It is available to all general aviation users without prior notice, 365 days a year. The airfield can be used 24 hours a day.

Several members of the Damme Aeroclub joined forces, acquired the airfield, and founded the company Verkehrslandeplatz Damme Besitzgesellschaft (Damme Public Landing Site Ownership Company) . Since then, the airfield areas have been leased to Verkehrslandeplatz Damme Betriebsgesellschaft (Damme Public Landing Site Operating Company) , whose shareholders are also the airfield owners.
On 20 March 2012, a retired Transall aircraft of the German Armed Forces , first registered in 1970, landed on the grounds of Damme Airfield and has since been exhibited there by the Museum of Technology, Nature and Aviation.

History
The arrival of the first pioneers to the city that today is called Londrina in 1923. Despite the great development of the region, the first airport was only created in 1936. But it was only after 1945, with the end of the second world war, that airlines started offering more flight options.
In the 50s, aviation peaked in Londrina. To accommodate the growing movement of aircraft, two large hangars were built. In 1956 the paving of the runway was inaugurated. Two years later, a new passenger terminal would replace the wooden facilities.
The name of the airport is a tribute to José Richa, who was the 47th governor of the State of Paraná, between 1983 and 1986, being the first governor elected after the end of the Military Regime.
After a few years, in 2000, work began on expanding the new passenger terminal. The chosen project, by architect André Silvestri, is inspired by the shapes of the wings of an airplane.
In 2010, the release of approximately R $ 20 million was confirmed, for the extension of the runway by 600 meters, installation of ILS (CAT I), a meteorological station (DMS I), Approach lights system (ALS I) and the installation of a DVOR next year.
Track and ILS
The expansion of the runway is also planned, but it is part of the “ILS package”, according to the superintendent. “We are excited that the ILS soap opera can be resolved soon. Unfortunately, the installation of the device depends on a number of factors. However, in the last year, the shares advanced more than in the previous 13 years, ”he said.

HOW TO INSTALL:
Locate the Microsoft Flight Simulator installation folder
You need to find and open the folder called "Community"
Copy the two folders "Marine RM Sea Ray 510 Fly" and "Marine RM Riva Speedboat" you just extracted to the Community folder.
Start the game and the Sea Ray 510 Fly and Riva Speedboat will be in its hangar ready to sail!
HOW TO PLAY:
Start the game anywhere in the world on the water or seaplane track, put the engine at 100% and wait a few seconds for the boat to start moving. Water trails start with the slowest speed you are on. Both boats have a reverse engine. Click Ctrl + L to activate a night navigation flag. Quickly activate and deactivate the landing gear to honk.
USE THE FLAPS TO CONTROL THE BOARDING BRIDGE
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
- This add-on will continue to be developed for improvements such as new textures and better navigation features
- The amount of water trails is limited by Asobo for now, when this limitation is removed from the SDK the boats will have more sprays on the front and sides.
- The speed of all boats is limited to less than 30kts for water stability reasons.

HOW TO PLAY:
Start the game anywhere in the world on the water or seaplane track, click the ignition key to start the boat engine, PRESS THE UP/DOWN KEY ON THE JOYSTICK TO REMOVE THE ANCHOR, put the engine at 100% and wait a few seconds for the boat to start moving. Water trails start with the slowest speed you are on. The boat does not have a reverse motor. Use the elevator UP command to move your boat backwards.
Use the aileron controls to turn left and right. The rudder controls simulate axial movement control and do not activate the steering wheel animation, only the aileron control activates the steering wheel animation, as it is the main control method.
There is a tablet on the left panel with key blinds for ease of use in MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024.
There are buttons to turn on/off neon lights and instructions to turn on/off navigation lights.
IMPORTANT: In MSFS 2020, the autopilot is engaged via the "Y" button on the joystick. In MSFS 2024, consider configuring your joystick with this same button assigned to make it easier to use. It is important to note that the autopilot has one function: HDG lock. Therefore, when activating the autopilot, the HDG lock will be automatic, without the need for any other intervention. Configure buttons to facilitate the change of heading course on your joystick to make the autopilot easier to use.
Example: we recommend configuring the decrease in heading definition with the following button combination: "X" + "A" + "LB". To increase heading definition, use "X" + "A" + "RB".
Do the same procedure in MSFS 2020 and 2024.
IMPORTANT: JUST AS YOU WOULD NOT DO IN REAL LIFE, DO NOT GO OUT IN THE SEA WITH WAVES HIGHER THAN 104 KNOTS (193KM/H) AT THE RISK OF CAPSIZING THE BOAT AS IT WOULD HAPPEN IN REAL LIFE.
DURING THE SIMULATION, THE SINKING OF THE BOAT IS NOT DRAMATIC AND UNEXPECTED EFFECTS MAY OCCUR CAUSED BY THE SIMULATION ENVIRONMENT ITSELF AND NOT BY A PRODUCT DEFECT
It is important to note that the autopilot may behave poorly at low speeds. Consider using it only at high speeds to simulate cruising.
In MSFS 2024, the passenger may be hidden by default. Consider using the EFB to add it to the payload menu.
MSFS 2020/2024 does not have a realistic drift in the water, so navigation is still imprecise in several aspects. Do not expect extreme realism - the focus of this add-on is to provide a visual and enjoyable experience for those looking for alternatives to flying. Each instrument on the boat, livery and modeling was made with great care, affection and attention to detail to meet the highest commercial standards that MSFS and other markets demand, but for several other reasons that go beyond the developer, sailing with boats in MSFS is a challenge that is not always pleasant. Always keep in mind that everything was done to ensure that you have the best possible experience despite the limitations.
It is important to say that Microsoft Flight Simulator is a game being released in its initial version. The boat was built, approved and published from the Dev Alpha provided by Microsoft, and unexpected situations may happen until the game reaches a stable version. Please understand that unexpected situations may not be a defect of the product, but of the Simulator. A few weeks ago, part of the FSimStudios team embarked on a research expedition across a number of airports. This expedition would result in the team getting stuck in Nuuk for several days due to inclement weather. As a result of this experience, and with the incredible cooperation from Air Greenland, we are happy to present to you what we have been quietly working on for the past weeks: A fully up-to-date, ultra-detailed rendition of Nuuk Airport, as of February 2025, based on extensive in-pers... Nuuk is among the most recently inaugurated international airports - a brand-new terminal and new 2200m runway was just inaugurated in Late November, 2024. Nuuk serves now as base of the A330NEO and Dash 8 Fleet of Air Greenland, and has scheduled connections with Canada, Iceland and Denmark. Direct flights from Newark, as well as more routes to Europe, are set to open as soon as Summer 2025.

The Schönhagen airfield scenery is packed with intricate details and animations to explore. The add-on includes five special features: EDAZ Airfield, Heliport Groß Kreutz, Helipad Hospital Luckenwalde, an animated helicopter at BER, and the World Balloon at Potsdamer Platz.
Discover a new level of detail—this scenery is highly dynamic, changing based on the time of day, day of the week, and season. Many environmental elements, such as ice, lawnmowers, joggers, and cyclists, respond to factors like temperature, rain, and snow, ensuring no two days are the same. At the Groß Kreutz railway station, original station announcements can be heard, and a level crossing features animated barriers. Additionally, a fully animated signal system changes from red to green as trains pass. At the Luckenwalde hospital, an ambulance approaches the helipad (500 meters away) to pick up a patient.

Offline Ga Traffic
Offline GA Traffic uses five MSFS generic general aviation models with three custom paint schemes for each model, which blend in perfectly with the static GA models included with many payware airports. They also taxi, take off and land at any airport, airfield, or airstrip with a suitable parking space throughout the MSFS world. They fly VFR days only and IFR day and night, and all have strobe, navigation and landing lights. They fully interact with ATC at all stages of flight, and ATC will call... Offline GA Traffic uses five MSFS generic general aviation models with three custom paint schemes for each model, which blend in perfectly with the static GA models included with many payware airports. They also taxi, take off and land at any airport, airfield, or airstrip with a suitable parking space throughout the MSFS world. They fly VFR days only and IFR day and night, and all have strobe, navigation and landing lights. They fully interact with ATC at all stages of flight, and ATC will call them by a real-world make and model name, and a region-specific registration number.
Offline GA Traffic is optimised for use with MSFS default offline traffic, FSLTL, AIG Traffic (in offline mode only), and Aerosoft Simple Traffic.
Please note that the smaller MSFS default airfields will have fewer parking spaces, if any, so always check your Offline GA Traffic installation and settings at a larger regional or even international airport.

- All flightplans optimised to create an equal percentage of parked aircraft at every available airport and airfield - if you set your traffic slider to 20%, you'll see 20% of the parking spaces occupied globally.

Installation:
Unzip the offline_ga_traffic folder and either cut and paste or drag and drop it into your Community folder.
MSFS settings:
In the Options > General Options section, select TRAFFIC from the menu on the left and under the AVIATION TRAFFIC section:
Set AIRCRAFT TRAFFIC TYPE to AI OFFLINE
Set AI TRAFFIC DENSITY from 10% to 50% for the optimum GA traffic on your system.
Under the AIRPORT LIFE section:
Set GROUND AIRCRAFT DENSITY to zero.
Under the AI AND MULTIPLAYER TRAFFIC DETAIL section:
Set both USE GENERIC PLANE MODELS options as required by your airline traffic program, Offline GA Traffic works with USE GENERIC PLANE MODELS either ON or OFF.
Set TRAFFIC VARIETY to ULTRA.
Offline Generic Traffic Fix:
This simple batch file fix will prevent ALL default AI traffic and liveries from appearing in the sim, including generic AI, stock AI and even third-party AI aircraft - do NOT use it with Aerosoft’s Simple Traffic! Offline GA Traffic will still appear in the sim as normal. See the included manual . pdf for full instructions.
Special Instructions:
If you don’t see any traffic at all with GROUND AIRCRAFT DENSITY set to zero, delete your ROLLINGCACHE. CCC file and re-launch your MSFS, which will create a new ROLLINGCACHE. CCC file for you. This file can be found in:
