Hengchun Airport (IATA code: HCN; ICAO code: RCKW) is the southernmost and smallest airport on the island of Taiwan, with a 5,578-foot runway and a helicopter military base attached. The airport is adjacent to Kenting National Park, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the south coast flying over here. Instrument Simming 21st Century describes and explains advanced aviation knowledge needed for truly realistic instrument simulations. It applies to most aircraft, airports, airspaces, and simulators. It does not focus on any particular airport, aircraft, airspace, or simulator.
This manual is for home flight-simulation computer programs. It is based on real aviation laws, regulations, and procedures so home flight-simulation enthusiasts can maximize their enjoyment. Because some aspects of home flight-simulation games are not exactly like real-world aviation, some information in this book is not exactly like real flight. That is why Instrument Simming 21st Century is not intended for and should not be used for real-world flight or lessons. No liability is accepted for any misuse of this manual. – Bill Stack, author

EGNS - Isle of Man Airport
Ronaldsway airport started live in the early 1930 and there were flights to a number of different parts of the British mainland from its grass runways. World War Two saw Ronaldsway being requisitioned by the RAF in June 1940 to allow No 1 Ground Defence Gunners School to move in and was renamed RAF Ronaldsway. It changed in 1944 when HMS Urley came into being and had as its main task torpedo bomber reconnaissance, mainly operating Fairey Barracudas. After the war it went back to civil flights, ... Ronaldsway airport started live in the early 1930 and there were flights to a number of different parts of the British mainland from its grass runways. World War Two saw Ronaldsway being requisitioned by the RAF in June 1940 to allow No 1 Ground Defence Gunners School to move in and was renamed RAF Ronaldsway. It changed in 1944 when HMS Urley came into being and had as its main task torpedo bomber reconnaissance, mainly operating Fairey Barracudas. After the war it went back to civil flights, but remained in Admiralty possession until 1948, when it became the main airport for the island.
The naval four runway layout survives in place, allowing for extensions and exapansion; although a typical four storey Naval control tower from that period has now been demolished. Many historical relics relating to the Isle of Man’s airfield history can be found at the excellent Manx Aviation and Military Museum at the airport.
In March 2000 the new extension was opened, providing a new landside catering outlet, arrivals area, baggage hall, and departure lounge. In April 2008 Tynwald granted a major runway extension and resurfacing project at the airport. The runway will be extended by 245m out into the Irish sea Today main operators at Ronaldsway are Easyjet and Loganair.

This is why TBLFScenery decided to develop ATC VFR.
ATC VFR interfaces with MFS2024 and acts as an AFIS agent, SIV, or air traffic controller.
This add-on uses voice recognition. It detects your phraseology and responds using a sound library containing hundreds of samples. It can guide you during integration, provide parameters, active runway, traffic density, request you to leave the frequency, and more.
Unlike other solutions found online, the recorded voice is a real human voice, which takes immersion to the next level!
The project includes nearly all airfields in France equipped with an AFIS agent (around 60), all SIVs in France, as well as Class D controlled airports (tower, ground, and ATIS).
ATC VFR aims to faithfully replicate official phraseology while respecting the procedures outlined in the SIA VAC charts (frequencies used, circuit altitudes, etc. ).
