The largest business is JA Flight training, with 2 massive hangers and offices on the south side. The Main FBO is the JA Jet Center with its refurbished hangar, which is now a modern terminal with a large aircraft parking Canopy to keep arriving passengers dry and shaded from the weather.
The other FBO is REVV aviation with a smaller facility on the main apron, offering arriving pilots fuel, parking and taxi services. The eastern side of the airfield is home to the 'Sky haven' complex. Consisting of 36 steel buildings containing 194 heated and insulated hangar units. Towards the west is the Air Classics Museum of Aviation. A volunteer-run aviation museum with a variety of classic aircraft from the 1940s on wards.

Telluride Airport (KTEX) has commercial flights to Denver(KDEN) using the 30 seat Dornier 328JET operated by 'Denver Air Connection' and started in 2019.
Telluride is both a popular winter Ski destination and a summer festival/hiking vacation for tourists. In addition to the Denver airlink, KTEX is a popular destination by many private pilots flying aircraft up to Gulfstream size. It's also used as a stop over airport crossing the continent.
Telluride is a challenging airport to land your aircraft. At 9070ft you need more speed and landing distance. In addition, there is a 1000ft drop into the San Miguel River Valley below. Runway 9 has a step 3. 55' glide path, Runway 27 has an even stepper 4. 0' glide path due to terrain east of the runway. There is not enough terrain separation for large jets to safely circle to land on runway 27, therefore large Jets must land runway 9 often with a tailwind. Smaller Jet may land on runway 27 at pilot's discretion.
Our scenery is made with HD photographic images that uses PBR materials. With high detail models researched and based on the real airport, including both large and small details to enhance your flight SIM experience. With the advantages of the MSFS engine, we can now bring you sloping runways and enhanced lighting effects not previously possible with other simulators. The scenery is based on the airport as it was in 2022, and is optimized for the new MS flight sim.

World War Two saw Ronaldsway being requisitioned by the RAF in June 1940 to allow No 1 Ground Defence Gunners School to move in and was renamed RAF Ronaldsway. It changed in 1944 when HMS Urley came into being and had as its main task torpedo bomber reconnaissance, mainly operating Fairey Barracudas. After the war it went back to civil flights, but remained in Admiralty possession until 1948, when it became the main airport for the island.
The naval four runway layout survives in place, allowing for extensions and exapansion; although a typical four storey Naval control tower from that period has now been demolished. Many historical relics relating to the Isle of Man’s airfield history can be found at the excellent Manx Aviation and Military Museum at the airport.
In March 2000 the new extension was opened, providing a new landside catering outlet, arrivals area, baggage hall, and departure lounge. In April 2008 Tynwald granted a major runway extension and resurfacing project at the airport. The runway will be extended by 245m out into the Irish sea Today main operators at Ronaldsway are Easyjet and Loganair.

Airport Overview:
Birmingham Airport is located in the West Midlands of England, roughly 8 miles southeast of the city centre. It serves as the UK’s seventh busiest airport by passenger numbers, acting as a key hub for both domestic and international travel.
Airport History:
Birmingham Airport (formerly Elmdon Airport) officially opened on 8 July 1939, built on the site of the former Castle Bromwich aerodrome to replace the increasingly inadequate Elmdon airfield. During World War II, the airport was requisitioned by the Air Ministry and served as both an RAF and Royal Navy base—primarily used for flight training and aircraft production. Civilian operations resumed on 8 July 1946, exactly seven years after its opening. Following the war, Birmingham experienced steady commercial growth. In 1984, Terminal 1 was unveiled, followed by the addition of Terminal 2 in 1991, significantly expanding passenger handling capabilities. The two terminals were consolidated into one integrated terminal in 2011—creating today’s configuration, featuring gates 1–20 in the old Terminal 2 and the rest in Terminal 1, linked via the Millennium Link. Infrastructure improvements continued into the 21st century—in 2014, major runway extension works concluded, stretching the primary runway 15/33 to 3,052 m (10,013 ft), enhancing the airport’s capacity for handling larger aircraft and long-haul flights
Today:
EGBB handles over 12. 8 million passengers per year (2024 data) and serves as a major base for airlines such as easyJet, Jet2. com, Ryanair, and TUI Airways
Navigation Details:
Runway 15/33: 3,052 m × 46 m (10,013 ft × 148 ft). ILS Frequency: Both Runways 15 and 33 share the ILS frequency of 110. 10 MHz, with respective inbound course headings approximately 148° (RWY 15) and 328° (RWY 33)
Performance optimised:
This scenery is made with performance in mind. As such details you don't see from the cockpit of your aircraft while flying in and out are kept to a minimum. So don't except to walk through the terminal or other parts that can only be seen by slewing to other areas. I believe most flight simmers, fly in and fly out, and the want it to be smooth. Sacrifices have to be made to achieve this goal. If you want to explore the airport coffee shop or checkin, then this is NOT the product for you.
The scenery uses multiple 'LODs' for all the main objects, these lods levels have been made so you don't notice the change over much. This has been tested and developed in VR which is most noticeable platform for visually annoying LOD changes. Setting your FS object Level of details to 80 or higher is a good compromise. You can use 40+ in flat screen and you will not noticed big Lod changes to the models.

The airport dates back to World War II and was originally built as RAF Eglinton in 1941. It served as a base for Royal Air Force (RAF) fighter squadrons and later for the Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm.
In 1947, after the war, the airfield was closed as a military base. In the 1950s, Eglinton airfield was used by local flying clubs and for private aviation and by the late 1970s, the local council saw potential in developing the site into a commercial airport. In 1978, the facility officially reopened as City of Derry Airport, operated by the local authorities. From the 1980' The airport saw increasing use for domestic flights, particularly to London and Glasgow and in 1999 A new terminal building was opened to accommodate growing passenger numbers. F urther expansion, including an extended runway, upgraded facilities, and improved safety features. The airport has faced challenges, including competition from Belfast airports and fluctuating passenger numbers. In recent years, City of Derry Airport has focused on maintaining key routes to London, Liverpool, and Glasgow, with airlines like Loganair and Ryanair operating flights. The airport continues to receive government support to ensure connectivity for the North West region. Current Status and Future Prospects City of Derry Airport remains an important transport hub for the Derry/Londonderry region and the wider northwest of Ireland.
Discussions on future funding, route expansions, and sustainability continue to shape its development.

The original terminal, constructed in 1960, was replaced by the current facility in 1987.
In 1946, the university established the Institute of Aviation at Willard Airport, offering flight training and conducting research into aviation-related human factors. In 2014, Parkland College assumed responsibility for the flight training program. By 1969, Willard Airport had become the second-busiest airport in Illinois. However, following the Airline Deregulation Act of 1978, many airlines reduced services to smaller airports, leading to a decline in passenger numbers at Willard. Despite these challenges, the airport continues to operate, currently offering non-stop flights to Chicago O’Hare and Dallas-Fort Worth through American Airlines.
For general aviation passengers, Flightstar provides amenities including crew cars, lounges, conference rooms, and an exercise room with shower facilities.
University of Illinois Willard Airport is also famous as one of the few airports that were included in the early versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator, when all we had were a few of lines drawn on a blue and green background!
