR button to clear and enter again. It is always necessary to click on the desired function before entering. Consider always starting to configure your AP by maintaining altitude, so first press the ALT button and then enter the desired value, and press ENT if the final value has less than 4 digits. Above 5 digits, the value is automatically applied by the AP. Next, set your desired speed or HDG, or even GPS navigation mode. If you want to remove speed control, click the A/T button in the upper right corner of the screen. Consider using the VS+ and VS- buttons to interact with climb mode.
IMPORTANT: Avoid using Mach control during climbs to avoid constant acceleration and deceleration; During the climb phase, if you want to use A/T, use the normal SPEED control, in knots, and after stabilizing your altitude, change to Mach if you wish.
The radio screen works similarly: click on the frequency type you want to change (COMM 1 or XPNDR) and enter the desired frequency, pressing ENT when finished, or CLR to clear your entry.
Your MDF panel displays local time, landing gear status, navigation light status, and flap status. When landing, note that your landing speed may be low, less than 140 knots, due to the shape of the aircraft. There are filters and digital controls to make the flight more stable during this phase, but some caution and skill are recommended for a safe landing.
