It complements the Yangtze River East Bridges which continues to the East China Sea at Shanghai. See the attached photo of the area covered.
The 3 Gorges Dam is the biggest dam in the world and the weight of water it holds is so large it has slightly tilted the earth’s axis. Many of the bridges are record breakers in size for both suspension bridges and cable stayed bridges.
The Yangsigang Yangtze River Bridge is the longest double deck road suspension bridge in the world with the main span 1. 7 km long. This is huge!
The Libu road rail bridge is another record breaker and has been modeled though it is still in construction. The double deck road and high speed rail suspension bridge is the longest in the world with a span of 1. 12 km.
The package covers the Yangtze river through Hubei Province which in 2022 had 5 Yangtze river bridges in construction simultaneously, each one with a main span around 1 km.
All the bridges are accurately modeled in the correct architectural style, with appropriate night lighting and traffic flows on the bridges.
Photogrammetry should be ON to ensure bridges integrate correctly with the sim.
The package is compatible with both MSFS2020 and MSFS2024, and demonstration photos have been taken in both 2020 and 2024.
All bridge models have POIs and are listed below from west to east.

We are offering a scenery and mission bundle providing a simulation of U. S. Navy Field Carrier Landing Practice in the FA - 18E Super Hornet. It includes two upgraded U. S. Navy airfield sceneries with a mission package offering dynamic Air Traffic Control and Landing Signal Officer radio communications. Here are more details on the package components:
NAS Oceana (KNTU): During your FCLP missions you will fly out of NAS Oceana in Norfolk, VA. It is the Navy's East Coast master jet base and hosts 16 Super Hornet squadrons. Upgrades to the airport scenery include:
1. Based on the high quality of Asobo's aerial imagery of the airport, the airport surfaces have been re-worked to use that imagery.
2. New taxiway lines, paths, signage, and system labeling have been re-worked to match the actual airfield.
3. Airfield lighting has been revised to match the actual airfield.
4. Parking has been re-worked to match the actual airfield. Military-designated parking spots have been added to avoid spawning of civilian AI traffic.
5. Runway paint markings have been enhanced to match current markings at the airfield, including simulated carrier landing areas and field arresting gear markings.
6. To match the current airfield, eight functional optical landing systems have been added to all approaches.
7. Hangars and buildings have been reworked, primarily with stock Asobo objects which are a close match to the actual airfield.
Fentress Naval Auxiliary Landing Field (KNFE): You will perform your FCLP activities at a purpose-built airfield several miles away from NAS Oceana, Fentress NALF. We have applied the following upgrades to the stock MSFS scenery at Fentress:
1. Functional optical landing systems have been added to both approaches.
2. Runway markings have been added to match the actual airfield, including simulated carrier deck landing areas and landing spots for helicopters and VTOL aircraft.
3. As per the current airfield, in-deck directional lighting of the simulated carrier deck landing areas has been added. New runway and taxiway lighting has been added in a dimmed condition to match current procedures for night FCLP operations.
4. Runway materials have been revised to match the current reinforced-concrete landing areas at either end of the runway. Asobo aerial imagery is used for the taxiways and the non-runway airfield environment.
5. Custom buildings have been added for the LSO greenhouses, the on-field U. S. Navy fire station, and the TACAN station described below.
6. The unpublished, "reference-only" TACAN station has been added to the field. This station is an important component of FCLP operations. It can be tuned on channel 27X.
FCLP Mission Package: A set of six missions are included that were created using the simulator's Bush Mission functionality. The primary purpose of these missions is to provide dynamic Air Traffic Control and Landing Signal Officer radio communication during your FCLP work at Oceana and Fentress. These missions provide ATIS, clearance, tower, departure, and arrival radio communications as you are being vectored to and from Fentress NALF. These communications are triggered based on your location and altitude and include both pilot and ATC/LSO communications. These missions will spawn your aircraft at NAS Oceana's west ramp parking. Once you arrive at the Fentress carrier pattern you will be handed off to your Landing Signal Officer who will provide standard verbal corrections during your practice approaches. These six missions include a variety of weather and lighting conditions. A seventh practice mission will spawn you at Fentress NALF if you prefer to depart directly into the carrier pattern rather than being vectored from Oceana.

A340-600Pro Features
Aircraft handling
- Custom flight model created specifically for this project allowing to accurately represent the aircraft flight physics. This allows better representation of the following effects than the MSFS default flight model:
- Effects of each individual control surface (2 aileron pairs that move individually, 6 independent spoiler surfaces)
- Accurate Lift/Drag modelling
- Effects of control surface failures (e. g. jam or free floating) on both aircraft dynamics and drag computations
- Custom coded aircraft flight control laws representing Normal law, Alternate 1, Alternate 2 and Direct Law, each providing different aircraft handling and protections as in real life.
Aircraft systems – general
- Detailed model of the aircraft hydro-mechanical and electrical systems, including system interdependencies
- 303 different system failures that can be ejected via our fault injection screen. Failures can trigger manually at a given time, altitude or speed as well as in a random fashion in a specific flight phase.
- Functional reset switches. All in cockpit reset switches are functional and can be used to reset the appropriate fault types.
- Hoppie CPDLC is supported, including PDC and WX data download via the Hoppie network
- ACARS functions: Simbrief flight plan import directly into the FMGS, including TO performance computations via MCDU uplink request
- Aircraft displays: Detailed custom display system with accurate representation of the different displays and ECAM pages as well as display reconfiguration in case of failures
Aircraft systems – FMGS suite
- Three fully functional, fully independent MCDUs.
- Two completely independent Autopilots. AP1 controls the aircraft based on the data displayed on the captain PFD, AP2 control the aircraft based on the data displayed on the copilot PFD. Due to our detailed ADIRU model (see below), these are not exactly the same – same as in real life.
- Flight Management system features:
- Support for all A424 legs
- Airbus specific vertical navigation capability, including step climbs
- Active, Alternate and two level of temporary flight plans
- Route offset from current position
- Support for pilot defined holdings, computed holdings and database holding.
- Support for pilot items such as custom waypoints, custom navaids, custom runways via the MCDU Data B page. Real life limitations for the number of elements apply.
Aircraft systems – specific
- Detailed ADIRU model: Custom modelling of the 3 Air Data and Inertial reference Units (ADIRUs) including injection of measurement accuracy errors on pressure readings and attitude angles. This simulates small differences between pilot and copilot side as they occur in real life also due to sensor accuracy limitations. The output of this model feeds the FBW system and the autopilot system. Therefore, both systems respond to modelled errors in the ADIRUs.
- Custom engine model: The aircraft uses a fully custom engine model for the computation of all engine parameters such as N1, N2, N3, EGT, fuel flow, thrust etc. This allows achieving a high level of accuracy for the simulated engine thrust and therefore the aircraft performance.
- Bleed system model: The amount of bleed air consumed by Air conditioning packs, engine starters, anti-ice etc. feeds back into the engine model and affects fuel flow, EGT as well as maximum available thrust. The underlying model computes pressure losses throughout the bleed ducts and valves in order to correctly distribute the bleed air usage between the engines.
- Electrical system model: Electrical system with all real-life bus reconfigurations and load propagation between busses including emergency generator, battery only supply etc.
- Hydraulic system model: A detailed hydraulic system model computes the hydraulic flow through the control surface actuators, landing gear pistons, brake accumulators etc. in order to appropriately load the hydraulic pumps. If the flow exceeds the pumps capacity, e. g. because you are flying on the Ram Air Turbine at low speed, the pressure in the system will drop, affecting the motion of all consumers of that system.
- Flight control surface model: The flight control surface move in response to a detailed actuator model that simulates the electro-hydraulic control loop of real-life actuators, including motion of the Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valves, Mode Select Valves etc. This leads to a realistic simulation of the ability of the surface to deflect against the aerodynamic forces. In case of hydraulic or actuator failures, the surface will have limited ability to deflect and in case that all actuators are lost it will float in the “aerodynamic neutral” position, i. e. the position into which the airflow pushes the surface.
- Fuel system model: Complete model of the A340-600 fuel system with 8 different fuel tanks, engine cross feed, mid and aft fuel transfer systems, jettison, in cruise CG control etc.
- Brake temperature model: Brake temperature model considering heat transfer between brake pads and discs, temperature sensors and wheels giving the appropriate delays in temperature sensing
- Radio navigation: Custom radio navigation model with simulated LOC and GS antenna locations, custom satellite visibility model, automatic, manual and backup tuning
- Taxi camera based on the MSFS Map API to assist during turns while taxiing.
Useability
- Detailed EFB with two subsets of functions. Functions available via the tabs in the top row are functions that you can find in a similar fashion in real life EFBs. Functions available via the tabs in the bottom row are simulator-specific functions that are not available in a real aircraft. Functions similar to those in a real aircraft EFB are:
- Navigraph Map and charts integration
- Simbrief OFP display. This can display an OFP downloaded directly into the EFB as well as OFPs downloaded via the MCDU into both the active and the secondary flight plan
- Weight and Balance screen showing also the predicted evolution of the CG and weight throughout the flight in order to ensure that you meet the landing weight and balance limits
- Take-off and landing performance calculators
- Interactive checklist
- Situation saving and reinstating: Ability to save an aircraft state exactly in order to continue from that state again another time. Note that WX reinstatement is subject to MSFS limitations
- Autosave: this saves the current aircraft state in regular intervals in order to allow resuming the flight, should MSFS crash
- Aircraft state changes: Ability to switch between 4 predefined aircraft states without affecting the flight plan in the FMGS. (Except if you switch to “cold and dark”, which will reset the FMGS. )
- Quick engine starts: Ability to perform an instant engine or APU start as well as an ADIRU quick align.
- Ability to force alternate or direct law independent of system failures.
- Support for a complete freeze when the simulator is paused or an active freeze that allows, e. g. to program the MCDU while the aircraft motion is frozen.
- Choice between two different weight variants of the aircraft (Standard and High Gross Weight)
- Choice between imperial or metric units on the aircraft screens and associated EFB pages
- Adjustable wing flex intensity to adapt it to personal preferences.
- Ability to skip straight to the next waypoint of a cruise segment in order to shorten the time in cruise.
Visuals
- Highly detailed and accurate 3D model of the Airbus A340-600 Pro, faithfully recreated based on real-world references and technical documentation.
- Custom-built animations for a wide range of aircraft systems and external components, delivering a dynamic and immersive experience.
- Realistic slats, flaps, and spoilers with smooth deployment and retraction sequences.
- Fully animated flight control surfaces including ailerons, elevators, stabilizer trim, and rudder, all responding precisely to pilot input and flight conditions.

Kai Tak 1998 The Last Days Are Back
This scenery brings back the last days of Kai Tak. In these days more and more spectators crowded the famous parking house to witness the planes flying towards checker hill, at the landing light in Durham Road start banking into a tight turn, while just roaring over the cities rooftops. Approach by approach, in these days a spectacular air show was unfolding, and every captain rightfully could be proud like a display pilot flying tricky and difficult maneuvers in close proximity to the ground. <...
The Hong Kong Kai Tak 1998 scenery is dedicated to the last days of Kai Tak. The scenery specifically shows many details, which were unique for that time. The following highlights are included:
-
Updated version 1. 4: SU8 supported and corrected Chinese texts at the parking deck and the Ads.
-
Updated version 1. 3: SU7 based road and roadlight exlusion - ziggy runway boundaries flattened - improved grass patches along the Kai Tak river.
-
Based on more user feedback -> Updated version 1. 2 released: Functional OLS (optical landing system) on the USS Abraham Lincoln in Victoria Harbour (limited visibility in VR), ship and runway lighting on the USS Abraham Lincoln, the radar tower at the end of South appron was added, runway markings corrected, scenery objects re-added, which were hidden due to SU5 changes, improved the East Apron asphalt coloring.
-
Based on user feedback -> Updated version 1. 1 released: added the eye-catching pedestrian bridge behind the parking house, consistently colored roads around the terminal, moved a couple of static ships to avoid collisions with Samscence’s ships, added user documentation.
- No AI cars on the apron, taxiways and runway! - This scenery has resolved the issue with cars appearing at the wrong places, so you don’t need to set the road traffic density to 0%.
- Terminal building - Highly detailed terminal building
- Final state of the airport - Colors of apron markings and lines matching the final state of the airport. The same applies to the buildings. Even the old East Apron layout (as it was prior the 1992 expansion) is still visible by slightly different colored asphalt. Finally, as the USS Abraham Lincoln arrived in Hong Kong on July 4, 1998, the displayed scenery matches the reality at one single day: July 5, 1998, the day before Kai Tak was closed.
- 3D airport shorelines – The airport shorelines are designed as 3D models for maximum realism.
- Four aircraft bridges - Totally four aircraft bridges carefully crafted as 3D models.
- Sloped bridge - The long bridge between South Apron and Taxiway B1 has a length of more than 250m and has modelled the shallow ramps from both sides meeting in the middle. Taxiing over it you need to apply power on the first half and then brakes on the second half!
- 3D Kai Tak River - The Kai Tak Nullah (River) flows in a 3D riverbed right through the middle of the airport. As in reality, 10 bridges in total are crossing the Kai Tak River.
- Hand drawn aerial image - As no aerial imagery in today standards exist from the airport, a hand drawn image is used as airport background with a resolution of more than 30kx30k-pixel.
- Animated spectators - Exactly 1852 spectators are modelled in this scenery. While flying the final turn towards the runway, the people are waving with their arms!
- Aircraft carrier - On July the fourth 1998, the USN NIMITZ class aircraft carrier CVN-72 USS Abraham Lincoln arrived in Hong Kong to celebrate Independence Day. So, the scenery contains a model of VCN-72 anchoring in Victoria Harbour. The details of the ship reflect the state of the late nineties. The carrier has a landable flight deck and an open hangar deck below, through which you can fly!
- Shark lingering in the water - In the nineties, frequently shark attacks were recorded in the waters around Hong Kong. So, if you carefully follow the shoreline of the Kai Tak airport you will find a shark lingering under the water surface.
- Watermasks - Subtle modelling of the shallow waters around the runway.
- Realistic taxiway lines - Custom painted lines for taxiway.
- Displaced DME - IGS 13 instrument approach with displaced DME to correctly indicate the runway threshold after the turn.
- Fun challenge - As a “not really realistic but fun”-challenge, you can e. g. take off with from the long bridge to the East, turn left by 270 degrees and fly under the bridge, then turn to the West towards the USS Abraham Lincoln, fly at 40ft altitude through the aft hangar opening from one side to the other side of the carrier’s hull and then turn to land on the carrier!
- Approach lights - Realistic approach lights placed on the roof of the social club at Durham Road. Approach lights with sequenced strobes show the path of the final turn.
- KCR East Rail-line - (Static) trains have been added on the noticeable KCR East Rail-line, which marks the begin of the final turn on IGS 13.
- SID’s and STAR’s - Fully scripted SID’s and STAR’s in compliance with the charts from https://xe. ivao. aero/pilot/vhhx/.
- Based on large image database - Thousands of Kai Tak images were reviewed as baseline for modelling. Many rare photographs showed details in sparsely documented parts of the airport.
- Performance optimized - Resource saving innovative tileable texture atlases. FPS friendly parallax windows.
- Animations - Animated clock for the famous Maurice Lacroix-advertisement and animated airport baggage tugs.

The Yangtze River is massive, 3rd longest in the world and longest in China. This is a package of bridges on the eastern section of the river covering approximately 1000km from the Edong Bridge just east of Wuhan to the East China Sea at Shanghai.
As the bridges were built they were often the longest or highest bridges of their type when constructed, only to be surpassed by another even bigger bridge built along the Yangtze. Currently the Changtai Bridge, opened in 2025 and included in this package, is the longest cable stayed bridge in the world and also has the tallest towers in the world. Included in this package are 3 of the top 10 tallest bridges in the world, 9 of the top 20 longest cable stayed, and 3 of the top 10 longest suspension bridges.
Several bridges are huge double-deckers with highways and rail, including the Wufengshan which is the worlds first high speed rail suspension bridge with over 1 km main span.
All the bridges are accurately modeled in the correct architectural style, with appropriate night lighting and traffic flows on the bridges. Many of the bridges are brightly lit in various colors.
Photogrammetry should be ON to ensure bridges integrate correctly with the sim.
The package is compatible with both MSFS2020 and MSFS2024, and demonstration photos have been taken in both 2020 and 2024 along with a photo of the area covered.
All bridge models have POIs and are listed below from east to west.
