NOTE: This product is an INTERIOR AND SYSTEMS OVERHAUL ONLY that makes use of the default MSFS Baron exterior visual model and requires the DELUXE or PREMIUM DELUXE version of MSFS to be installed. Improvements have been made to almost all aspects of the aircraft, except the exterior. All default Baron liveries are compatible with this product.
Black Square’s Analog Baron brings you a completely new interior, panel and systems with the default MSFS G58 Baron exterior model, including added winglets. This product contains both normally aspirated (B58), and pressurised (B58P) aircraft with an advanced reciprocating engine simulation, and features analogue instrumentation, swappable radio configurations and an overhauled electrical system with every circuit breaker, meter, switch and knob functioning.
Black Square’s failure system allows for persistent wear, MTBF and scheduled failures for nearly every component in the aircraft, many with multiple different failure modes. The fully 3D gauges are modelled and coded to meticulously match their real-world counterparts, with reference to real-world manuals. No piece of equipment appears in a Black Square aircraft without a real-world unit as reference.
Radio navigation systems are available from several eras of the Baron’s history, so users can fly without GPS via a Bendix KNS-81 RNAV system or with the convenience of a Garmin GTN 750 (PMS50 or TDS). Other radio equipment includes KX-155 NAV/COM radios, GNS 530, GNS 430, KR 87 ADF, KDI 572 DME, GTX 327 transponder, KFC 150 autopilot and a Bendix RDR1150XL colour weather radar.
A 100-page manual provides instruction on all equipment and 42 in-game checklists with control/instrument highlighting are included for normal and emergency procedures.
Primarily analogue instrumentation augmented with modern radio navigation equipment is still the most common aircraft panel configuration in the world. Challenge your piloting skills by flying IFR to minimums with a fully analogue panel and no GPS. You’ll be amazed at the level of skill and proficiency you can achieve to conquer such adversity and how it will translate to all your other flying. You also may find the analogue instrumentation much easier to read with the limited number of pixels available on a computer monitor, and even more so in VR.
For more information on this product’s capabilities and a list of all included avionics and equipment, see the Detailed Description below and the extensive PDF operating manual.
Systems
Black Square’s overhauled cockpits with analogue instrumentation go far beyond a visual upgrade. Included, you will find a complete redesign of all aircraft systems to more closely match the real aircraft, with a focus on electrical systems. Also included are more accurate weight and balance, lighting systems, flight dynamics and ground handling. Enjoy features such as:
- Reciprocating engine simulation with fouling, vapour lock, flooding and backfires
- The most realistic turbocharger simulation in Microsoft Flight Simulator to date
- Turbocharger-driven pressurisation and door seal system. Door seals reduce cabin noise.
- Completely interactable electrical system with four buses and 85 circuits
- Engine leaning optimisation 'Lean Find' on EDM-760 engine monitor, and status alarms
- Engine limit excursions that decrease engine health and will eventually lead to failure
- Selective state saving for radio selection, radio frequency memory, cabin aesthetics etc.
- 100+ system failures, set via in-cockpit interface. Either random, based on settable MTBF, or schedulable, with optional time acceleration.
- Cabin environmental control system for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and ram air cooling. Cool things off by opening a window or watch the aircraft heat up in the sun.
- Crew/passenger oxygen system that depletes according to pressure altitude, passenger occupancy and their weight.
- Working carbon monoxide detector
- Mathematically accurate VOR & ADF signal attenuation and noise, and remote compass gyro slaving
- Working ice protection systems, optional winglets and tip tank transfer pumps
- Gyroscope physics simulation for electric and pneumatic gyroscopes with precession, partial failures, based on a coupled quadrature oscillator
- Voltage-based light dimming. All lights dim with battery voltage and load - an immediately recognisable effect for night-time pilots. Strobe lights cause disorienting light bounce in clouds.
Checklists
Over 500 checklist items are provided for 40+ Normal, Abnormal, and Emergency procedures in textual form in the manual and in-game, using the MSFS native checklist system with control and instrument highlighting. If it’s in the checklist, it’s settable in the aircraft!
Sounds
Black Square’s Analog Baron features the default MSFS-native (Wwise) 3D G58 Baron sound package, with new custom sounds added for warnings, environmental control systems, electronics, turbocharger, engine cooling and more. The default sounds have been carefully assigned to all interactable cockpit elements for an authentic 3D spatial experience.
- Rich audio for every switch, button, lever and electrical system
- Detailed physics-based effects on engine and wind noise
- Accurately positioned 3D sound sources (best enjoyed in VR!)
Model
- Accurately modelled B58 and B58P Baron interior ONLY (uses default exterior model), created from hundreds of reference photos and technical documentation
- 100% MSFS native animation code for the smoothest animations and cockpit interactions using either legacy or new cockpit interaction modes
- PBR (Physically Based Rendering) materials with real-time environment reflections for superb quality and realism, and vector-graphic-like decal quality
- Detailed normal mapping for leather, fabric, plastic, stitches, scratches, carpet and tooling marks, resulting in a texture resolution of 10,000 pixels per square inch (90. 0kB)
Cockpit
- Greatly enhanced instrument panel detail compared to default aircraft, with every label and marking in its place. If it appears in the real aircraft, you can interact with it!
- Custom-coded steam gauges with low-pass filtering, needle bounce and physics provide ultra-realistic and silky smooth animations like you’ve never seen before.
- Carefully modelled components match the depth and character of the real instrumentation, based on reference photos, schematics and real-world measurements. Unlike other expensive Flight Sim aircraft, every piece of equipment that appears in a Black Square aircraft is modelled after a real piece of aircraft equipment and will behave the same way in its primary functionality.
- Every knob, switch and button is interactable and implemented, along with its respective electrical circuitry. Turn systems on and off or pull circuit breakers to see the impact it has on your generators and battery via the analogue meters. Automatic standby generators and standby gyros are also simulated. Many pieces of equipment respond correctly to electrical configurations with warning messages and diagnostic codes.
- Fully 3D cockpit lighting technology for every gauge and panel, with ambient bounce lighting for a more immersive night-time experience that won’t leave you fumbling around in unrealistically dark spots
- 4096x4096 (4K) PBR textures on cockpit and panel for crisp instrumentation. Even see the fingerprints on instrument glass!
- Hideable yokes, adjustable sun visors and other cockpit aesthetics
Flight Dynamics
The Analog Baron features an improved flight model compared to the default Baron, with tweaks based on operator feedback and real flight data. Drag varies with cowl flap setting and air conditioning condenser scoop position. Engine damage and fouling produces a rough running engine and decreased performance.

Following on from their hugely popular 146 Professional for MSFS, Just Flight's in-house development team has created a high fidelity simulation of Britain’s last airliner, the RJ Professional.
RJ Professional brings you four variants of the RJ family: the RJ70, RJ85, RJ100 and the proposed RJ100 QT Freighter variant. Each variant is fully custom-coded and created using comprehensive, hands-on research with a real world aircraft, RJ-100 SE-RJI. Over 25 high quality liveries represent the vast number of RJ operators from all around the world.
The RJ was developed in the 1980s and 1990s and first took to the air in 1992. The main goal of the RJ was to succeed the 146 regional jets, many of which were still flying in their original analogue cockpit configurations and without sophisticated autopilot or navigation systems. This, along with newer and more modern regional jets from other manufacturers, meant that it was beginning to prove difficult for airlines to operate the 146 in the modern-day aviation environment and a new aircraft was required.
The results of those efforts was the RJ, a glass cockpit airliner equipped with an EFIS (Electronic Flight Instrument System), PED (Primary Engine Display), FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control) and FMS (Flight Management System) - a generational leap in capability from the 146.
Other avionics improvements include a fully automatic pressurisation system, digitally displayed COM/NAV/ADF radio, an autothrottle, a TRP (Thrust Rating Panel) allowing you to set V-speeds on the EFIS displays as well as select different engine power modes and a much more advanced autopilot, with LNAV and CAT3 autoland capabilities. The aircraft was also fitted with an FMS as standard, which in our simulation comes in the form of a fully custom-coded GNLU-910A.
Amongst all of these more advanced features, the RJ and the 146 both share the same type rating; there are, therefore, a lot of similarities in the operating philosophies between the two aircraft. A true mix of retro and modern and a really quirky aircraft to study and to fly!
See the Detailed Description below for full details of all the aircraft features!
The following PDF manuals are included with the aircraft software and you can also download them here: Operations Manual / EFB Manual /GNLU-910A FMS Manual

This is NOT the same product as in MSFS Marketplace. Additional tankers, such as Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker, Handley Page Victor and Airbus A330 MRTT, should be purchased separately. All other features are similar.
This add-on was tested with MSFS2024 developer alpha version and some features do not work as expected (visual effects and flares behaviour mostly), also 3rd party aircraft may be incorrectly processed by refueling script. You'll need to wait several weeks or even months until all issues are fixed.
This tool does not support any kind of multiplayer activities. You will not see smokes and flares, created by other players, same as they will not see yours smokes and flares. Your wingman will stay invisible for other players as well. Aerial refueling Live mode is an exception, but it is very limited and still in development.
Rotorcraft (helicopters, ornithopters etc. ) can not be wingmen in MSFS2020.
Wingmen may have inaccurate appearance - fault visual effects generated, incorrect payload visible, blank registration number, especially when different aircraft model/type chosen.
AirshowAssistant features may be affected by 3rd party SimConnect/WASM tools which manipulate AI aircraft, such as AIFlow, Air Traffic Control etc. If you experience any troubles with aerial refueling tankers or wingmen, please remove these tools while using AirshowAssistant and if it helps - report the issue to traffic control utility developer. Parallel42 products like Campout Util and SimFX known to affect WASM functionality globally, workaround applied but you may need remove these add-ons if you have basket/boom position issues.
Some features require active internet connection and user authentication on the website.
Key Features:
1. Aerobatic Smokes and Flares: Create stunning visual displays in the sky with the inclusion of aerobatic smokes and flares. Showcase your flying skills and dazzle onlookers with a variety of maneuvers enhanced by colorful and dynamic effects.
2. Compatibility with ANY Aircraft: Unleash your creativity with the freedom to perform airshows with any MSFS aircraft. From nimble stunt planes to massive airliners, transform any flight into a spectacular performance.
3. Addition of wingmen capabilities offers an unparalleled opportunity to create more complex and visually stunning airshows. Whether you’re flying in close formation or executing intricate aerobatic maneuvers together, the sky's the canvas for you and your virtual squadron to impress and inspire. [4] In 2019, it handled 2 971 583 passengers, making it the 17th busiest airport in the country. Currently, eight airlines operate at the airport, connecting Manaus to several countries, in addition to domestic routes. It is located in the western region of the city, more precisely in the Tarumã district, 14 km away from the Historic Center.
Inaugurated in 1976, it was the first airport in the Infraero chain to have boarding bridges and an automated system, making it the most modern in the country at the time. With an area of 14 square kilometers, the airport complex has two passenger terminals, one to serve regular aviation and the other, regional aviation. It also has a cargo logistics complex, which was implemented in three stages, the Logistics Terminal 1, opened in 1976, the Logistics Terminal 2, in 1980 and the Logistics Terminal 3, in 2004.
It was named after Eduardo Gomes, air marshal and patron of the Brazilian Air Force. In 2012, a decree from the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) changed and renewed the registration of the aerodrome in its registration. From then on, it became known as Manaus International Airport / Eduardo Gomes.
In 2019, the airport won a direct weekly flight to Orlando, in the United States, operated by Gol Linhas Aéreas. The new route added to the list of international routes available from the Manauara terminal, such as Buenos Aires, Caracas, Panama City and Miami, operated by Avior, Copa Airlines, Gol Linhas Aéreas, American Airlines and LATAM Airlines. The creation of direct flights to Europe is also being studied. In the same year, the airport was voted the second best in the country in terms of “general passenger satisfaction”. This is the evaluation of users heard in the Passenger Satisfaction Survey, carried out by the National Civil Aviation Secretariat of the Ministry of Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation (MTPA).

Every day, the airport has intense helicopter operations in order to transport employees to the oil platforms, located on the coast of Sergipe.
To deepen the studies on the history of aviation, the airport has a cultural space, a civil aviation memorial and a research center with texts, documents, reproductions in large formats.
It is 12 km from the center of Aracaju and is located in the southern region of the city, 3. 5 km from the main beaches and hotels in the capital. In addition to the daily scheduled flights of LATAM, Gol, Azul and VoePass. Chilean LAN Chile has already operated a charter flight to the city, with an Airbus A320, the Uruguayan PLUNA and the American American Airlines have already brought flights to the airport, also charter, both with the Boeing 757, being one of the largest aircraft to pass through on here.
The release of more than R $ 300 million in funds was confirmed for the construction of a new passenger terminal, expansion of the airstrip and takeoff and the new aircraft parking space. The works only started in 2013 with a deadline for completion in 2014.
In 2014, there was a movement around the alteration of the airport nomenclature. Aiming to honor the former PT governor Marcelo Déda, who died in December 2013 in full term of his mandate, the act seeks to recognize one of the greatest reformers of the political movement in the history of the state of Sergipe. This fact has heightened the local political spirit with the possibility of nominating the well-known parliamentarian Pedro Valadares who died in the same accident with the then presidential candidate Eduardo Campos in 2014. More recently, other more traditional and truly representative names of the local culture too have been mentioned, such as Silvio Romero and Tobias Barreto. The name "Santa Maria" is a reference to the river channel of the same name opened in 1902 that had the purpose of interconnecting the Poxim and Vaza-Barris rivers. This river channel runs to the bottom of the airport, separating it from the Santa Maria complex.
As of 2015, Aracaju International Airport is undergoing a new phase of renovation. In this stage, after completing the completion of another gate / landing gate, improvements were made to the instrumentation in the yard to support larger aircraft, as well as an increase in the aircraft management capacity in the yard, including taxiways. At the end of 2015, actions to reduce local taxes and that put a burden on airlines were implemented, a fact that caused the increase of 6 new daily flights, thus increasing the flow of passengers in the city in 2014.
In contrast to the aforementioned scenario, in 2016 new demands are being analyzed. New perspectives to establish Voepass Linhas Aéreas flights and international flights by TAP Portugal, Air Europa and Gol, among other airlines, are in a feasibility study in order to accelerate local connectivity with cities around the globe. In line with the increase in the influence of air flow in the region, it was announced that even in this current year of 2016, the GOL company will increase its number of flights to the capital of Sergipe from 64 to 82 weekly flights, that is, an instant increase of 18 flights. more than the current number.

In 1942, during the second world war, the United States Army Air Force through the "Airport Development Program", built the new runway and the passenger terminal. In 1975, there was an extension to the Boeings landing. The airport operates domestic flights and has the capacity to receive medium-sized aircraft such as the Boeing 737. The current passenger terminal is considered small for the daily flow of passengers it receives, and must be refurbished. The announcement of the announcement by the Government of the State of Pernambuco is awaited so that the bidding for the future reform is carried out. The current maneuvering yard allows simultaneous operation of up to 03 Boeing 737s and the runway is 1840 m long. After the reform, the forecast is that the airport will hold up to 7 aircraft simultaneously. The forecast for 2025 is also that the airport will handle approximately 276 thousand passengers per year. According to the Civil Aviation Secretariat, in a data released on October 22, 2015, this is one of the 65 airports in Brazil that most handles passengers. It is between 15 in the Northeast and 3 in Pernambuco. On December 21, 2015, Anac raises the airport's classification to 2nd category (before 3rd), staying at the same level as many capital airports, such as João Pessoa (PB), Vitória (ES) and Goiânia (GO). Another of the state in this same category is the Petrolina International Airport - Senador Nilo Coelho.
